Probably on these forums somewhere (started by me lol) but i cant find it because the topics seem badly named. If i go in my roster or all pilots in the admin nearly all my pilots are showing as active but nearly all of them in reality arent! Why isnt VMS reporting this correctly. Any help guys

Hi all, The activity list only shows pilots that rank up. It doesn't show "Pilot X has filed a PIREP from XXXX to XXXX" There's nothing in the log. Any ideas? Regards,

hey guys, what is the easiest way to update my navdata table with the latest AIRAC? As we are updating our routes regulary we also would need the actual airac cycle database to show the routes correctly? I don`t mind paying for it because i know that it costs money getting the AIRAC`s so would be great to get some help here. kind regards Manuel EDIT: secondly...is there a way to display the waypoints in the pilot briefing like

Is there a way for the map to display the actual route that the aircraft will be flying? For mine currently it just displays a straight line between the airports but the route being flown is totally different. Is there anyway to incorporate this or is that something that really is too difficult? I only ask because I have seen this done on http://www.simroutes.com and wondered if it is something that is able to be done here. Thanks!

Hello, This is my first topic, hope to get good help from our coders.. Me and my friend are making a Virtual airline which consists of 7-8 airlines, since we all know that there is no tab for "By Airline type" on the schedules page like "By Aircraft type", "By departure airport", etc. So can anyone help us in making that tab on schedules page please!!

Hello, i have small problem with adding airport list on phpvms_aiports (SQL) the sending is running but on phpvms admistrator in aiports i have no aiport and on the livemap points of track flight plan its not exactly so its not working. Thank you !

I am using the admin section to configure my brand new airline and explore phpVMS. I will post problems as they occur. My first thing to do was to add new airports, so far these problems with Add Airport: a) The dialog that appears only has a "Edit Airport" button, there should be a possibility to have a Cancel button in case the user wants to desist from the change. This pattern appears in several dialogs (Edit or Edit). When you want to add an airport the dialog is always prefilled with the KFJK, IMHO it should just be blank. c) I entered the ICAO code (MPMG) pressed Look Up and it got updated with Lat/Long and airport name (Aeropuerto Marcos A. Gelabert). …

My VA is looking to add about 150 A/C to Our Fleet. Is there any short way of adding them without having to input each one manually in the admin panel? Or is there an easy way to make the Tail numbers go away and just have it have the A/C Type? I would like to have the tail numbers but not if I have to add 150 A/C manually.

Hi all, I've just updated to the build 700 and found that the add bid button has gone from the schedules page. I've checked the templates (in dreamweaver the button shows), made sure they are in the skin folder properly and to no avail. Any help is apreciated! cheers, roboa

Hello, I am wondering how you can add another email to pilot manager. I have added the template of the email I want to add into the proper templates folder. I have also added the correct code for the pilot manager .php. That way it will get the template from the templates folder. The only thing I cant figure out is how to let it show up in the dropdown box on the admin page. I cannot find where it is. Any help with that will be awesome!! Thank you in advanced, Trey

Hi there, I am busy modifying my site to add a Owner entry for each aircraft. Now, Ive already add the owner table to the database, and made a manual entry to test directly on the database. Then, in the /admin/templates/ops_aircraftlist.tpl Ive added the table, as well as <?php echo $aircraft->owner; ?>, and in the /core/templates/fleet.tpl Ive also modified the layout to show the table Ive added. Now, it shows up fine, as well as the manual entry Ive made. My problem is that when I edit an aircraft in the admin area, the place for the Owner info are there, , but when I make an entry, and save the data, it does not save the owner info to the database.
