Hi, When you save your profile and then it reloads on the pilot centre, the text "profile saved" where and what file is that so I can edit it ?? ?? ? Cheers

Evening everyone, I have for a while been trying to figure out, whether or not if it's possible to restructure the pilot ID? As it is by default, it assigns each pilot with the ICAO ID of the airline, and then a number (but you all know that already.. ). What I want to do, is the following: Assign the ID's based on names, let's use me as an example, my full name is Jakob Lindved Marker. In my case, the pilot ID would result in "LINM" (without the ""). Basically the system would take the last three characters of the first name (in my case my middle name), and put it together with the first character of the last name. Hey Nabeel, Everytime i submit a pirep i accept , it doenst show the Miles till i have to manually update through the maintance. I am using the latest beta 816 and when you submit you will see the flight but it wont record the miles till you do it manually.

So I got my last badge issue resolved but now got another. The text color will not change on any custom badge images. If I change the color in the config file and reset signatures and clear cache in admin panel, it will change the font color on badge of the default badge named background.png. if I have one called background2.png or kord.png it will not change the the font color. It actually inserts what ever color it wishes. All phpvms files are default. NONE are altered by me at all. Thanks for any help you may offer.

Hello, i am having an issue right now. Whenever i press the "Approve all" PIREP, i get this error " Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/ac1vpjmyzpzr/public_html/admin/modules/PIREPAdmin/PIREPAdmin.php on line 120 ". I cannot also approve individual PIREP. Nothing will happen when i approve. When i delete PIREP, i refresh the page and the PIREPs will still be there. How do i solve this ? Phpvms version - 5.5.x PHPVersion - 5.6 ( tried 5.5 but none works )

hello, im completely stumped, if you see my webpage https://vswa.net/index.php/pireps/view/199 you'll see the "route map" below the map i added in (continuous work going on) I tried my code as a different name and there is no "route map" so my next question im going to ask is where is that route map coming from, what interconnected paret that isnt even in my coding is calling that code? what the heck is going on lol

Hi! I did a few flights using phpVMS and Xacars today... I have my flights sheduled in phpvms together with the routes. But when I flew quite a few routes today, i noticed that xacars seems to report wrong routes... XAcars seems to have the correct routes when i start. But when i check my pireps in phpvms wrong route is reported... Anyone that has enountered this problem?? /Niklas

Hello All, Installed PHPVMS on PHP7.1, installer works great now that I have my DB issues resolved. When I login to the new site and go into the Admin section, none of the admin modules work. I keep getting errors like: An Error Was Encountered The module "SITECMS" doesn't exist! Same for all of the other modules. Any thoughts as to what I am doing wrong?

I added more hubs but when going to the roster instead of displaying the icao like the other versions have it just says "There are no pilots!" 3 times as seen here http://nicktyson.me/simb6/index.php/pilots. Good morning, one of my pilots received, while trying to send the PIREP via XAcars, the information "No Flight/Log for this Pilot". Well, the flight was limited to day 2 and he tried to send the PIREP on day 3. Everything was booked on day 2 .... Is this the problem? How to fix that one? Please note, that we try to create a flightplan as real as possible ... so eacht aircraft can handle a max of 24 hrs a day. That´s the reason why we limited flights at several days. Hello guys. I have been trying to setup phpVMS for some time now just to try it out for my VA that is coming soon. I have noticed today that my Roster page is not showing the full list. The first person showing up first is AKA132, and there are people infront of him including myself that are not listed. Any ideas whats causing this. Same problem on my Status Badge page.

Hi Guys, Not sure its so much an issue per se but if I make a page in the admin panel and then go back and edit it, it always try to add a new paragraph - Possibly because its detecting there isn't one already. Every time I delete the paragraph and space tags - and re-edit the page they always appear. Would it be possible to know how to fix this or what file it is being checked in so I can change it. Hello I open this topic because I encounter a problem with my site. In fact, the transfer time from the pireps is very long (2min and more). One of our pilots informed me that on another VA it was instant (with the same tracker) Which leaves me to think that we have a concern. We use phpvms 5.5 on a PHP 5.6, we are in dedicated hosting, which should not be a problem of resources. We have +950 pilots and soon 98,000 worseps. We use smartcars as a tracker. The pireps are not transmitted completely (the rawdata for example does not arrive), which poses concerns for the rest of the phpvms script (positioning of the pilot, end of a lap step, etc ...) Because the software is very complex and I as a developer do not want to develop the wheel from scratch, I am looking for documentation where everything, all classes / modules / structure and developer tips are combined. Is there anyway to require new pilots to click an activation link in there email? it would be helpfull because it would automaticlly add the VA email o there safe contacts list so future emails wont go into the junk filter
