We launched our new system, which is based on phpvms yesterday and took entered the hours and flights the pilots had already flown into the database (not into the column transfer hours but into the real totalhours column). Now those hours get deleted after the first flight is accepted. Is there a solution to this or am I doing something wrong. Thanks in advance. Lauritz

Hi. i'm using Flight Booking System_V1.0 on my va but i have a problem which is when i click add bid it redirect me to another page and displays "No route passed" . i tried all topics in this forum but no one solved my problem. BTW i'm using Bootstrap only.

Hello all! I've some problems on my Pilot Roster page. Problems: 1- New members not listing on Roster. 2- Some pilots not listing. 3- List is very mixed. Does not sort by pilot ID. I'm reskin my Pilot Roster. I've Active - Inactive status and I'm already showing IVAO ID on my roster. I try deleting my reskinned file to orginal roster file and problem doesn't resolved. I tryed to check my "phpvms_pilots" database and I saw, database does not sort by PILOT ID. I need help and I've very limited time because we are an IVAO Member and we need to resolve this problem a soon as possible. Please help me! Thank you very much for all supporters! OK, you can stop laughing now! I've searched these forums on bids, bids process, bids not working, and read the documentation section. That gives me 117 or so possibilities but no answers. In real life a pilot bids a flight he wants to fly. If accepted he then fly's it and gets paid. Or at least that is my understanding of it. In phpVMS you can either enable that bided route to be available to only the bidder, or to all. I have some questions. 1. Specifically, what is the benefit of using bids? 2. How does it tie into the schedule system to enhance it? 3. How have you implemented it? Thanks! Rodney

Hello guys, I need a little help. I wish the ranks were awarded not only based on the hours but also the number of flights made. I was able to bring up the function in the admin panel and make it work. The table in the database is updated correctly, but if I add the hours to a pilot with the "transert hours" the rank is increased even if there isn't a number of required flights. Can anyone help me?

Hello everyone, I want to show the operator logo on my VA live map but I have this problem: I used the code <img src="<?php echo SITE_URL; ?>/lib/skins/vairline/img/logos/small/<%=flight.code%>.png"> but it takes the pilot code, not the airline code, so it shows a wrong image. Is there anyway to fix it?

Hi, is there an option, module or stat to show the profit of the month? So all pilots have a quick view without looking in the va finances. I want to put just the profit in the sidebar to the other statistics. At the moment I make this per hand, after every flight I had to update it manually thx

Good day gentlemen: Congratulations for this phpvms and this forum, glad to be here. Our VA works with FSPassengers since 8 years ago with over 38300 pireps, but want to add phpvms for other acars, pireps system and flightsim as well. Is it posible swap or migrate FSPassengers flights and user tables to phpvms ? Dont want to lose pilots records. Regards.

Hello friends, I would like to create a restriction on my website, users who are not registered, by clicking on the site would go directly to the page of access to pilots or registration of new entries. Example on the link below, http://crew.flyvawe.com/index.php/ Anyone have any ideas? My interest is to restrict all pages of the site to menros not register the same site above, only release after login.

I have a few signatures that I have noticed with some weird fonts. Looks normal in Google. It is messed up in Firefox, Opera, and IE, and iPad. On the picture the top signature is the one in question.

ok, so my server was updtate to PHP 5.4 now i get Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _FILES I understand this is due to PHP 5.4, and I have read there are workarounds somewhere, but I cannot find any information on this forum on how to fix it. Hello, I noticed there is an option to set jumpseat costs in my app.config.php/local.config.php after updating to simpilot's version. My question is simple; How can I add a jumpseat purchase form in to a page(let's say jumpseat.php) ?

I have the "same old" No route passed error. However noConflict is not helping this time. I am using PHPVMS 5.5.2. I can confirm that default skin works fine. I also tried removing ALL javascripts from my theme(leaving only the default comes with phpvms 5.5.2). Still no luck. However, I noticed when I add the JQuery noConflict line on the theme, I get this error Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class 'Schedules' does not have a method 'viewaction.php' in xxxyyy/core/classes/MainController.class.php on line 218 Thanks, Kishshey

Hello Gent's today our site has a hick-up because of some weird registrations. Looks like that a script at registrations forms used to enable some pop-ups. I found only that at my sql pilot's table: looks like that no other files were affected. I disabled registration for the moment until a solution is found. - Any ideas? Sorry for bad english . . . I think this is a serious problem. I have been unable to send mail since l first install it. The problems of more terrible now. I found that no matter how I set, it always displays success. If I use smtp, no log files indicate that sent the email, login in the smtp. About mail server,I tried using anonymous mode,But still not effective. If I use another mode. l cant find any logs path about the send mail. ps:I use win08, php5.3.

I have been trying for weeks now how to figure out how to make each flight create a new news topic for each completed flight or each time a pirep has been submitted for instance.
