Hi all, Would you believe it we have managed to make it through to 6 months old with 20 pilots and regular pireps being filed. It has taken alot of hard work on my part as I am sure you are all fully aware as you own your own VA's!!!! My aim was to have a good quality flying group and I think we have achieved that with some success. The website and the VA as a whole will keep on evolving as time passes but we are fast approaching our 100th flight for the VA and this marks a pretty large milestone for me as just a few months ago I was struggling to get pilots. When you come to the website http://www.virtualamericanusa.com/ you see (unless you get a 403 like me) a professional, well made site for a virtual airline, however the staff there is FAR from professional. I joined in December of 2011, before a rule had been implemented stating "19. I also understand that NO Member information will be shared outside of the VAA Community and that NO PILOT ID's will be deleted after an approved application." I never agreed to this rule, but the CEO says I did because I registered even though the rule was placed on the registration page AFTER I registered. I cannot have MY name removed from his website even though I would like to have it be…

Hello everyone, I have this strong urge to start my own virtual airline. As of right now, I don't have anything started, but that is for a reason. Before I start, I want to make sure I've got some support and that my time isn't just being wasted. My question is, would anyone here be interested in working with me to start this VA? Hello Everyone, Lately I have been extremely frustrated with my web host. After so many clicks I get "The Server has closed the connection without sending any data" immediately when it tries to load. At it takes about 20 seconds for the server connection to reset. This is with hosting24.com and I have had them move me to about 3 different servers without any difference. I am done with them and they are just another "cheap" host that packs as many clients onto one server as possible. I am currently paying $5.84 month to month but am willing to pay up to $8.00 month to month if the host is really good. What do you use for your VA? I obviously need someone who can stably ho…
