For some reason, our flights are not being recorded in the admin center or on our public and pilot center profiles. For example I have done about 6 flights and everything still shows 0 flights and 0 hours.

Hello, I'm currently experiencing some problems with the 'Live Flight Information' page. When visiting the page, there are two, three and sometimes four of the same flight being displayed on the page. The weird thing is, I have reset the aCARS Table through phpVMS Admin panel, and have manully emptied the table through phpMyAdmin. When all the currently connected aCARS reconnect to the website, it is doing exactly the same thing again. When I go and browse the acars data table through phpMyAdmin, there is only one of each flight, as it should be. When i'm flying a flight and go to my website it shows lots of guests visiting. Anyone any idea how to fix this?

Not a Big Problem but First i would like to make the View Pirep a Little Smaller (text) the Kacars log or Fscars and plus the box around the finance thing <tr class="balancesheet_header"> that i think is not showing up. The text is but not the table. any ideas? Thanks alot Daniel

Hello there, I have just installed phpVMS on my webhost and I am a rookie at this system to be fair. I have installed it, it's working well, but there's one issue which happens to be that I cannot login. It says "Invalid login or password...". I am using information I provided during install, and it does not let me log in. When I do "Forgot Password", it does not send anything to my e-mail. Whichever way you put it, I'm locked out. I even tried this. Nothing. Any ideas? I'd appreciate some hints/help Kind Regards, HighFlyer

In light of recent talks about pilot ranks, I failed to ask one question. I want to create a Inactive pilot rank. That is easy enough, BUT what to do about the hours? Do I set it for some un godly amount so no other pilot gets updated to that rank? Meaning that the inactive pilot gets this rank manually via the ACP? It would be great if the system recoginzed users who have not filed a pirep in say 3 months and move them inactive and give them that rank as well.

This has annoyed me for a while and I searched about that error and no solutions yet... When I fill out my details, and the I click on submit and I got a Internal Server Error. Here what's I'm getting in the error log... Premature end of script headers: index.php Does any one have ideas why this is causing? Thanks!

Where are the flight phases created? Are they in a file, or part of Acars? I ask, because I want to change the standard names. My VA is Military based, and my aircraft do not do 'boarding' and 'taxi to gate', so I want to change the names rgds

Right now all my airports are set to 0 for live pricing. It appears that when a route is flown out of the US and it can't get a live price from the api it is not using the default price I have in the config. It just stays at 0. # Code to set the default fuel prices Config::Set('FUEL_DEFAULT_PRICE', '.423'); Any ideas? I'm running 930. Thanks.

I have upload a zipfile for a plane in this folder \root\downloads I have create links and images on the plane page. Yet when I go here; index.php/downloads it says there are no downloads. Do I need to put the download file somewhere else?

On ONE of my sites, I can't login for some reason and therefore can't do admin duties. I checked the database and it seems fine. Is there a way to change my password through the database? Or will an update fix it? Or do I need to re-install from scratch?

Hi, if I want to allow pilots to enter a custom amount of miles (if they have a multiplier or something) 1. would this work? $sql = 'SELECT SUM(distance) AS distance FROM '.TABLE_PREFIX.'pireps WHERE pilotid = '.$pilotid; $info = DB::get_row($sql); echo $info->distance; and 2. how could I get a PIREP field that would change the total miles for pilots thanks

Hi all, I'm currently working on modifying pirep_viewreport.tpl such that not only does it display the submit date and pilot name, but also displays who approved the PIREP and the approval date. I figured that if I could located the action taken by an admin in the phpvms_adminlog table, I could lookup the pilotid for that action, locate the pilot name in phpvms_pilots, and display firstname, lastname. When loading pages oddly it shows up with a "" before the page loads. Don't know what that means! Ever since it started loading that up, the Pilot list didn't work in the Admin panel. It's like it's not pulling the database information or something. I overrided the Admin Panel pilots files (PHPVMS > admin > templates > pilots_etc...) any suggestions?
