For some odd reason, VA Central is only showing a pirep on Tuesday. Has anyone else ever had this issue? Clearly we have pireps every day of the week. Is this something on my end or VA Central? Thanks fellers!

Hey having a bit of a problem. We have only completed 34 flights yet its saying 84 PIREPS. I think this is because one of my staff click "Send PIREPS" button in the phpVMS admin and it had already been done once. Is there anyway to get the PIREPS back down to 34? Thanks

I've seen this and other similar responses, but that made me and my airline (Atlas Virtual Airlines) extremely confused about how the whole Point system works. I've read that it's basically based on numbers of PIREPs filed and active pilots, with actively flown scheduled routes, live fuel price usage etc. somehow being factored in. The big question is... what does that mean? How do you get those numbers, and what do we do to raise or otherwise control our ranking? My airline's been using vaCentral for roughly two years, but we've only seriously looked at the system for so long... Nabeel, I logged into VACentral today after your update announcement and my airline doesn't show up anymore. While it does show up in the ranking just not in my profile. Hi, just wondering to know how the system count the quantity of pilots on the VA site, by the last pilot ID or the real number of pilots in the database. I´m asking this thing because reading an old post why the VaCentral ranking is calculating the quantity of pilots versus quantity of flights are important, using that information i´ll proceed to delete all inactive pilots (inactive by a year) from the database. For example, total pilots 200, just pilot 001 and pilot 200 are active, deleting 198 inactive pilots whow many pilots will appear in the VAcentral system. Thanks for de answer. Regards

Hi, Im new here so if this is the wrong place I apologise in advance, I just tried to install the popupnews plugin for my va via the plugin manager for the iCrewLite skin and followed the installation manual and the the plugin works locally but when deploying it live I get this problem showing, Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[', expecting ')' in lib/skins/iCrewLITE/popupnews/popupnews_list.php on line 17 and it completely destroys the dashboard but when I disable it the styling comes back as intended. any ideas what I have to change to make it work? I was just looking at our VACentral rankings and just realised that none of our PIREP's since the 3 Feb have been recorded. Then I looked to those higher ranked than me and it seems that no one's pirep's have been recorded since aorund 3 Feb. Question then being, is there a problem?

At the end of September our VA was hacked and we had to start over. We reregistered our VA and slowly started climbing the numbers again. 2 days ago we were at #195 with around "82" points but now today I see we are back at #225 with "0" points. What happened? Scott www.flyvtwa.com

I read this in Va central tips & tricks: Enter proper flight times in your schedules How work this? we must set the departure & arrive time in admin panel (edit schedule), or is enough with flight time? my page in VACENTRAL: http://www.vacentral.net/airline/pan_pantanalvirtual English: says I have 0 pilots, but I have 18 pilots in the company. so the points of the company were to 0, going to rank 285 when 136 was in before. Also I have spoken in vacentral pireps 91, but I have 51 pireps if they can fix this bug. ps: was not changed anything in the company to give this bug.
