I did build www.citylink-va.com for my own va, and use a paid version of kacars on it. The free version works as well. VLMVA.com did ask my help to build a website and implement some kind of acars. The website functions, but kacars free, ccftracker are not working at all. In CCFTracker I get the error: Login error - The Connection to the VA Site has timed out!!. I got from Free kAcars about the same issue. I know that I did install the website part of the site, and I wonder what the issue is. It is not the login, as that works on the site itself. Hello, well so far 5 days into phpvms, awesome backbone, just skinning and setting up all the different things, I've ran into a little ******.. right now my company is losing money because each passenger is paying "0.00" pounds. Example: FLIGHT DETAILS Gross Revenue: (184 load / £ 0.00 per unit £ 0.00 Fuel Cost: (2133.24 fuel used @ 5.1 / unit) This may be a complete newb question, but how do I change this 0 value to something else? like 70 pounds. I've looked in local.config.php, FinanceData.class.php (I thought I was onto something in that file, but php beats me.) and of course the tpl that it's outputting to.. so how can I change the price of a unit? MOD note: OP is using BlueIce skin and having an issue with the instructions in that skin. I am trying to install phpvms 5.5.2.72. I am following all of the instructions in the readme. I copy and pasted this from the readme to StatsData.class.php, but it's not working. If I leave this part out my website works, but if I put it in, the website wont load. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Hello all, I had just finished installing phpVMS and noticed that the admin center is just short of working. I cannot see any Pilot Reports, Pilots themselves, Airports, or Schedules. I had done install/checkinstall.php and my webhost is xampp. How do I fix this? I am disappointed that I can't run a virtual airline on my OWN webserver...

Hello, I don't know if any VA owners have noticed that when you edit a pilots profile, the drop down menu in their profile selects Afghanistan as default so when you save the changes you've made, it changes their country to Afghanistan. This means every profile you edit, you have to remember their original country and re-select it after you've made your adjustments, could the next version of phpVMS sort this problem?

On ONE of my sites, I can't login for some reason and therefore can't do admin duties. I checked the database and it seems fine. Is there a way to change my password through the database? Or will an update fix it? Or do I need to re-install from scratch?

Hi, I would not say this is a bug, but my pilot list and schedule list aren't showing up in the admin center. My browser says there is an error on those pages at the bottom of the browser. All it says is the heading and then a blank area below it, but the nav bar is still there. I noticed some of the files on my site got messed up, so what file(s) would be keeping these tables/lists from showing up? Or, in other words, what files (php, .tpl, .js ect.) are used to display these tables? I can still view the fleet list and pirep list and all other lists/tables in the admin center. Thanks! -- Cory

Hi guys. Just recently installed phpVMS to replace VABase & have to say I'm mightily impressed (especially with all the great add-ons the community is developing!) Anyway, the problem at hand... I've manually imported the fleet from myPHPAdmin and re-optimised the tables, cleared the cache etc. I'm trying to import the current schedules we have (I've changed the data to match the phpVMS formatting) using the Admin function and it's successfully picked up all the airports & populated that table but it keeps throwing up an error for every entry that "Aircraft xx does not exist! Skipping" (xx is every a/c number I have in the table!). Needless to say it's not pul…

Right now all my airports are set to 0 for live pricing. It appears that when a route is flown out of the US and it can't get a live price from the api it is not using the default price I have in the config. It just stays at 0. # Code to set the default fuel prices Config::Set('FUEL_DEFAULT_PRICE', '.423'); Any ideas? I'm running 930. Thanks.

Hi, I am new to phpvms and trying to do some flights with my "one man show" airline. All I would like to know if it is possible to assign multiple aircraft for a route, or at least type of aircraft instead of registrations. Let's say I have 5 A321 and 3 B738, which makes 8 registrations = 8 times inserting a route. Instead if it is possible to make it by type I would only need to enter the same route 2 times. Ok, my site will NOT keep people logged on?! Whether it is me or someone else. You can log on initially, but then within a few seconds it logs you out?! Any idea where I should start with this issue? I have emtied my cache on phpvms and optimized my tables, but that is it so far. I am wondering if this may be a host provider thing, although it should not be?!

Hello, I'm currently experiencing some problems with the 'Live Flight Information' page. When visiting the page, there are two, three and sometimes four of the same flight being displayed on the page. The weird thing is, I have reset the aCARS Table through phpVMS Admin panel, and have manully emptied the table through phpMyAdmin. When all the currently connected aCARS reconnect to the website, it is doing exactly the same thing again. When I go and browse the acars data table through phpMyAdmin, there is only one of each flight, as it should be. okey, the main problema we have are two: 1. we cant do jumpseats for some reason only a few users that use Internet explorer on Windows 7 (an not all) are the only one that can do de jumpseat, but thouse séame users over other navigation software chrome or Firefox cant do it. The same problema for viewing routes we cant see all the routes, for example in chrome we can see al the routes but in internet explorer not. An finally we can´t set a cron job so, we dont know what we are doing wrong, but we hav to it manually, and we hav acctually try to set as its says in the isntruccions of the web. PLEASE HELP!
