Hi All, I've searched the forum but can't find any working solutions to my problem. My mass e mailer has not been working in the past week or two. (I don't know if having a few sites connected to the same database info makes a difference for this) It says sending complete but nobody receives an email. Help would be appreciated Jon

Well, a email was sent to a pilot under "Pilot retired" due to last flight was 90 days ago, the detail is the last flight of this pilot was four days ago i checked the localconfig and all is going well. Several times the sistem send emails to pilots under "Pilot retired" instead they are active. Any suggestion. Thanks and regards

this may have been covered, but my search has not found a solution. As my Schedule list grows, I am wondering if there is a way to only show flights that a pilot can actually do? At present, the full list shows, and the pilot can limit the selection manually by selecting his airport from the drop down, but is there a way to alter the list, so it automatically only shows flights from the airport he is located? I see no point in showing him any others since he is unable to bid on them?

G'day Guys, I've got some interesting issues with the BETA version whilst trying to install, firstly after going to update.php, i got that a table was missing, so i re-ran it and all seems fine now, but my pireps are missing now, i have taken backups, but they still seem to be in the database, but are not displaying on my CG map, or with pilots profiles Also after checking checkinstall.php i have these errors [Checksum failed] /install/dbtest.php did not match, possibly corrupt or out of date [Checksum failed] /install/fixtures/install.sql did not match, possibly corrupt or out of date [Checksum failed] /core/common/ActivityData.class.php did not match, possibly corr…

Hi, is it possible to change the margins for the flight status calculation somewhere? When i start logging a flight with xacars my status shows "at the gate" but a few seconds later it says enroute on the live map site....but i`m still at the gate with engines of Edit: I forgot to mention that it works without problems with KAcars!

1) On my map is says i still flying but i not been flying for 8 hours? how do i get ride of me flying on my map? Sorry guys but question time again hoping to rack your brains slightly. So here's my question, when I installed phpvms I created the airline "Palmair Virtual" with ICAO code: EAF. Now Palmair was a brainchild of tour operator Bath Travel to offer good priced routes across Europe. Their planes being only two were chartered from European Aviation Air Charter and painted in Palmair's own colors. On ATC Palmair used EAF and EUROCHARTER after their charter company. Hey, at our web host's data center, there was a power failure and a lot of sql servers have been corrupted. Our sql database was also lost and we never made a complete back up of the sql. The rest of our website (phpVMS itself) is still there but it won't work without the database. How do I re-install the database? When I run install.php, it gives me that there's an error while redeclaring ezdb on line 31. When I ran checkinstall.php, I got an error that navdata.sql is missing. I re-downloaded phpVMS and uploaded the frest navdata.sql but now it says that there's a checksum failure. The navdata.sql file doesn't match or is old. Please help.

Has anyone else noticed that the weather data on the pilot briefing in from march 10th. Any solution to fix, walkaround, or a way to take the data out of the briefing? Thanks Tom

I uploaded a fresh version of phpVMS and on trying to install, I get this. About 2 weeks ago, I had phpVMS installed here and worked properly. A power failure at the data center caused us a big loss so I'm trying to re-install it. Please help...

I wonder could someone help me with regards to VA's and how their rankings are effected by time acceleration by pilots. I know of one VA which actively encourages it's pilots to use time acceleration during all long haul flights, presumably in order to get a high ranking position. I am just wondering if there is any safeguard against this practice, which to my mind puts all reputable VA's at a great disadvantage. Please excuse me if I have posted this in the wrong place by the way, I am unfamiliar with the forums. Thanks for any help.

So over the last few days I have been updating the website and today did kACARS, it all pops up nice and logs in and finds my schedule route I want to fly. Completed the flight then click 'stop flight' then 'file pirep' highlights so I click on there and I get a message saying 'Try Again' click and still the same. SOLVED, I re installed all pirep files. Went to the e-mail account and there was the 2 pireps e-mails so I went to the admin pages to accept them and they are nowhere to be seen. still not seing them. It appears to be happening with xacars as well so dont know why this is Any ideas, the website must be getting the notifcation as the e-mail is being sent o…

Hello, We have a problem with the pilots IDs, we want to change the ID lenth from 4 to 3 numbers but it don't works in the panel admin. We try in app.config.local.php to change the line pilot_id_lenght/4 to 3 but that don't work and we don't know why. When we change this line, that makes nothing. Do you have a solution ? One of my pilots is French (yet speaks surprisingly good English) and whenever he is flying, the ACARS Log and the Status is always in French. Is there a way to ensure that it will always be displayed in English?
