I'm hoping that I can backup and reuse the changes I've made these files. For the main and for the Admin center. Also, I'm re using my modified crystal skin. Is this ok to backup? I mean I dont' want to break any updates.

Is there anyway to edit the registration.tpl so that pilots can select which airframe they want to fly? As an example, we fly the L-100-30, LC-130 and CH-53 (to name few of them) If a helicopter pilot comes in and wants to be assigned to your Helo division, I would like them to beable to select that. make sense?

I have ma up a VA not Real world one and i wonder if anyone know if there is like a schedules generator. so you can enter your fleet etc and then they generate schedules etc. thanks Daniel

hello friends wanted to thank you for all your help I have gradually managed to create a template and have been modified to be attractive, now I wonder if there is any way to create routes for each aircraft not if not for each type, also if somehow generated codes of the pilots is EJ HUBs for pilots who choose SKBO PTL9100 HUB and HUB pilots who choose SKMD 9200. thanks I leave my template link http://searca-virtual.com/tripulacion/

Hello i would like to restrict our VA registration page based on below points. Registration can only be possible based on email invitation otherwise people should not able to access registration page. somehow we wanted to block our registration page for the new users. any ideas or help will be appreciated. Do to the spam attack on the phpvms apply form a bunch of my pilot id's got used, so when pilots join i change their pilot id. Only issue is the system removes them from the new pilot section. I know why it does this but can we fix it?

I've been searching around here for the last 16-24 hours for the answers to these issues, but still haven't quite found what I am looking for. I had been building a website on a beta server, and just moved it over to the main one yesterday and we are loving it so far! I set up my ranks so all hours required are 0 and I'm going to assign them manually. When a new pilot signs up, their rank is newhire, but there is no newhire rank and no icon? I changed something somewhere to rank autoupdate false. Any help apprecieated, thanks

I have never had this much trouble installing phpVMS before. I have only had to delete the local.config.php file before to get rid of the 28 error message. This time I had to do the long list of fixes here: http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/20629-most-common-fixes-phpvms-installation/page__hl__installation I have the open flash error message which means I can not see the charts on any pages, and I can't see information such as the schedules, airports, and pilots in the admin panel although I can see them on the site. I have tried the local.config.php space problem and have no empty space before the tags. Any ideas? On MySql 5.0, and 1and1 hosting! Thanks!

Hi Guys, I need some help When I run FSacars several things seem wrong. Firstly, the Flight from VA will not coonect to our site. Message is cant communicate with VA. 2nd. I use Fsacars (ini file from site). It shows me on the live map and moniotrs progress OK. If you click on the pilot ID and the maker on google map shows, when you click on the detail in the google marker it goes to an html page that says this Pilot does not exist. Finally, when I finfish the flight and send the log etc I get error : databae error, not sent. Of course it does not file the pirep. If anyone knows where I am goinhg wrong please let me know Thanks in advance John

Hi! I have a little problem here while installing. I run the installer, and fill the database name fields. When I press "Check Database Connection" says "Database Connection is ok!" but when I press "Next Step" I get the 404 error, no page available... Can you help me please? Thanks in advance Igor

This is probably answered in another thread somewhere but I have looked and I can't find it anywhere. I am making a .csv file for the routes and importing them. In the "aircraft" column I think it is looking for the registration of the aircraft instead of the actual aircraft icao. So instead of me having to put "N123AW" in for the aircraft is there a way i can put "A320" in and the phpVMS understands it. Also, when using XACARS, when clicking "flight data from ACARS" it will have "A320" in the aircraft field instead of "N123AW" This will make it so much easier to add the routes with the .csv template if I can do it this way. Sorry, but I am having trouble(again) with my frontpage/css/header. If you look at my site: http://www.canadianclassicairlines.com/CPC/ There is a large gap from the bottom of the dropdown menu to the top of the news there. I need to seal that gap I have been playing with everything from the .css file to the header.tpl/frontpage_main.tpl and am having no luck. I feel I am overthinking this. Any help would be appreciated.

Greetings all! I've had a long hard look around the forums in reference to getting information pulled from phpvms and displayed on a static html front page. The most common suggestion I see are to add the following on to the static HTML page. Option 1 Option 2 or some other variation of the above. I think I've attempted at least 12 different variations to try and get those codes to work with no luck. If anyone can provide me some assistance or guidance on this, it would much appreciated.

Hey,I have two minor "bugs"/problems with the flight schedules:- when I enter the flight time as e.g. "5.3" then the system makes it automatically "5".- when typing something in the notes form, I want sometime making a </br> ... one time it works, another time it didn't although I have typed just the same! (maybe it is a leg problem, as it didn't work at leg 1, but it did at leg 2...)Thanks,Anthony

In the admin panel I can click on view all pilots, then click on the one I wish to edit and I get the following error.
