Hi everyone, im new to phpVMS. My email system is down. Although when i email all pilots it says complete, nothing gets sent (pilots have checked spam too) When i approve or reject any PIREP no email notification gets sent either. Any fix for this?

Hello guys I need your help if someone h-ave tours center from CrazyCreative. As I can see the tour system generate a free callsign for the user per leg I need the keep the system to book flight for the user from the schedule not free callsign because some users got callsign with 6 numbers and this is not allowed to connect in Online. As there anyway to change the code to keep book bid per leg direct from our flight schedule?? Kind regards.

Moving on now to another issue since the bid issue is fixed. The Admin page is really slow....the rest of the web site loads quickly. The test site loads fine. Pireps take forever to file and show a time out although they are in fact filed, even the kaCARS program (client) takes a while to load the first time, but the data transfers quickly. I have read many of the posted solutions, but they are fairly old and nothing suggested there seems to work. I have commented out the connection to VA Central as suggested, nada. I hope I just missed the solution as I searched and that someone can point me in the right direction....Thanks

Hello, I have a big Problem, i would like to Send a PIREP manualy, follow Error Message will be gernatet: Error There was an error adding your PIREP : Schedule does not exist. Please update this manually. On my Local XAMPP this all works. I habe tried 3 "Webserver" and same Problem! Do you have a Soultion?

Hi, I needed to update some of our schedules so I exported the schedules from the admin panel and opened them with Excel 2007. After I made some changes I saved the file as file type CSV. When I imported the schedules back into the admin panel it stated "the import process is complete". The schedules all appear in the admin panel and I can also see all the schedules in my database in my cpanel/phpmyadmin. But my issue now is that no flight schedules appear on our flight schedules page - https://www.scootvirtual.net/index.php/schedules From checking other topics about the same/similar issue I changed the skin back to the crystal skin…

Hey, I have recently installed the Fire Crew skin on my crew centre, the issue I am having is that when I change the names of pilots ranks the formatting gets messed up on the dashboard. For some reason I am unable to upload the photos but basically the text at the top is getting pushed over rather than resizing to fit the page. More detail can be provided. Thanks, EvO1324

Hello, After a very frustrating server migration our bids no longer work. While we can make the bid in the Module "Tour Center", and the Big Check mark appears telling us the bid has been made, looking at the pilot record say "You have not bid on any flights". A quick check of the database clearly shows the bid has been made. So obviously something broke during the migration. I have re installed all the modules and bits of Tour Center with no improvement. Equally obvious is that the connection to the database is working. The result of all of this is that the flight is not available in kaCARS although pilots can gain access by loading the flight by flight number,…

Hello, is it possible to create own CodonEvents and then add Listeners to this created event? For example the existing event "bid_added". I want to create a new one "updated_flight". Hello folks... I'm having a dumb issue here with Fltbook. When a new pilot register... his current location (on fltbook's search page) is "-". I guess it's because the current location is based on lhe last pirep sent by the pilot. And this working very well with the pilots that already made some flight on my VA. The problem is that the new pilot (without any flight made) have the current location as "-". I guess that should be shown the pilots HUB, for the first time... How to make it possible? P.s.1: I'm using ProAvia's updated version. P.s2: I'm using crewcenter.
