Hey guys! It's possible to add new routes without a fix aircraft? Can I put random aircraft for my company routes? I think is more real... And another one. In the random itinerary for eg, can I set the system for made a new itinerary with 5 legs with the same aircraft? Eg: Random 5 legs itinerary ZZZZ - ZZZZ B737 (EC-CKC) ZZZ - ZZZZ B737 (EC-CKC) ZZZ,,, And them use the same aircraft for all itinerary. It is possible? Because is much better than a 5 leg itinerary with 5 diferent aircrafts... The actual flight scedules of VMS forces you to choose a particular aircraft for that route, if we change that,maybe can works use a fix aircraft for initerarys. I think..…

I recently change my airline from vam to phpvms, i have a lot off pilots with high rank, in my new sistem the transfer hours are not taking into account for the rank, so the main issue is that the pilots have to fly again for get they previosly rank in the old system. Also if i modify the data base to put the minimun hours to the current pilot rank, when i submit a pirep from the smartCARS, the data base is reseted, the amount of hours and the number of fligths. There is any soultion to this????

Hello, I plan to help a VA to update their phpvms. They are currently using an old V2. Is it possible to upgrade their site to 5.5x without having to rebuild and/or build from scratch other than uploading existing databases for flights, pilots, fleet, etc.? Thanks

Gudday I am a new user and had problems with adding pilots & airports. I have just upgraded to the latest version, the new pilots is now working but not the airports. Everything seems OK and the airport added is confirmed but nothing is added to the database. The previous pilots problem was similar in that the pilot added was confirmed and the emails were sent out but nothing was added to the database. Cheers Mike

Hello , I am having problems with the validation of new pilots. When I click accept in outstanding pilots am directed to another screen to click again to accept. Well: I click and nothing happens and I can only exit this screen to change pages in Internet Explorer. I changed the permission of all files that change was possible and nothing resolved. I still can not accept the pilots that register. The system phpVMS is interesting. Contribute gladly do achieve is working. I appreciate any help thanks. As I use the filter on an airport in Schedules section, the results come up but I see the Tabs and Logo come up the second time, just beneath the original. How can I fix this?

Trying to send emails but the page loads for a long time with a blank page (as it usually does, this is normal) until it stops loading and the page is still blank. I'm sure most of you know it usually gives the list of pilots confirming the message has been sent to each one. Anyone had similar issues? The code certainly hasn't been changed, is it just a timeout from poor connection?

For the sake of correctness I thought it would be okay to point out that in the Add Schedule form there is a field improperly named "Flight Level". This field expects a number indicating the amount of feet from sea level at which the flight is to be conducted (cruise altitude). Flight Level is a number in hundreds of feet for altitudes above the Transition Altitude. The notation of a flight level for 12,000 feet would be FL120. The Transition Altitude (TA) varies from country to country. For example in the US it is 18,000 feet whereas in The Netherlands it is around 4,500 feet. When I bid on a flight on my va and then go to file a manual pirep sometimes if fills in the Dep and Arriv airport, and sometimes just the Dep or the Arriv and since I only have the Dep and Arriv in one schedule they do not appear as an option in the drop down Arriv or Dep airport list. Anyone know a fix to this issue? My conversion from 2.1.x to 5.5.2 is mostly complete - I'm just trying to clean up a few items. What is the purpose of following statement? - <?php if(!defined('IN_PHPVMS') && IN_PHPVMS !== true) { die(); } ?> I see it in all the 5.5.2 default template folder php files and those of some updated Modules template files. I think it has something to do with security and/or theft of file content. Am I close? I have uploaded a new set of schedules to our airlines DB. Today I find a problem when searching the DB for a flight so I look into it further and find the following: Search by airline it finds them all (there are 4 for Wednesday of 6) Search by aircraft it finds them all Search by departing airport finds none Search by arrival airport finds all kACARS will find them all Flights in question depart KFLO and arrive KCLT. Any ideas? Thanks.

Sup mates. I already checked 3 times for extra spaces in app.config.php and there are no spaces at all! the only thing I changed after the installation was the "geonames" to "phpvms" and nothing else! Is there a way, that one off routes can be added to the schedules. For example, i may create a one off flight, say on a Saturday from A to B. Is there a way, that on completion of the route by the first pilot to Bid and file the Pirep, the route can either be hidden for the rest of that day, or even deleted? at present, as soon as the pirep is filed, the route becomes available straight away. but the aircraft in that route is no longer at 'A' but is now at 'B'
