As many of you know I am nearing the completion of the raw data needed to plug into this site and thus give birth to Pontchartrain Virtual Airlines. If my calculations are correct I am about a month away from completing this task and then down loading the operating program. All of which brings me to the purpose of today’s post. Without mincing words I have no idea how to create and paint the aircraft needed to run the VA. In my minds eye I know exactly what I want the aircraft to look like, but I haven’t a clue on how to make that vision come alive. On my old site, I had a page that showed a pilots stats by aircraft type. It listed how many hours a pilot flew per aircraft and had a "certified" picture if he flew enough hours.... Anyways, how is the best way to go about pulling out that info from the database? Hi there, I have tried to combine the bidding system with the Fleet List from Mitchell (http://forum.phpvms.net/index.php?topic=1665.0), but I have not suceeded. I want to more colums on this fleet list, which are: Flight number and the BID system. We are operating as a business airline, at the time, 5 aircrafts and I want to make our pilots available to book their aircraft direct from the fleet overview page. If an aircraft is booked it should be not bookable to someone else. Can someone help me in merging the bis system into the fleet page. thanks a lot, best regards, Markus

Hello, i know that there has been topics related to this but i couldn't find any valuable information. So basicly what i need for my VA is to determine pilot's location and allow him to book only flights available from his current location, for example pilot flies from EGKK to EVRA, phpvms will show only flights from EVRA. I know that other airlines under phpvms has managed to do that. Thanks

I do not know what the reason is, but the schedules are visable for not logged in people, except for me as the primary admin. They are invisable for pilots, if they log in. They can see the schedules as long as they are not logged in. I have created a test-pilot so I could test it. And even if I add the admin group for the test-pilot, it stays invisable. However the script that Pharko shows routes per airliner only shows if I am logged in. I think this is related to each other. So I deleted all of Pharko's scripting, but that did not solve the issue. I guess there must something else going wrong.

Hey, I need some help here dealing with multiple parameters code. I have just accepted two new pilots and activated them. One pilot does not appear in the "Newest Pilots" block on our airline home page. I have checked and compared the pilots data for both pilots and all pilots in the Admin Centre, and the data for the pilot in question appears to be formatted same as the other 10 registered pilots data. The pilot in question does appear in the pilots list normally....just not in the Newest Pilots block.

I know how to do that. But the question is rather, Is it possible for only admins to do this? I would think that it is but there are issues. The registration form checks to see if you are not logged in. Well you are, your the admin. The registration form has captcha and won't submit without it. Admins don't need that. I don't care to capture a users IP during registration (or in my case when admins add a user). I have read post after post about registration and no one has even hinted toward an answer. Thanks!

Sorry if this is the wrong category to ask this, or if it's been answered already, but I couldn't find the answer when searching the forums. I guess recently VATSIM updated their prefile api and when using the VATSIM Prefile button on my VA's site within the generated SimBrief, it no longer populates the remarks field on the VATSIM prefile site.
