I had two pilots, deleted one and changed the info on another, now i have no way to get into the Admin Panel, im kind of stuck, you think there is any way for me to go into phpmyadmin and manually approve the information changes? Thanks

Hello! When I downloaded the "update.zip" it also includes files that are not updated (not mentioned in the changelog), so if I upload all these files it will also overwrite files that are modified by me, for example, most of the templates and so on. So it is quite hard work to get everything to work in correct way again. Also when doing this "restore" operation I may also accidentally overwrite some new flies with older backup files, in order to get the site to look like it used to be before the update. So to sum up, at the moment the update caused more problems than solved, for me. If it is possible, in next update, please DO NOT add files that are not updated, or jus…

A lot of the items on my VA's site have stopped working, I have put the newest jquery up, but it doesn't seem to read that it is there. Does anyone know why it would stop using jquery or jquery only being selective on what it allows to work, as the acars map works fine. I fixed the problem, due to some code that was left in causing trouble.

Hello all! I've some problems on my Pilot Roster page. Problems: 1- New members not listing on Roster. 2- Some pilots not listing. 3- List is very mixed. Does not sort by pilot ID. I'm reskin my Pilot Roster. I've Active - Inactive status and I'm already showing IVAO ID on my roster. I try deleting my reskinned file to orginal roster file and problem doesn't resolved. I tryed to check my "phpvms_pilots" database and I saw, database does not sort by PILOT ID. I have attempted to submit an email to all members of my airline though the system has failed to work. I now have 116 members obviously too much to do manually. I am wanting to send a news update on the airline but so far it is proving to be impossible. I have tested it out by asking some fellow members of my airline if they have recived the message though they never. Any suggestions? ???

somebody knows how to set up a cronjob for resetting acars? i have in my phpvms folder a maintance.php but i dont use it,because i dont know what this file exactly do with my database. i see something inside "reset hours" and so on....that is not what im looking for. i only need to reset acars....

Hey guys, I'm having problems, and when I added ten more flights to my schedules and then I noticed in the admin, they are not showing the rest. Here's of a screen shot of it. But it does show all of the flights in the flight schedule page. Does anyone know what the heck is going on? Any help would be great!

Hi Folks. I hope everyone is having a great new year! I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I can't find anything during a search. If I have a flight scheduled say from New York to London, but I want different aircraft types to fly it (i.e., 747, 767, 777, etc.) do I have to create different flights for each aircraft or is there a way to setup one schedule and choose between allowed aircraft? In my VA, Fly American Virtual, the VA stats show the TOTAL number of pilots in the VA. I have all active pilots in a group, and then all the inactive or retired pilots in another group, so that everything is organized. How do I set the VA stats "total pilots" to the number of pilots in the group "Active Pilots" that I have? Hi all, I wonder if anyone can help me. I am trying to get the route flown to show on the ACARS map waypoint to waypoint I have followed what has been said in this thread http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/6064-waypoints-along-airway/ and I still can not get it to work. I think the problem is because the route_details section is not being filled all that is in that section of the DB is this a:0:{} now I know nothing about this so if anyone can help that would be great.I have also added the navdata.sql from fs products so I see no reason why this will not work. Hello, my name is Jose Manuel, I'm from Reivax Air and on behalf of Xavi Rovira , the CEO of the airline I want to tell my problem about the automatic update of flight hours and payments. The problem is very simple but we don't know how to solve it. It's basically that to update the flight hours of each pilot in their dashboard, I must update it manually from the maintenance mode inside the phpVMS "Reset hours" and "Reset payments". I have installed in "local.config.php" the correct script and we have already changed "USE_CRON" to "TRUE". Please we need your help. Thank you a lot from all of Reivax Air members. Hi! I wonder if its possible to run phpvms over a local network using xampp(i understand you cant give me support on this program but ill try) My wishes is to have the server running on a computer connected to my network, but separated from me flight sim computer. This computer wont have anything on it so the security doesnt need to be of concern:-p Now i can access the login page of phpvms when i enter the local ip of the computer that has the server running... but when i log in it seems to try to redirect me to "localhost/blablalba" which causes errors i suppose?... is there a way to fix this or do i have to have this on my fscomputer? Hello, both my site and that of another VA have been hit today by a Javascript injection attack. Mine was hit about 1300 GMT, his approx. 1000 GMT today. Has anyone else been hit by such an attack? We're running two totally different servers (mine is dedicated, his is virtual), at different data centers by different providers. Only things in common are phpVMS and SMF (I'll be making a similar post on the SMF forum soon!) Anyone? Thanks! Chris

I have a member of staff who is purely admin and does not fly. Is there a way apart from them filing a false PIREP, to stop the notification email being sent and the system to not recognise they have not done a flight without impacting on the rest of the members?
