Hello Nabeel here is a list of bugs i found using xacars and the latest beta. 1.acars map shows fsacars clowesd and updates the plane on the map but not the data that is shown. 2.i dit a flight from eblg to lppt today somebody else does the same flight it shows me again on the acars map including the other pilot.(i will be including a screenshot) 3.the flightbids dont go away you have to manualy delete them. this is what i found sofar hope it helps you . gr joeri

I am running 744. Some of my charters are still not showing up. I have tried deactivating and reactivating, didn't work. And I checked the day of the week also. This is really messing up my operation as many of my charters are tied together. Would some of you other VA's have a look and see if your schedules are doing this?

OK guys, sorry I've been asking a lot of questions but I still run into a few issues every now and then. First question, Bidding... Pilot selects bid it says added, then pilot goes back to view bid and it says "You have not bid on any flights". Any Ideas? Second: phpvms Admin Panel... Latest News it says No input file specified. where do I specify a file? Thanks for the continued support, Chad C.

Hi Nabeel, Using the latest beta and I am having issues accepting new pilots. As soon as I double click to accept them, it goes to the pilot list. They are still in the list for pending. As well, the map does not seem to be erasing ended flights. I have it set for 30 minutes in the config and they are still there. I even changed it to 1 and hours after they are still there. I have not been able to send my pireps to VA Central either. Something about the API server but I am just assuming that is an issue on your end. Would really like to see the registration fixed chief. Sorry guys, but the way the download section is setup, it makes it very hard to work out exactly what version / download I should be using. I read somewhere that its recommended to use the lastest Beta due to bug features, is this correct ? If so, do I update, or install the lastest Beta ? How come none of the .zip files have a revision reference on them ? e.g phpvms_update_rev780.zip ? I have so many zip files now I dont know which is which, and without clear knowledge on what I should be downloading is only making it more and more confusing. Nabeel, I have four modules catching the same event - 'registration_complete' 1 - forum registration 2 - teamspeak registration 3 - automatic AIRMail welcome message 4 - automatic forum post announcing the new hire They all work individually if I remove the other three from the modules folder, but when I have all four in the folder only one will catch the event. Do i need to create an event at the end of each module to call the next, or should they all be able to catch the same event?

Hi everyone first and foremost hello as this is my first post here. I have recently discovered phpvms and am looking forward to start using it properly. I have been trying it to install it but haven't been able to complete it yet because I'm having some trouble understanding the installation steps. Here's what I've done so far: - uploaded the phpvms.full.zip to my home directory - extracted it using cPanel with the folder structure as it is in the file - wrote the permissions as explained in the installation step Now I'm a bit confused on how to proceed with the installation. Dear people, i'm trying to implement this beautifull program for my new born VA. I don't know if it's a problem with the server but : a) i create a pilot and enroll him in a VA called test1 then i decide to change him to test2, that for example is a cargo section when i go in administration to change the airline it says saved buy after i refresh it is still test1 i tryed adding my hours done on IVAO to my pilots profile and it worked fine. When i remove the hours it says saved but it doesn't not remove them from the total c) i would like to translate the program in italian, is it possible and how? Is it possible in future version to add a page function? I dont like it to have a table which is 12000px long i prefer it to be like 800px of height and then just pages to click through. That would look much better i think

I am in the EARLY stages of trying to convert my site over to phpvms. It is based on a defunct 'real' airline......CP Air. I have schedules for both real and fictional. Kind of a Realistic one from the past and a fictional modern one that never existed. The schedule does NOT let me have the same ident for different aircraft. I know that makes total sense, but the modern fleet has some idents the same as the old fleet and I have no plans to repaint aircraft Is there any way to make that work somehow? For now I just have to list the ident for the second aircarft as C-FBCP(2) or something to that effect. Which is fine with me if I have to do it that way, was just w…

Ciao Nabeel, i'm on 815 now. Yesterday I imported some new flight plans and now the recalculate airport distance does not work. For example i created the schedule for LIRF - EFRO /house of Santa Claus eheh) for Xmas awards and the distance is 15 nm.... sounds strange Also happened for LIRF - YSSY, Hong Kong, Beijing and others. Had to enter manually in each single flight plan to recalculated automatically with the button. Second thing, regarding the award. We've created this fly-in, i've setup the award with the badge, i gave the correct url to the badge but it does not show up. It shoes only the description in the pilots page as you can see from the images. BTW…

Hi folks. I'm trying to get my airline started and have decided to try phpVMS. The only problem is that I don't know anything about php or database servers. I hope you'll bear with me and be my teachers. I tried doing the install myself yesterday and it didn't go well. So I've decided to start all over and get some help as I go along. I noticed that there are just expenses to add either per month, per flight, and so on under the reports and expenses menu. Just wondering if there is a way to have income per flight too, i am working on duty-free income per se and also a on-board store ( soft drinks, aircraft models, snacks, ect...) for the airline. I do think it would be a nice feature to have.....

Good morning guys, In really need help to create and import the csv-file. Well I downloaded the csv-file and operated with Microsoft Excel to insert all my datas. Then saved it as CSV and tried to import this, but everytime I got following note: Airline with code NXA;1;EDDH;EDDC;-;D-AHAA;-;;0300;0345;;-;0;P;123456;1 does not exist! Skipping... Whats wrong with it? Good day. On our Flight Scheduels, the Add to Bid button doesnt work. When clicked, after about 10 seconds it sends the user to a white page and the bid doesnt count. How do I fix this?

OK, Here is what I'm seeing. When I file a PIREP (so far just manually, no ACARS) and I view the pirep on the pilot side there is no fuel cost. I then check the admin side and there is no fuel cost there as well. I then look at the "Reports and Expenses" overview and under "Aircraft" there is no mileage. In order for me to get those to show up I must recalculate distances and PIREP finances. Is this the normal way of doing it or will it fix itself after X amount of time? Running latest Beta.

I just had a pilot message me and told me that he couldn't setup an avatar. No error message, it says the profile was saved, but the image didn't show up. I logged into my hosting server and did not see a new image in the libavatar folder. I then tried to change my avatar image and had the same issue. There doesn't seem to be an error message but the image won't change. I did a search here and found some references to permissions being set to 777 on the avatar folders. On my hosting account, all I get to choose is "read" and "write". It doesn't say anything about 777. The version I'm using is 1.2.700 Any ideas on what to try next? Dan

I am using the "Transfer Hours" part of the admin menu and also wanted to add the number of flights(Total Flights) from the OLD data. My question is.....will that screw anything up at all?? I know this area would match up with new logged flights. I guess I just want to be sure that adding flights to the "Total Flights" for a pilot and adding the "Transfer Hours" won't confuse the program or database in any way. Otherwise I will only add the "Transfer Hours". Do you understand what I am getting at or am I just rambling.
