Hey guys, I'm developing a VA system and using XACARS plugin. The problem is xacars plugin won't allow pilots use sim-rate so I was wondering if was there a config for that ? Thanks for helping me.

Hello, I'm having a problem with logging in to my website. When I login with my Pilot ID and Password, I'm not being forwarded to the pilot center anymore Before I was always redirected to the Pilot Center, and now ending up with this: When I reload that page, the site displays the "login_already.tpl", but I have access. Unfortunately this appeared with no warning, and I don't know how to fix it. I have already consulted the forum, but didn't find any solution. Thanks in advance!

Hi, sorry, me again! So running through all the testing phase on my phpvms site and did my first test flight using the schedule, 0001 is the example. Flight completed fine, PIREP filed etc and all good.... however, if I go and search for schedules now to do another flight, 0001 has gone from my search (but does still exist in flights and schedules in the admin panel) Why is this and how can I stop it from disappearing to do again?

I have a laptop and i am not always connected to the internet. I found out, that the schedules page looks different when i am offline and does not work correctly. Here a picture When i select an airport or something, it shows me a page without any styles and at all.. it doesnt look like it should. I use this page without any modifications (only that one which does not show all schedules automatically at once)

Lately I have been getting a popup on the left side of my screen every time I select a page at phpVMS or my VA web site. It's titled "Related Searches" and has 7 links below it. Sometimes it not only displays the popup but also opens a new page for some sort of ad. Has anyone else been getting this? Not a fan of it. Every time I do anything on my webpage I have to close the popup because it appears every time a new page opens. Aggravating!

For some reason my airport and schedule tables dont load. It does add the data though because when I go to add routes, the airports show up when I start typing out the ICAO. How do I fix this?

Hi, I am programming my own ACARS and everything is going fine, but I cannot use the correct format for displaying the LOG field, on PIREP, same way kACARS does. When you go to log into the airline a message pops up with a Google Map API error. It will show when you go to the link below. I have changed the API several times through Google and still the error. www.virtualaircargo.com Also I can't get the FS ACARS config file to work at all and another member says it is not recording properly. I think my issu is Windows Vista administrator rights as I can't add additional config files for my airline and other airlines to FS ACARS. Looking for beta testers if anyone is interested in joining?

Hi I have implemented the built in contact form and it works very well. However I was wondering if it possible to have a drop down box so that the user can select the recipient and then when they send the contact form it emails to the selected department. So if the user selected the Human Resources department it would send the email to hr@mydomain.com for example rather than the default email address selected in the admin centre of phpvms. Is this possible, if so how can I do it. Cheers

I'm near to completion on my new VA website, but need willing people to give it a run for it's money, and give honest constructive criticism, before I launch the site properly. If anyone is feeling helpful, it would be great if they could sign up and have a look around the site. It would also be great if anyone could test out the live ACARS and despatch systems. Any accounts created in this testing phase would be deleted before the VA goes live (unless those who signed up wish to stay signed up). I usually don't check the VA finances but I did that today and I had stuff to see. A picture tells more than a 1000 words. How did this happen? I have fuel set to 0.36 as I calculated from my visit to the JAT Airways flight operations this year. Can someone help me with this? edit; solved! one flight of mine where the fs crashed had a wrong fuel calculation.

Hello, Im trying to add "File a Manual PIREP" to the sidebar of stilsa skin and ive added this to the app_top.php.... a class="nav-link" href="<?php echo url('/pireps/filepirep'); ?>"> <i class="fas fa-map-marked-alt"></i> <span>File A Manual PIREP</span> </a> But the text is in a weird purple color and its not aligned with the other text on the sidebar, anyone know what to do?

Has anyone tried yet to integrate the Air Hauler program output with vms ? My pilots have been asking so I thought that I would try here before I start my own (gonna be very slow) investigation. I am looking for only very basic integration right now the pilots simply enter the Air Hauler route as a charter on kACARS and track it while they fly it on AH. It would be nice if I could just pull the VMS info right from AH logs.

Hello. I have a few questions regarding subdomains. I recently added a subdomain to our va in order to attempt to seperate our divisions from one another. I have created the subdomain and copied the phpvms files to the subdomain and edited the skin files to reflect the new look. I have the same database for all divisions currently. My questions... 1. Is it possible to show only the schedules for that airline code and ignore the other divisions' schedules? 2. Same with aircraft...is there a way to seperate aircraft by airline? I know these may seem like odd questions but I am inexperienced in php coding. I can do some editing but not alot. Any help is great. Thanks in…

Hello guys, We have a issue where the flights can't be seen after a pilot bids the flight then complete it its still missing in the booking page thoe the pilot complete the flight and file's the priep we are using the addon front schedule http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/2197-schedule-search-airline-aircraft-arrival-departure/ to search flights.I think the problem lies on when a pilot completes the flight files the priep i guess the system thinks it still bidded by the pilot thoe he completed the flight.So how to delete the bidded flights in the database i know we can delete it in the PHP VMS admin panel but i want to delete it from the database.??? websi…
