My site is near completion; only one remaining problem that I cannot get solved. In the PILOT CENTER and PILOT PUBLIC PROFILE pages I have this problem: I am trying to add a table to show Aircraft usage by ICAO code. Once that pilot has flown that aircraft I want it to show in the table, so we can keep track of how many hours a pilot has spent in the plane so they can earn an award for certain aircraft. I was trying to pull out the information from what was showing from the ADMIN CENTER (Aircraft Reports), with no success. Can someone help me with this. Hi, i am currently using a simple online pirep system for a aircraft enthusiasts organisation, however i would like to change to PHPVMS, currently because the organisation is for pilots using a specific aircraft they have a choice of many airlines. The problem i am having is that since there are so many different routes using the aircraft across the world i want my pilots to be able to choose their DEP & DES is this possible without manually entering millions of routes manually ?

Hello When people join my va, the phpvms does not give a welcom e-mail with password or anything. It also does not send e-mails out in the "email all pilots" section. and also the acars map does not take an aircraft off after the piolot has finnished. can any one help thanks

Firstly, I did "several" searches to find the answer to this question. Please forgive me if I missed it. When navigating (clicking on a link) in the Pilot Center, I find that I can not get back to the last screen I was on. If I use my browser's "Back Button", I am taken back to the main Pilot Center window. I am concerned with how confusing this would be for my pilots that are new to phmVMS. Hi all, Sorry if it is here already, i did search for it, but found nothing. I had PHPVMS installed before and loved it. However my hosting crashed and I lost everything. So after a while i tried reinstalling it. After upoading and filling in the two pages (one for MySQL and a second for login and airline name) it then brings me to a final page, the url is something like http://blabla.com/intall/install.php?complete (Or something like that) the page displayed no info though, i remember in the past that it showed something. G'day All, I have to custom filed in my registration, they are vatsim ID, and Transfer hours I would like to be able to make it so that the vatsim ID field has to be filled otherwise the registration will not proceed. How can i do this, without affecting my transfer hours field ? any help with this would be great, it'd reduce errors by my staff when accepting registrations, by tacking out the fact that they need to manually check to see if the field has been filled. How do I go about deleting aircraft from my fleet? It seems that I can only edit, but they still show up in the aircraft selection menu on the schedule search, even if I disable them. I would rather delete them period. Thank you,

Hey everyone, I just logged in to my admin panel to add a new hub, filled in the icao (eggp) and clicked lookup, but nothing is happening. It just says "Fetching airport data.." - Is the lookup service down (wherever that is)? Our website is hosted by fivedev, so it's not a local server issue either..

please help . i must have changed something by mistake. when i try to go to my admin centre i get this Forbidden You don't have permission to access /admin/ on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

G'day Guys, I was wondering if anyone has tried to make a checkbox under the emails to send out an email to inactive pilots. I'd like to make my HR managers job a little easier, by being able to mass mail pilots that are inactive within the airline. I'm in the process of moving our VA to phpvms from another system and I have to say that the possibilities here are amazing. I did search the forums but didn't find a relevant topic. Our site is in the early stages of development with a very standard Crystal skin, and things are going very smoothly, but I found a slight problem from the Admin panel. If I try to add or edit the news I see the title box but nowhere to edit or add the news text. On the side bar it has the tips from the email page (insert pilots name, etc) but nothing relevant to news text. I have the Aword Images Showing in the pilot Center but how do i make so only a certain amount of awords are shown per line? I tis starting to look really bad when a pilot has too many awords.
