Hi everyone, My name is Imanol Garcia Juarez, I am from Argentina and I am the CEO of the VA Air Argentina. I am having problems when I try to send a report, the XACARS says the report was sent when I click "Send PIREP" but when I see in my website that the report does not appear, neither in my pilot account, the same happens when I try to file the report manually. I have changed the permissions of the file PIREPData.class.php to 777 but the problem was not solved. I wish somebody could help me with this problem, please. PD: I am using the version 2.1.934

I post this to everyone, especially virtual airline operators (I'm not asking to company secrets): What method is used for training? Do you have documentation with flights? Or is there some hidden training secret that no one's supposed to know? Also, related to training: Is there a module or feature that can track training ops? Like a group inside of phpvms specifically for training? I don't want to make a new thread for this: Is it possible to strip phpvms down to just the code? No skin, just plain simple files to include into a website? Example: create a website that calls the functions of phpvms?

Hi all once again I require your help with VMS, I am running my site on a local machine which has a valid www. but I am having trouble setting up the mail function I have tried setting up with mercury mail server with no luck and I have tried setting it up with smtp again with no luck. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks Scott

In the pilot center, I would like to have the pilots be able to show all their pireps, but additionally show them by aircraft type. How hard would that be to add some sort of coding for that?

Hi, After setting up my phpvms I have created my scheduels in csv format and have enclosed a screenshot below. What I want to know is if the aircraft will get stuck at their destination airport and not be able to return, in the below screenshot is my csv file (or a bit of it anyway. If the aircraft would get stuck at their destination airport does anybody know of an add on for phpvms that instead of allocating an aircraft for a flight chooses any aircraft at the departure airport for a flight. Hello All, Currently our awards display on a pilot's profile in the order they earn them. They are displayed horizontally across the page and when the line is filled with awards a new line is started. I have one particular award that when earned by a pilot should be displayed at the top of their profile on it's own line. Is there a way I can prioritize the order in which awards are displayed? Can you protect a .php file, so when an admin logs in they can acess the php file.. For sever days we have had a pilot icon that won't clear. He is running Windows seven and this was his first flight. Had an issue and closed down but his aircraft Icon is locked om the map over W' Africa and his flight was a test flight from KDOV to KDOV (Charter) Data for airports is in the datbase. Done everything to clear it.

My site rexently started giving lots of errors which never happened before, and now the website twitches and the size of the font changed from normal to huge! Please help. I do the maintenance in admin panel atleast every other day. But it still goes crazy... Never happened before!

Don't know if anyone noticed that well atleast for me. My site isn't at the top of the list even though my VA's name is completely original. Anyways My question is how do i put meta tags to my website? what file do i edit? index.php? Dear All i have another query for you regarding Pilot IDS and it was when a new Pilot Joins it was registered with the Pilot ID PVA10425 Starting Series from 104 if i wanted to change this series to PVA10725 when a pilot register he will get Pilot ID starting from 107 not starting with 104 Any Ideas Regards Asmara

Hi, I have tried to upload a schedule from a CSV file using the "Import Schedules" button (see attached file) and have created 1 B737-800 using phpvms and the spelling is all the same as in the CSV file and when I import it it comes up with the message " the aircraft B737-800. does not exist" Please help as my VA is now live. Hi guys, I have searched but can not find the answer I am looking for. In the pilot center, I want to add what date the pilot joined and when their last login was. I know I did get this to work once, but now I don't remember how I did it. can anyone please help?
