Is it possible to let all pilots book only one flight? Because, as you may know, pilots can book as many flights as he wants, as far as I know, so let's book only 1 flight? Example: Same as other VAs, when you book a flight, it blocks where you are searching for the flight and switches to my bids - Using Fltbook And I'm also trying to map the route on the bids, how is it possible? I was wondering if there was a way to limit the amount of manual PIREP's that can be submitted. I only want pilot's to be able to submit a manual PIREP once in every 90 days.

this may have been covered, but my search has not found a solution. As my Schedule list grows, I am wondering if there is a way to only show flights that a pilot can actually do? At present, the full list shows, and the pilot can limit the selection manually by selecting his airport from the drop down, but is there a way to alter the list, so it automatically only shows flights from the airport he is located? I see no point in showing him any others since he is unable to bid on them?

Hi there, we use this amazing software to run a virtual Air Force, and I set up Squadrons as Airlines. Is it possible to have a option when adding an aircraft, to link it to a specific airline (squadron)? Thanks in advance Jakes

Here's a good one. Not sure if it is a skinning question or what. Sorry if is in wrong section. I have my forum installed and in my phpBB3, I have placed a link in the header BACk to my main site. So if I am logged in on my main site and then visit my forum, when clicking the link to go back to my main site, it shows me NOT logged in until I click at least 1 link on site. Do you know of any good way to solve this issue?

Hi everyone I've been working more on my site, tidying code up etc before the launch (soon!) and there's really only one more thing, which is trying to link FrontSchedules with the html <form> I already created. I've been truly amazed at how simple this system is to setup and use, and I've finally hit a road block. I've added a page through the admin center that is supposed to go to a SMF forum set-up from the front page, and I've tried using a php redirect to link it, but it doesn't work. When you click on the link, it still shows the sidebar and just says Forums in the title. What am I not doing right? If it helps, the directory structure looks like this http://mid-americanva.comyr.com/index.php The forums are at http://mid-americanva.comyr.com/smf/index.php If it helps, I do have access to view and edit my .htaccess file.

I have been struggling all weekedn trying to get phpvms set up andkept getting a problem with my Local.config.php mot being accessable. I kept trying to changed the CHMOD settings to make it fully accessable but it just didn't work, I even tried different FTP management tools to see if that made a difference, Then one of the tools when try to changet the CHMOD settings again cam eback that only LINUX server allows you to change the settings in that way, Light bulb went on, I am on a windows server, so I went to the server and played around with the access settings for the folders. Hey I am simply trying to create a list of all flights in a range of numbers. For example all flights with a flight number beginning with 33. I have tried everything and have gone in so many circles now that I am just ULTRA confused. I was basing it on a wildcard search of '33%' I can't figure out how to setup my class, modules, and templates...or even know any more if I need to or if I can just put code directly into the page itself ?? This stuff is very confusing. I would like my finished product to be a scheduled list of all flights with number starting with 33 Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ok I've managed to create my data base and install the phpvms and now I get this in my VA admin center The install folder still exists!! This poses a security risk. Please delete it immediately How do i delete that, please understand my mind understands mapping instructions.

Hello , I am starting a VA, and wow do I love PHPVMS lol I just have two questions for you guys. So for some reason I cannot get anything to show up on the Live Map, I am running FSACARS and using the config file and all that. I have not edited the acarsmap.tpl at all, I have found another post on this forum about this issue but it did not help me at all. Any help? The other question I have is, when a pilot bids on a flight, is there an option to keep that schedule from going away? So other pilots can bid the same schedule? Thanks SOLVED Thanks! Live Acars Map

We have a flight that just remains showing on the Live ACARS map. The flight was never finished and the status says FSACRS Closed. Is the only way to get this off of the map to use the "Reset Acars" link in the Maintenance options? Is there a way to flush the acarsdata database on a timed schedule? Like every hour all data gets dumped. Would this mess with any flights that are actually flying and reporting through ACARS. Thanks in advance.

Hey phpvms! Having some issues with the Acars Map!
