Hi guys, For some reason, every time I try to access the forum from my tablet in Chrome or Firefox I get redirected to some website (ww1.br-update.com). Any ideas?

I added a new airline to my existing VMS and it says it added, but then its not showing on the list. I cant import scheds as it says the airline doesn't exist, if i try to add the airline again it says it exists! I checked the database and its in there and enabled. Any guesses guys and gals?

Alright guys, before we go on as to how this topic has been brought up several times, and has been resolved, let me point out that i have been through all of those topics and nothing works or has anything to do with my issue. I tried many things to change the appearance of the acarsmap by googling but I can't find a working solution. What I am trying to do is to remove the layers and change the map type. All the website is set normally and works propelly, local config files are set to UTF-8 and also de database settings. Hello All, I've created a custom profile field through the admin center for VATSIM ID's. I've gone into the member's profile to add their VATSIM ID and get the "saved successfully" message. But when I go out of that screen then back in the data is missing. Any help appreciated.

Hopefully this is in the right category....if not my apologies.... I recently have started a project to update our VA and received a request to add a proficiency test and checkflight system. I am not quite sure where to start with this type of add-on. The module should allow pilots to fly the routes within the rank they have, provided they have received the appropriate type rating. In order to get the type rating, they must pass a written exam (currently using ExamCenter) and complete a set of flights dispatched to them with that aircraft(Enter the dispatch system...). We launched our new system, which is based on phpvms yesterday and took entered the hours and flights the pilots had already flown into the database (not into the column transfer hours but into the real totalhours column). Now those hours get deleted after the first flight is accepted. Is there a solution to this or am I doing something wrong. Thanks in advance. Lauritz

I'm having a problem with our VA's finances at the moment. I forgot to enter ticket prices into our schedules and wanted to do that now. What I did was I wrote a script that calculated the price by multiplying an average price for one nm with the distance. This worked great and I did that for our already filed pireps as well and calculated the gross revenue hoping to correct our decent financial situation caused by this error. The table of the Balancesheet is showing the monthly revenue correctly but there is an error in the calculation of the total revenue. As it seems the total just contains the pilot pay and the fuel price (I didn't play around with expenses yet) but …

Hy guys, i have added a new column to my airports table called "elevation" and as the name says it contains the airport elevation for all airports. Now i am trying to have the elevation displayed on my flight briefing document for the departure and the arrival airport. For some reason it won`t show up and I`m trying different codes for hours now....I`m not too good in database stuff. It would be great if one of you could show me how to call that elevation field value inside the flight briefing. thank you in advance

I did a couple searches for this, and didn't find anything - I apologize in advance if this has already been answered and thank you in advance for pointing me to the solution - I would like to manual rank my VA. I have set the auto ranking to false in my app_config file. However I am still not able to see how to change the ranking of a pilot. For example, I have three rankings established but my pilot profile is fixed on the default new-hire. How I can I switch the ranking of a pilot? Thanks for your time and help. R, Bill

I apologize if I am recreating a topic but could not find any information in regards to missing hours. I signed on this morning and I have numerous emails from our user stating missing hours. I checked and sure enought half of my roster shows no hours but pireps and everything are there. I have one guy with 335 flight and 0 hours but if you to look at his pireps they are all there and approved. Any help would be great!. Thanks

Hello, I'm currently setting up phpvms for my virtual airline but I'm stuck with the open flash charts. I've managed to change the background colors of the charts but I would like to change the color of the grid lines now, as it doesn't fit the background any more. I've searched around the open flash chart files for some time now but I couldn't find an entry where it set's the grid color. Could someone point me out to that file or is there no possibility to change this color? Thanks in advance, Lauritz
