Hello phpVMS VA owners, I have a very important question for all of you regarding my host and phpVMS. Currently, I wish to backup and move all my database and files to a new host and wish to take phpVMS with me. I know how to upload the SQL database back into phpMyAdmin and such but whenever I try to put the phpvms folder backup into the new host FTP it doesnt work. It shows unstyled and none of the webpages work. Thank you, Chase

I've been getting the following error whenever I go to the pilot center. The CSS does not appear to work in the pilot center either. I get a similar error trying to file a manual pirep, and the pirep is not submitted. Fatal error: Class 'CodonEvent' not found in /home/a2665393/public_html/core/modules/Profile/Profile.php on line 67 Any suggestions on how to fix? Thanks, Evan

Hello I do not know what has happened but no-one's signature banner is appearing, I have tested it with Mozilla firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer and it is not working on all of them, I have not touched any of the settings except from changing the themes and the Banner. Hi all, Everything is running beautifully on my phpvms site, except for one thing, the pilot brief page. The "click to view NOTAMS" button for the airports always seems to go to a page that isnt there: https://pilotweb.nas.faa.gov/geo/icaoRadius.html?icao_id=EGNX&radius=2 (being one example for EGNX) Also, the airport chars are just image holder with links that dont exist again - http://www.airnav.com/airport/EGNX#ifr (being an example) And finally, I am not sure if its a setup issue or such but the weather graphs dont seem to do anything are are for the wrong country... Anyone able to help?

Another quick one: I've followed this old forum post: http://forum.phpvms....-supported-now/ as we have added the LOA form to the VA so we could set pilots status's to ON LEAVE. I've got it to show in the pilot center etc but for some reason on the main pilots list in the admin it's showing as retired instead of correctly showing ON LEAVE (screenshot attached when I changed my own status ) Any help appreciated not sure where i've gone wrong If anyone can shed any light on this topic as well that would be awesome too http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/20264-email-all-pilots-not-working/

Hi, sorry, me again! So running through all the testing phase on my phpvms site and did my first test flight using the schedule, 0001 is the example. Flight completed fine, PIREP filed etc and all good.... however, if I go and search for schedules now to do another flight, 0001 has gone from my search (but does still exist in flights and schedules in the admin panel) Why is this and how can I stop it from disappearing to do again?

I am trying achieve this on the frontpage of my website but I'm not sure of it is possible. I would appreciate some help in this matter. When a Pilot is logged in, I want it to show as (You are Logged in as PILOT_NAME , PILOT_ID). Whatever code I use, it returns the info as 0000. Is there any way we achieve this ? P.S: I tried searching as much possible on the forums and couldn't find it. If I overlooked on the topics, I apologize for the trouble.

Hi all, How can i edit the code for my registration form, and only allow the registree to select 1 airline (our main one), out of many? Currently, i have a script where it will default you to the main airline, even if you select another one. However, we are adding a number of codeshares, and it would be ideal not to have 15-20 options of airlines to choose from when registering. Hello; I was wandering if you can help me? I would like to be able to remove the need for schedules on my install of PHPVMS. I have been apart of VAs which have had systems where pilots only need to enter a few details on a pirep and I would like to have the same sort of system on my VA. Hi Guys & Girls, I have been working with phpvms for 2 years but recently started my own VA, Sorry if this topic has been started again, but this is putting into a spin. I have noticed that while in testing phase of our new airline, my pilots pay are being paid to the hour. Example. one pilot flew from EGKK - EHAM. His total time was 1hr 22mins. But he only got paid for 1 hr. The 22 mins he never. His hourly rate is £50per/hr so this should of been £68.33. Hi all, I need help. We've cleaned up the database PIREPs, but now it seems that every time a pilot reports a flight number and time of flight pilot started from scratch. You know how I can fix to keep adding, and changing table pilot but a new flight report back to the counter. Thank You

I discovered that my problems with installation and work occuring because of provider. There is specified configuration of PHP core. I checked on the other server with other settings of php core. PHP works perfect... with php version 5.2.17 On my host provider it not works good. I have lot of errors. Below is php core conf which is work fine i have found major differences: allow_url_include disable_functions enable_dl include_path Can somebody tell which positions is really important to proper work phpvms script ?
