Event Attendance Pilot Statistics Pilot # Of Events Attended DAL1242 - Will Barker 1 SWA1000 - Brian Mensing 1 LIA1232 - Che Jackson 1 I will just added this program to our website. We did a test event but we still showing up as we did the event. I deleted it from the admin side the event. is there a way to rest this statistic page. I deleted everything from the system and re add it back and we still show use we did the even.

Just a quick question about how other VA's handle this problem. As of this morning, FBO Clay Lacey Aviation/KBFI is charging for 100LL Avgas $7.07/gal. = $1.18/lb. and for Jet A $5.95/gal. = $0.87/lb. That is quite a difference, so how do you get around only having one fuel unit in PHPvms, and still try to reach realism with your VA expenses? Kind Regards Grizz

Hi, I'm sure it was asked before, but I'd like to make it in a different form. How do I display a country flag onto a departure/arrival airport? Basically, I'm getting a list of departures from the database, and listing them one by one. Hi everyone, I have been working on a new skin and after logging in, I cannot access the admin panel I continuously get an error saying "an error was encountered please login first". However, I can access the panel when using the crystal skin. I have been searching for hours for a solution can anyone help? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, Quick question, I have noticed that there is an issue with total flight times on pilot profiles, and I'm not sure how to fix it, or if it's even an issue. It might be me just miscalculating something. Let me give you an example. I have logged three flights on my profile. My total flight time shows as 3.25. Now to take the times of the three flights, these are 00:38, 01:14, 01:33, which works out after adding as 205 minutes / 60 = 3.41 hours. Is there a hidden trick I've missed or maybe some kind of an issue with my settings? I wouldn't like to leave it like that, I imagine it could cause potentially some issues later on.

Hello, I trying to see if there is any codes or program i can add to the website to see monthly information like ... how many pilot joined, PIREPS submitted, hours flown, fuel used for one month? Example::::: hours for Febuary = 500 hours PIREPS for Febuary = 200 Fuel used for Febuary = 35,125 Gallons ... Is there any program i can add to see this kind of information... thank you

Hello phpVMS VA owners, I have a very important question for all of you regarding my host and phpVMS. Currently, I wish to backup and move all my database and files to a new host and wish to take phpVMS with me. I know how to upload the SQL database back into phpMyAdmin and such but whenever I try to put the phpvms folder backup into the new host FTP it doesnt work. It shows unstyled and none of the webpages work. Thank you, Chase

Hi, i have the problem that many people have had with the admin page saying login and the login page just refreshing but not actually logging me in. However, i have tried everyone else's solutions from the other posts but nothing has worked. I have tried in many browsers with no luck and also on other computers. Both checkinstall and checkdb show no errors. PLEASE HELP

I am getting a 500 Internal Server Error in the Admin Panel only, everything else works fine. I contacted my website host (Arvixe) and they said it would have to do with phpvms. Hi Guys, I searched the forum about my question and I could not see a clear answer. If there was and if I could not see it, sorry for this indeed. My virtual airline has a code as INX and IATA as 6K. While I was setting up phpVMS, there was only one box to set the VA code. Now our pilots and flights have the same code, INX but how can I achieve to set flight starts with 6K? Thank you.

just one thing we noticed in my VA. Sometimes it can take 12 hours for an admin to authorise a Pirep on my VA, no major drama;s But, if a pilot flies from A to B, and the pirep is not yet validated by Admin, the aircraft still shows available to others at A Is there are way to lock out any aircraft pending pireps, until authorised, to stop duplicate use?

Hey Guys... I need some help. I haven't logged into cPanel recently... and im the only one with access to it, but somehow a fatal error popped up a short time ago... Im clueless as to what it means. So, i have tried re-uploading the pilot data file... but error is still there. And from past experience usually when there is an error with this file it is caused somewhere else. I noticed last night that my VA's Total Hours is not changing. It has been stuck on 14,777 hours. Today with 13 flights already put in, it has not changed. Any idea whats causing this? Resetting the hours didn't help.

I am having issues filing pireps with a new installation of phpVMS, after running the dbtest.php I encounter this error. I seem to be missing a file? After looking through and downloading phpvms again I cannot find the file, even on github. What else can I do to solve this error. Thanks.

I have tried re-setting password for my cpanel. Went through the reset, let vms reset password and followed instructions. Recieved password and pasted it into my cPanel log in and it says that login is invalid. Want to reset both user name and password, but I am now lost without any idea to accomplish that task. OK, I ask too many questions... I have modules in development involving MySQL tables. These often involve adding and getting data from these tables. However, I can never get them to work. I try copying from other modules but still nothing. Submitting Data Say I wanted to have a user complete a form and submit it. The data would then be inserted to a MySQL table. How does this work? I am aware I will need a module class file for this as well but I'm not sure on the exact code. What would the code be for the submit button to run the function that inserts the data, and what would the PHP function code look like? Is it as simple as the SQL followed by mysql_query($sql); ? …
