Can someone tell me how to get an updated pilot badge? I changed the background picture, so how do I get it so that it is that picture and not the default one? I went and edited the image and uploaded it.

Hello, The schedule only filters flights if you are logged out. If you are logged in, and you try filtering flights, it just shows up as blank. No flights are pulled up.

Hello I am the owner of Bulgaria air Virtula http://www.bgairva.com. I have a problem with the schedule. If i have a flight wich is departing in 06.00am local time i will have this is flight on the schedule around of 8.00 am local time. I dont know why i dont see it befor 8.00 am Thanks!

Good morning!! I have an individual page for each of my hubs, and what I would like to do is echo out the roster for each hub individually. I am confused because I can't find anything in the pilot_list.tpl file that says anything about hub. Can anyone help?? Many thanks, Brian

Hi; I like to Delete Aircraft Restriction on Schedules. Example: When I book the route Madrid - London I can choose any aircraft of VA (EC-LKE*, EC-LPQ* or EC-LWR*)*. It is possible??? Spanish Aircraft Registration and all of my VA planes.

A pilot did a flight earlier on and filed his PIREP, his landing rate is 0, he then did another flight later and on the live map his aircraft bubble showed his aircraft moving across europe as it should but no information was displayed, all table fields except altitude and speed were blank, and a flight number of 0, Any ideas what could be wrong or how to fix it ? Kacars works fine just seems to be an issue with Xacars. A screenshot is attached below As always any help appreciated

Hi, When I finish a fly I close FSACARS but when I go to Live Map Page I see this: Pilot Flight Number Departure Arrival Status Altitude Speed Distance/Time Remain HTH1001 - Carlos HTH132 LEMG GEML FSACARS Closed 29 0 373 nm / I wait 5 hours but the messege not change. Any Ideas???

I constantly have the problem of pilots not knowing their pilot ID when they sign in the first time. What variable do I use to put the pilot id in the accepted email? I've tried a bunch but I can't figure it out.

I have searched everywhere but couldn't sort it out, this happens at almost every page in my VA except the profile page. Whenever the PHPVMS page editor is used to edit the page, the contents go way behind the design, even without using the page editor, some pages have the same problem like the schedules page. Hello, I was wondering if anybody could help me with adding dates to schedules; Basicly what I would like to do for example is have routes from august to october on M W F departing at 2:30 however routes septemeber to feb S M Tu departing at 2:50. If not im guessing I will have to add them seperatly and disable them, if so can I some how have the same flight number or will it have to be A, B C? Thanks Jacob

Good morning All, Trust everyone is well. I am using a custom KaCars app. When we finish a flight, the live flights will just show "Paused" for a few hours. I believe that this is due to a setting the the local.config file. I am not sure. I would appreciate it if someone would lead me down the proper path. I have never shown "Arrived" on the board. I updated and forgot to backup, so reverted back, now my pilots list is seperated by hub, and the skin is not over ridding the core>templates one, even if I upload the edited pilots_list.tpl to the core>templates folder and overwrite the one there, it still doesn't work. I want to show the roster as a whole, not in seperated hubs, and also to hid any inactive pilots from the list. http://malaysiava.or...dex.php/pilots I dont want it like that. I need some help.

Hello all, I am back and getting my VA back up and running after many months of being absent due to personal reasons. However I had a flight board on my original site that used the images attached to this post and I Cannot for the life of me remember which Flight Board it was that I was using it with. Hopefully someone here will be able to assist me with my trouble. I have searched the forums for the flight board and cannot come up with the one. These are only a couple of the images. Hello all, I'd like to Auto Accept PIREPs. Now I can auto accept PIREPs, but other informations are not change. Maybe you will say that can make a fake PIREP. That's not problem. I think add a cron job will solve this problem... This php files is located in "core" But it didn't make any changes, even it can't accept PIREPs. I'm not good at PHP... so i need your help Is there anybody tried to auto accept PIREPs?

Hello all I recently have formally created my virtual airline Reach Airways Virtual (http://www.reachva.com) and I found I am having issues with PIREPS submitted not counting towards a pilots total flight count. The hours updates (though I had to force it through the maintenance settings in admin centre to refresh them) but the total flight number. For example there is a pilot who as flown a flight and it shows his hours from that flight (2.13 hours) but under his flight number it still reads 0. How can I fix this issue? Using kACARS_free if it helps. Regards, Adem

I've been tinkering in the operationsdata.class (and forums search of course) but haven't had any luck - I would like to sort the airports list by name instead of ICAO. Also, is there a way to display only the airports currently being used by the schedules? If I drop airports from the database that are seasonal or discontinued it throws off pirep data so I would like to keep them but not show up in the search's drop-down menu.

Hello, we are running a va which allows codeshare flights, so we have had to input multiple airlines on phpvms, is it possible that your pilots can have a single callsign instead of that airlines callsign. Eg. the VA's callsign is VVG123 but Virgin callsign is VIR123. is it possible that the pilots can only register with the VVG callsign? many thanks, Joe

Hello, I am having a bit of trouble with the Schedule search module by David J Clarke. I Have routes enabled on my site, but when i search for them, it simply says "no routes found". I just installed phpVMS, and have 3 pilots registered. I am pilot ABC001, my two registrants are Pilots ABC002 and ABC003. In the Pilot listing, pilot ABC001 (me) does not show up. Yet in the admin section, I am listed. Is it default that pilot ABC001 does not get listed? (assuming it is just an admin position) Do I need to create a seperate pilot number for myself and my flying? Thanks in advance.

Hi Folks, I'm hoping someone can lend a hand. I am trying to call up a page on our site using the php script to open it, however its not working. My knowledge of php isn't strong enough to understand what I'm missing. The feet page file (html) in question is being stored in a fleet module folder, which I am then calling up using the script below. Everytime I try the script though I get an error saying "error module does not exist". Hi All, I'm hoping someone might be able to help. I've checked the forums and can't find anything relevant, hence my post. The VA I fly for has just set up on phpvms and we're using FSAcars to record flights and we're having a nightmare with it. Each pirep we look at after a flight shows no revenue, no gross income and often no pax. Then sometimes it does. We've interigated our fleet, airports, routes and we've fixed fuel prices at the airports to see if that makes a difference but no joy. I'm now struggling to try and understand what could be going wrong. Has anyone else encountered problems with the tracker submitting the data to phpvms and getting no results? If so…
