Hi guys, One of my goals in moving to Jira was to give addon-developers and users a central place to handle bugs and resolve issues. With Jira, I can now add multiple projects, and add anyone as a point on that project. So basically, if any of you addon-developers (one addon, several), want a place to handle bug reports etc, let me know. I will add you in. I'm trying to make it easier for everyone, rather than people having to register between multiple bug-trackers, it's a bit easier to have it all in one place. Community building! Cheers!

We have quite a few addons, which is great, but the problem starts happening with keeping the latest versions, and sometimes people have stuff uploaded to different places, and then hosts go down or change, and some of the stuff is lost. I would like addons to be uploaded to Github or Bitbucket (whichever you prefer, though Github is better for reasons you'll see), as a public repository. It's not too much extra effort, but it ensures that 1. your code is available 2. people want to improve your code, it's easy to do so. Hi all, I'm still in the process of building my website (Does it ever stop, haha ) and since you may probably know, airlines use Operational Flight Plans to brief (or pilots brief themselves basically) their crews.\ My idea: - Create a default layout for your OFP - Let a module (?) fill in ' the blanks' - let the module (?) put out a .pdf file for the pilot to download I have 0,0 experience with programming whatsoever, but I'm willing to learn. Hey there i´ve got an feature idear / request Currently i´ve got the option to disable bids i´ve they´re already booked...How about an "extension" to also block the aircraft which is included in the booking as well - so i´ve you booked a flight, you won´t be able to book another flight with the same aircraft? Hello, This script is going well, but I have hit a brick wall for the time being. It is near impossible to include BOTH the phpBB Config files AND the phpVMS config files. This is because both of those config files contain further includes. No matter where you put this forum registration script, the sub-includes will always produce an error because they are missing. eg. AutoReg.php is in /home/ ppBB's config is in /home/forum/includes/ when including phpBB's file, it wants something in includes/, but because it is in /home/, it looks in /home/includes/ which is not correct. I have modified the template to display the results of passengers booking. The option "Add to bid" is permitted only if the flight type is for passengers ("P"). Hello Guys, I am a realy Noob on PHP. I have a two Questions. 1. Can some one help me to prepare the Schedules Flight Page that only the Flights from your last arrival Airport and the Flights by the right days will displayed? A Flight only on Tuesday shall only shwon on Tuesday. 2. In this reason I want to display also the available Aircrafts on Dep Airport and if there are no Aircrafts you must order an aircraft from a other airport at a small charge. Hi all, I've been looking at Phoenix VA's website, and I saw a Live Flight board on there which I'd rather like to replicate on my own VA's site. I did a search on these forums, and the only thing similar to this which i could find was one which tracked information from the flight schedules. Phoenix VA's appears to be a CURRENT flight board, rather than a SCHEDULED flight board, and looks like it actually tracks flight information from their live map, as i counted the entries on the table, and the number of flights on the map and they were the same. Can anyone help with this please? Thanks in advance!

Hello captains' could be included in the exam center time for each question? Example: The pilot asks his take on the central of the pilot, when you open the pilot test would be required to have 10 to 15 minutes to perform this examination. PLEASE HELP ME!!

Okay i just got 2 ideas but dont know how to make the code for. 1. Pilots will get a regular salary (like 3500$), if they fly or not. After 3 month without flying, they will get an email like "You didnt fly, how bad, now you have one month left or we delete your account" ooor the admin gets some msg in the admin panel and can write the email by himself.. 2. Lets change the rules and turn this into something realistic.. The pilot can have the choice to choose the routes by himself or let the flight operation officer do that task (he will choose the flights for the pilot and the pilot is not able to book flights by himself anymore) Maybe adding something like a switch w…

For those writing add-ons, I'll let you know in advance when it's stable enough that you can port your addons over. I would recommend though, writing against the latest beta, and releasing them for the latest version, which should be due soon.

Hi all, I have a couple of questions and was hoping someone may be able to answer them for me. My airline and another have gone into a code-share partnership, what we would like to know is that is it possible to share our schedules tables from the databases with each other and display the results on a custom schedules results page from within each other sites? Also is it possible to get KACARS to report back to two VA's at the same time during a flight? Also how would I go about setting Microsoft access up to access my database? Many Thanks Karl

Hi all Could someone please help me out, I think the solution is so simple but I just can't see it with limited PHP skills. Ok I have multiple airlines but my schedules all come under the airline code "NEX" as the other airlines are for charters, code share etc. so I have filtered my NEX schedules on the results.tpl like so which works a treat: <?php foreach($allroutes as $route) { if ($route->code != 'NEX') continue; But I wanted to show two or more airline codes in the schedule results.tpl like "NEX" and"3XE" but not any others how would I adjust the code? Afternoon All I currently have on my site a static fleet page gouped by aircraft type, however as part of my quest to learn MVC and php I thought I would have a go at making it dynamic so that when I add an aircraft the page auto updates saving me loads of work in the long run. So after an evening of browsing though phpvms files to see how it all ticks, and based on the public pilots list, grouped by hubs I made my class, module and tpl files. I had some success but not completely, the page gives me one group for each icao which is what I wanted, but it also gives me all the whole fleet repeated in each group! not just the aircraft specific to the group. Hello guys This may be a bit specific for some people but anyone who has made an ACARS system, help would be appreciated. I would like a bit of help as i intend to create a Custom ACARS client for myself and am not entirely sure how i'm going to go about doing that. I will be using Windows Visual Studio and the VB coding Language.
