Hello I got the following error message the other day (see screenshot) and then kacars crashed. Any idea what could be the matter? I had a similar issue some time ago which took down my fsx completely and afterward kacars didnt work any more - had to reinstall it and, as I later found out, remove profile files which the uninstaller had left behind

kACARS gives an error #12 message syaing it can't find FSUIPC. I note that in the instructions it says that .NET framework 3.5 must be installed. I have .NET framework 4.0. Could this be the problem? If so why is kACARS not compatible with .NET 4.0 which Windows Update automatically upgrades to?

After an upgrade to my development server, I have a test version on phpVMS up and running. After downloading and updating the Kacars module and connecting via the program nothing is being transmitted to the mySQL database. Not sure if a port is closed or what? Windows Server 2008 R2 Website is hosted on IIS 7.5 www.hphvirtual.com/site/ Thanks for the help, Tom

On Friday I would like to release the next version of kACARS_Free. I have a couple people testing it out right now. Anyone else interested please PM me. when I hit the login button in Kacars, I get a message referring to the path to the send file is denied. Using WinExpl, I checked the path and found that the send.xml file is missing from the fs-products directory. I have tried reinstalling from scratch, reinstalling version xxxxx.06, but still get the same message. I am a member of Trans-Québec virtuel and used the frnch2 language in xxxx.08. I have been working with Artjom to translate kACARS_Free into Russian. I am now looking for anyone else who would like to have their language included in the next release. If you do please PM or email me and I will send you the text file containing what needs to be translated. I will also include your name on the about page. I appreciate all of your help. I have a pilot who is having a strange problem with his kACARS - it will not show all of our VAs fleet in the drop-down list. He sees only 4or 5 of the 32 available aircraft. All other pilots are NOT experiencing this, which tells me that something is wrong with his install or its setup. is there anyone that might be able to shed some light as to what might be taking place? thanks

Jeff, Sorry for the post else where. I have done 4 clean re-installs, clean disc and defrags, have the most current FSIUPC and .NET framework.The problem is encountered when I go to close out kacars. If I click yes and quit 4 times, kacars will crash and I can then close it out. kACARS Version: kACARS Free 1.0.1.1 FSUIPC Version: 3.48 Recently I've been getting this error: I tried upgrading, so I'm now running 1.0.1.1, but the problem recurs. If I click OK, the log begins, but only if I check the 'Ignore P-Brake / Airborne Check' option. If I don't, it tells me to check my parking brake and to get on the ground even though I already am. I am having errors with all acars tools that have been working before perfect. kacars free and Kacarsi are the two most used. And I have the issue about year and cannot find a solution. Kacars Free and the paid version of this give me a Connection error. And the paid version I receive an connection closed. For reference I have been using ccftracker. And I receive nearly the same error message. Login error - The connection to the VA site has timed out! Dear lorathon i have a very important question for you which i noticed from the day i shifted on Kacars application. many of my pilots complained about this issue so please look into it and reply with the solution. When ever pilots do a flight of 3 hours or any short flight and during the flight they use Simrate of 8x or 4x or 16x sometimes so after completion of the flight Kacars should have to submit the actual flight time according to the schedule of the flight or the actual time of the flight pilot spent but after so many tests i find that whenever we use 4x simrate on 2 hr 30 min flight or less or more flight time it records the less time of the flight last flight …

Hey, I keep getting this error all the time and it pops up all the time. I have some internet problems which i can't even fix the interent problem becasue this muliptle error keeps popping up all the time Can you add this fix to keep the multiple error into one time? It annoys me while i am fixing my interent problem.

Hello One of my pilots has a serious malfunction with his kacars. When he saves the profile he gets a big fat exception, see attachment and details below. What is says is that the access to european.xml (where the config info is stored) is denied. he runs it as admin though. He first had it installed in the default install path, I then advised him to put it in a sub directory in fsx somewhere but that didnt change anything. I'm not familiar enough with win7 to tell where its going wrong. The file seems ti exist. I wonder if it could be an issue with the space in the pathname? thanks in advance for providing any clarity!
