I have noticed that quite recently me and other pilots are logged out whenever they view certain pages or when they reopen the browser. When you try to log back in though, it gives you the error message that "you are already logged in". Could it be a cookie problem? I have searched the forums but found nothing. Kindest Regards, James

Okay big brainers, I was looking through the Schedules Results and can't find out how to add a Mission page that has a list of flights that pilots can bid on. I am not very good at figuring how the flight results are pulled out of the system. If it cannot be done, then they will just have to manually search for the flights, which in my opinion is just a hassle.

When i changed a pilots id from 116 to 103, the next pilot to join automatically got 117, i then changed 117 to 116. the next day a new pilot joined and he automatically got the PID of 118. is there anyway to fix this to where there are no blanks without changing everyone's PID?

Upon on the edit of the local configuration file, the whole website turns out blank white (almost like a blank index.html file) I was wondering was there a problem in editing it... since I was only changing one value manually in FTP. (The number of digits in the pilot ID from 4 to 3.

Hey all - I edited the local.config file to change settings regarding bid holding and pilot active statuses. Once I re uploaded the file i went to our site to make sure everything was working properly. The site is still working but a couple weird things are happening. I have screens to show what I'm talking about... any ideas? I'm seeing some text at the very top of the home page, the 30 day pirep count chart is now gone (with error message.) The bottom of the admin panel page with the quote is now showing up weird... All this occurred after i changed settings in the local.config file that shouldn't have had anything to do with the display of the site. Any ideas? An…

I'm near to completion on my new VA website, but need willing people to give it a run for it's money, and give honest constructive criticism, before I launch the site properly. If anyone is feeling helpful, it would be great if they could sign up and have a look around the site. It would also be great if anyone could test out the live ACARS and despatch systems. Any accounts created in this testing phase would be deleted before the VA goes live (unless those who signed up wish to stay signed up). Tried searching this but didn't find anything. :/ What I want to do is make pages for each airline I have and then on that airlines page display all the pilots with that airlines code... I already made the pages (folder in the modules folder and a new .tpl) but I'm not sure how to create the code for the roster on each page. Any ideas?

hi mates just need to know if we want to display Pilot ID also in registrationaccpeted.tpl file so pilot would also note down there IDS what code we can use? Pilot ID:<?php echo $pilot->pilotid; ?> is this the right code for the file.

Hi All, I can no longer login to my website and as such cannot access the admin section, I have checked the databases and I am shown as admin and pilot. Problem is I cannot remember after what update this started. I think it was after Rev v2.1.934-141-g6d3b5a5 - fixed pilot login error but I cannot be sure. If anyone can help me correct this without having to completely re-install I would be eternally gratefull. Philip Taylor

Does anybody have a script they wouldn't mind sharing for Pilot Applications to join a VA? If so, can you post here or pm me and also tell me where it goes on the server? Would prefer one that also has transfer hours and a space for a link to verify those hours. I think it is odd that phpvms does not include one. If is included, how do I activate it? Hi all. I was wondering if a news item could have its own view/page? For instance: va-domain.com/news/1, va-domain.com/news/322, etc What for? Have the possiblity to show more content, have each news item marked as "Like" on Facebook or shared on other social networks, etc.

Good morning, Since 3 hours or so I'm facing problems with my phpVMS. It seems that it loads for a long time and finally it doesnt work. The link is: http://syr-va.org/vmssyr Files inside the folder are working like http://syr-va.org/vmssyr/README.txt PHP & MySQL are running very well in 1&1, also the servers are fully operational.
