GUys, On the contact form is there a quick way of showing the pilot ID? for example when they are logged in it sends the form and shows, -name = xxx -subject = xxx -recipient = xxx -message = xxx -loggedin = true (how can i change this to a pilot id?) -ip = xxx -submit = Send Message Thanks.

Hi! I have a problem with my ACARS Map... sometimes I have pilots who appear in the middle of Gulf of Guinea... very far from where we fly lol And they get stucked there... See it by yourself! http://www.transquebec.org/operations/index.php/acars Any idea? I tried to reset ACARS, it reappears after minutes.

Hello friends, There are at least 1 month I am checking an error that is happening in my VA, what happens is that I froze in flight hours: 19,828.60, this happens in more than a month, now must have at least one hour 25,000.00, following in attached a picture of what happened ... Anyone know how to fix this problem? I would be very grateful if someone can ... Thanks!

I am curious..... Is it possible to make it pay per minute? Or after an hour go to pay per minute maybe? Example. I just did a flight that was 1hr 57 minutes. It paid me for 1 hour. Kind of bogus since I was 3 minutes shy of 2 hours. Can you see why I ask this? I kind of just donated an hour of time for free. Not that it matters. The pilot pay is kind of useless right now anyhow on my setup. Now I could see if my flight was an hour and 3 or 4 or even 15 minutes to only get an hours pay, but 3 minutes shy of 2 hours and only get 1 hour pay? This got brought up to me by another pilot and I really never paid attention since the pilot pay does not matter to me. I am looking…

When I went to install PHP VMS after uploading to a webhost. I ran the installation but got an error saying that core/local.config.php isnt writable. Also how do i write the permissions as stated on the prelimanary installation requirements. I have also use www.000webhost.com as my host. Please help i am very new to this and I need to have this site up asap.

We updated to the latest version of the PHPVMS and now we have no scedules in the phpadmin. Its strange because via the scedules link on the homepage, all the routes are still in and can be selected, but none in the admin panel. Any idea how to fix?

This is probably answered in another thread somewhere but I have looked and I can't find it anywhere. I am making a .csv file for the routes and importing them. In the "aircraft" column I think it is looking for the registration of the aircraft instead of the actual aircraft icao. So instead of me having to put "N123AW" in for the aircraft is there a way i can put "A320" in and the phpVMS understands it. Also, when using XACARS, when clicking "flight data from ACARS" it will have "A320" in the aircraft field instead of "N123AW" This will make it so much easier to add the routes with the .csv template if I can do it this way. Hello, how are you all, I have uploaded the PhpVMS folder that I downloaded from your page and it doesn't works. First of all I can't check the files as it is explained in your documentation. Step "starting the installer" What I got is a 500 Internal server Error: I changed the permissions for all the folders and files to "777" I have my site in the hosting of another page like an addon domain. Will I need to buy an independent hosting for the VA site? PLEASE HELP`ME

I tried connecting my Va to VAcentral. Just a quick question guys regarding the flight times in the route set up. A little background. helping start new VA exclusive to Xplane. I've started uploading routes via the template csv file which is very nice. I have a quiestion regarding how you set up the flight times. Example. flight number xxxx takes off in the eastern time zone and lands in the pacific time zone. Do my dep times and arr times have to reflect the zone change in zulu. Or is there a way i can just stick with Zulu in my flight time and is the correct tab 00:00Z in my template. My mind is not wrapping around this. Second question. Does Xplane's IN SIM time have to reflect the Z time on the boarding …

I am attempting to re-install phpvms and this is the error I'm getting. Not sure how to fix it. The first time I installed it I never had any errors. Since then, I've had to remove the previous database and phpvms install completely and now starting over with a new database and phpvms. It appears that it is looking for the core/local.config.php file, which is not there. Thanks for your help!

Hi Paul From AusAir Just set up phpVMS as my web site with the help of My son It is more than I had hoped for in all a very good system. As AusAir is Australian based I would like to get rid of the American Weather maps and add Australian Airport info I have added all the individual airport files to each airport entered, dut can't get them to shoe in the flight info. Can someone help Me. PaulD.

I have the Booking ad-don on my homepage, direct under the banner. I wanted the code however, above the main body, and the sidebar, which i was successful doing. All i need help with is, now the Booking form shows up on ever page, below the banner, which i dont want. So how do i set it up to show this addon only on the homepage, without moving it down to the body. Please help! THanks

EN The planes are not assessed on the map, using Dolomynum, I see the aircraft flying on IVAO. Anyone have a guess of what might be, because before the planes appeared on the map, not anymore. What files will be responsible for the map which replaced can solve the problem? PT-BR Os avioes não estão aprecendo no mapa, usando o Dolomynum, consigo ver as aeronaves voando na IVAO. When i uploaded the pilot system to my website | www.flyirelandva.com | the home page still brings me back to the hosting company? I have deleted the main index that came with the webhosting and replacved it with the phpvms one in the pilot system but it still doesnt work? Thanks, James

Hi guys! I would like to answer something that I've seen in another sites and I think that is possible to use in phpvms. In some websites I've seen the same google map that phpvms, and it shows the exactly place (and sometimes the time) where you have flown. Obviously I'm talking about the map shown in the each Pirep, not the Live Map. In phpVMS that map only shows a straight line fomr the departure until the destination, but it doesn't show the exactly point where you have flown. That map would be very useful in my VA to see the points where the pilots have flown, because sometimes we make challenges and each one make a different flight plan, but the only way to see…

Hi, I recently posted regarding a type of hacking. I was in fact wrong it was more like spamming but im sure you's can understand how stressful it was writing the post and cancelling dozens of spoiled registrations. I then decided to temporary close my website - Its been a few days now and we are still receiving information from the spammers such as chat logs which would suggest that they haven't stopped - or don't plan to any time soon I was wondering if there was a way just to close registration temporary - not just hiding the registration page as I am sure they will be able to mess about with the URL's, but actually to get rid of it for a while so the current users …

Hi I have just upgraded from quite an old version (can't even remember what version it was but it was installed back in July 2009) Because it is such a long time ago and I forgot the original password, I tried password recovery and now the username/password combination I use (from the email) gives the following error when it tries to open the profile page. "You must be logged in to access this page" I am tempted to do a complete new installation but the config and skin is already done so I want to keep the current one if possible. Any ideas?

I don't know if I should post this in the Skinning forums or support, so please move this thread if it isn't right! How can I change the size of the flash graph that shows the PIREPs. So here is what i did. I went to try and add flight bid everytime i get a failure. and says "No Route Passed" so i did some research and went through multipla options... Hmmm. still to no avail so i decided to run error console and in phpvms.js i am getting "success: function() {" is faulty . so naturally i did more googling and came up with thats a call for an API... Nabeel or any other have words of wisdom? fix? anything? I am up past midnight on an issue that started at 4pm.. please help. my website is www.flyvirginairways.com and if u need a login to support my problem then PM otherwise. help would be nice.
