Hello , phpVMS seems to be a very powerful tool for managing airlines. I am the Chairman and Founder of the DCVA (DCVA.net). We are operating at the whole world, flying VIPs with our Bizjets. The thing is, that i have thought of chaning our old manual programmed booking system to phpVMS. 1. At the Flightplan section, is it possible to create turns with more than one flight. So that a pilot is able to book a "job" with multiple flights ? 2. Is it possible to report manual flights ? Flights where no Flightplan was generated , and the pilots flew just for fun with our Aircrafts ? Thanks for your support and your answers Best regards Moritz

Quick question, is there a way to change all of the shortcuts in the admin panel to use https? I am looking into forcing ssl connections on the admin side. Thanks Tom

Hi guys, On my own, I've started to setup my own VA website (it's a fictional airline) and I have also managed a re-paint on the PMDG MD-11. I'm from the UK and the UK will be the base of operations. I've set up 28 airports in PHPVMS and will schedule flights to and from Heathrow & Gatwick to these popular destinations around the world. I have a couple of question's I'd like to ask you guys, if your willing to help. 1) Flight Plans. I'm currently using "asalink" free route finder to plot the route for a schedule. Is this actually necessary to do? How many of your pilots actually follow the route you provide? 2) Fleet. I'm currently thinking of using the MD-11, …

Hi there, I'm a retired airfoce officer and run a military / SOC VA in the Netherlands. It's very difficult to find good performing VA software for us. I truly believe that if phpVMS is willing to support us too, their marketshare will grow. We need software with the same capabilities as for a civilian VA however there are a few other things. - military don't fly "routes", they fly missions and every mission is different. However we have standard patrol, AAR, etc procedures wich fit nearly but not complete in the phpVMS package. - the pilots and Groups thing fit. Yes, as the title says..i have a few questions that i wish to put forward to Nabeel or any other member that has a clue what i'm going on about... We are thinking of running phpVMS & Joomla. Basically, the original idea is to build the Joomla system, linking registrations between the two systems (login on one, which then logs you into both interfaces) and using the registration pages, pilots pages etc of phpvms. During the process of learning PHP (which I have ) I came up with a couple of questions. Maybe some PHP experts could answer them. 1) You know how you put } or { after each statement I think. Recently some jack wagon "accidentally" deleted our whole lib folder. Well we were able to recover most of the items in the lib folder, the only item that is not working correctly is the pilot badge. some problems with the pilot badge are: it doesn't update, it wont "reset" and change the backround, and there are some missing for the pilots that have joined today...if there is any ways that this can be fixed please help, all help will be appreciated. Hello, I have problem with the installation of the software. I possess a MySQL data base as well as PHP5. In order to use PHP5, I must provide however all files with *.php5, instead of *.php otherwise PHP4 would be activated. Now I renamed all files. Nevertheless I cannot install. Hi When we create a schedule with the FSX in-built flight plan utility, we submit the .PLN file to admin and this is stored in a folder on the webspace. Now, when a pilot goes to view the schedules, we check the flight number to see if there is a matching .PLN file for it. If we have it, we put PLN File in the column on the right above Details etc. I want to use the4 If ... Issue: Every time someone tries to join our kACARS site, and they put in all their info and hit register the error "This email address is already registered" comes up, which is not the case. I have tried it with multiple people and still the same error. Allen.

Hey, so I have this problem that whenever somebody registers for my virtual airline, they just see an error page that says "Could not open socket." Below is the bug report from my site. Issue : Hours for flights flown using FSACARS are not being counted correctly when the PIREP is filed from within FSACARS Example : http://www.ceruleanairlines.com/main/index.php/profile/view/4 Should show as 4.7 not 4.07 Original Report : Quote I filed a PiREP today for one of the ferry flights in the MD83. I filed a 4.7 hour flight with the use of FSACARS (which i didn't show up on the map.) However on my pilot page it shows 4.07 hours, basically getting docked over .5 hours of flight time. Can we please just use tenths (.1) and not go to the hundredth (.01) It would make life so much easier Smiley

Hello, My website has three airlines integrated into it... KLM, Ryanair and EasyJet. I'm a member of the 'KLM' airline, but I can bid on routes from the other two airlines! They show on the available routes section. How would I stop this? Thanks... Kieran. PS. I can add this as a bug in the tracker if you like!
