Hello, I'm new on Phpvms, and I'm stuck on the install. I'm following the dummies guide, after setting up the database, I dont know how to run the install. I'm stuck on this (copy from manual) 3.02 In this next illustration I have outlined the "Install.php". Please understand this is not an executable file. What you need to do is right click on this file and scroll down to properties "Click" open and copy the URL path to the "Install.php" Can somebody explain me how to do that? I'm using Filezilla as FTP and when I'm right clicking on install.php the only options I have are: copy url to clipboard, file permissions, rename, delete, etc. So I guess I have to choose …

Dear Forum Members hi i just wanted to ask that i have created Fleet Pages wit downloading link in it so how i can protect downloads from out siders i wanted to allow downloads only for Registered Pilots i have created different pages from admin center what should we need to put in those pages so it will show downloading link to Pilots only. for example page created like http://www.websitename/index.php/pages/Fleet Any IDea Regards Ahmad

Hello everybody, I am having a few problems with my phpVMS install. I have recently moved my hosting package from one domain to the other and it has ompletly messed up the install. I have changed the congiuration files to match the new domain. Here is a the error code I am getting, fast responces will be appriciated! Thanks Calum

Hello All I have been trying to find a way to implement pilots restrictions on Arcraft into the great Front Schedules add on made by Simpilot. So far, I managed to change the frontscheduledata.class to show me only the schedules with the proper pilot ranking but it shows me one route per pilot meaning if I have 10 pilots it shows me the same route 10 times in the schedules results. I have just noticed, after looking at a few Pireps on my Va, which are all auto complied by kacars, that the 'flight' time allocated is the total time. for example, here is a log from a flight the log was started at 19:34, and filed at 20:37, BUT the Flight time, from take off to landing was only 46 mins. The pirep when filed by Kacars, had the hours allocated as 1:02. But the pilot should only get 46 mins of flight time? Is this set up correct or something I am doing wrong?

Hello, After recently editing the local.config.php file changing the time to display a flight on our live map after completing, a few errors have started pooping up on our site. hi everybody I have a question. I have installed FSACARS and the ini file that you have on phpvms for the virtual airline. So i start FS2004 put my plane ion the airport,open fsacars choose my companie.I fill the dep arr airport FL etc. I start FSacars everything ok. After my flight i will send the Log,but i cant.It opens me the start page of phpvms of the VA and its written You are not a registered member. Does someone have an answer about that? Hope that you understand what i mean cause i am from Europe lol

Good eve to all! Short question: would it be possible to reset pilots_list.tpl to default PHP-VMS one? We´ve now RealScheduleLite installed, but unfortunately it´s unable to restrict pilots usage of aircraft (limited by ranks) and double bids. Hi, i add in my Admin CP a cron job for ceck the status of pilot, but this is from the last flight, so when the pilot register yesterday and the ceck is tomorrow the pilot result inactive because the last flight result on the 1969, so, can i change the code and ceck for the new pilot the date when it joined and for the pilot that have a flight the last flight date?, if is possible in this mode, wich is the file?, i accept also another mode! Gents, I have been aware you can add an airline to phpvms. But beside just adding a new airline code, how do you assign a separate rank structure and awards structure. What does adding an airline mean and what can I do with it, basically is my question. I see no separate identity accept pilot ID? We run a Air Force VA wish to add Navy. Different structure. How do I separate the two. There is no instruction in the document vault.

Hello. I'm having a problem adding hubs. I'm clicking the "Add a new airport" button, then I type in all the information about that airport and then when i click "Add Airport" it says "Airport has been added" and then it doesn't show up on the list. Please help!

A whole bunch of my routes have the same distance, 4674.1nm, regardless of whether I run the recalculation script. I have cleared the cache and optimized the tables just to be safe, FYI. I am running the latest version of phpVMS with no schedule modules installed. I appreciate any help I can get to resolve this other than going through one by one and changing the distances, as it's quite a few!

Hello, I'm having a problem with the payments of the pilots, when the pilot sends the PIREP, the pilotpay is always 0.00. I have a basic knowledge in php, could someone tell me where the file responsible for calculating the pilotpay? If you tell me what is the file, or how to fix this bug, I'll be grateful.

Hey guys, I been trying to figure out how I can make it work when a new pilot joins, I want the email to be sent out to three different people and I tried many methods like... $email = 'ceo@va.com, coo@va.com'; But It didn't work. Can anyone guide me in of what I am doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi there, I couldn't find a topic like this, so I decided to start a new one. I have a very simple problem. When a pilot makes a bid for a flight, the flight usually disappears in the schedule because it is already booked. Lately, this does not happen anymore. When a pilot makes a bid for a flight, the flight is still available for other pilots in the schedules. I know it is a configuration problem. But I wasn't able to find the place (file) where to set the config for this problem. Could you please help me? Best regards, Chris.

Just a quick question. I am trying to display the pilots group in the public profile by using: <?php echo $userinfo->group; ?> but it shows up blank. (e.x: http://www.flyaerova...ile/view/FAV001 ) Is there something I am missing? I have searched but found nothing. Kindest Regards, James

Hello! I would like to update phpvms to latest Rev v2.1.934-158-g60320ae but I have edit my site like hell and not only the public side but also the admin side. Not only the tpls but also a huge amount of classes/modules and the databse tables. I believe that updating will screw up every single file which will result to a boring process of restoring backup. What do you think? Will it work or it will screw up ? Thanks!

Trickey little one this, has anyone managed to make in the Pilot Public Profile the Vatsim and IVAO id's Clickable, so when you click on the number it will take to to where ever like vataware for example. These are listed as additional profile fields or is it just a case of making a custom sql query up with an if else statement?
