Hi I already have PHPvms installed on a webhost, however im using a free domain that they supply. If i was to buy a domain and have have it changed, would all the features within phpvms still work, or would i have to reset everything and do a fresh install of the files.

Hello, Recently I have had issues with people making fake pilot accounts so they can have the Recent Pilots List and Pilot Roster say profane names and spam other entities. How do I make it so registered pilots don't show up until they are accepted? Thanks! --Brendan

For some reason I dont see the boarding pass on my Virtual Airline website. I figure its supposed to come up when you bid for a flight or when you go on the bids page or something, but I just dont see it.

Hi is there a way to stop two pilots flying the same aircraft at the same time? Can the system be programmed, so as soon as one pilot starts a flight in one aircraft reg, then it becomes unavailable to others to select?

Good afternoon everyone, i try to block double bid on your script but even if i choose in local file "true at both line # If someone places a bid, whether to disable that or not Config::Set('DISABLE_SCHED_ON_BID', true); Config::Set('DISABLE_BIDS_ON_BID', true); All my pilots can bid on the same sched. Hey Guys, Two things 1. To get more pilots flying we have created Wednesday Happy Hours so every wednesday between 3pm - 6pm pilots will get double hours for every PIREP filed between these times. So is there a way to get this to do automatically so that instead of having to go through the recent PIREPS and adding double hours for each pilot? 2. Is there a way for say like when a pilot reaches a certain amount of hours to get an award automatically because its annoying having to again go through all pilots and add an award manually. Thanks!

Good eve, long time ago since I needed your help. Short question, and I´m sure you´wll have the solution. Well how restrict double or tripple bids? I just incorporated two downloads in to my website using the download option in the admin panel. The first link is a word document and works fine, the download appears immediately. The listed URL is: http://www.civilvirtualairtransport.com/lib/missions/louisvillepickup/louisvillepickup.docx The second link is a FS9 flight plan (.PLN) but does not work. It is in the exact same folder and destination the .docx file but an error message appears and says the link is invalid. http://www.civilvirtualairtransport.com/lib/missions/louisvillepickup/louisvillepickup.pln Is there a problem with the file type (a .pln) file? I know the url is correct...any suggestions?

Hi All, Am I the only one or do other CEOs get the same problem. Do you find that some people join your VA for the sake of downloading what they can and have no intention of flying? Is there a way to restrict download section access to pilots unless they have completed a set number of hours say...10hrs. Then this can be lifted so they can gain access to scenery, aircraft ect. Just an idea would be set the initial account to student (without download access) Once 10 hours have been flown, the account is progressed to download section access.

I have upload a zipfile for a plane in this folder \root\downloads I have create links and images on the plane page. Yet when I go here; index.php/downloads it says there are no downloads. Do I need to put the download file somewhere else?

HI guys, It has been a while since I have had to do anything with the coding or anything to do with the site ful stop, as it has been running along quite nice, so when I went to add a download to the list I forgot where I needed to add the link. The file has been uploaded to the server but for the life of me I cannot remember where to add the link, any helpers please? Thanks. just woke up and remembered where they need to be added. dumb or what (no response needed thanks )

Hello, I am having an issue with my downloads page in my pilot center. It wont pop up with the download. I can download it from the admin side. My developer has been able to download it twice and i cant figure out what would be causing this on my end. Attached is a pic of my downloads page. Could it be a browser setting or computer? I cant do it with firefox or internet exploder. Any help would be great.

I think this topic has been brought up before, but I have searched the forums up and down and couldn't find it anywhere... Is there a way to tie the downloads to rank, so the pilot can't download a certain plane until he reaches a certain rank. Even though the dowloads are there, they can't access them until they reach the rank that the download is attached to.

Hi Nabeel, I was wondering if it would be worthwhile to consider a change to the downloads section. As it stands, all download categories are on the same page. What I think would be cool is if when you went to view the downloads, it would take you to a page where the categories are listed. You could then, click the category you wanted to view just those files. When you consider that a lot of VAs will have ten to twenty aircraft and may have those files for both FS2004 and FSX, the page may get a little long. As well, you could also make a utilities category for panel files, pdf manuals, etc. Just my two cents! Chuck CYXU

Ok I got an issue with downloads. I have one site using Eddies Blue Ice theme and another using my own bootstrap theme and any time I click on downloads, it gets stuck in a refresh loop. Eddie and I came to the conclusion that it was my custom slider. Moving forward. Now on to my own theme that I made, i had the same problem. Click the download an get stuck in a refresh loop. Once again, I thought it had to be my slider or something my template related. So I switched back to the crystal template and what do you know, a refresh loop on download. Fast forward to today after i got good and ripe over this and I installed a FRESH vanilla (nothing extra installed, out of the …
