Hello there, First of all, I would like to thank kacars developer for his excellent software. You have really made an excellent tool for our virtual airlines, and people from all over the world, while may not be able to mention it here, do thank you daily for a great tool. I'd also like to thank all experienced members on the forum for their quick help in any situation faced by the users of kacars. My airline recently purchased a custom version of kACARS. Although, now when i open it, and navigate to another program such as flight sim, it crashes. This isn't only happening to me. Im running Windows 7 x64. Anyone have any possible solutions in mind?

Hello I have a little Problem with KAcars. My Pilots fly the flight and landing. And then say me all Pilots she have a Landingrate from 20 up to 150 fpm. But in the Log i see she have 600 and more fpm.I think its an Bug. Anybody a idea to resolve this? Thanks and Regards

I have a pilot that is getting this error message : kACARS unhandled exception has occured in your application.If you continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue, if you click quit, the application will close immediately .. He clicks continue and nothing happens... I told him to install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 , got the link for the download here : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=333325fd-ae52-4e35-b531-508d977d32a6&displaylang=en , Then he got an install error message.... any ideas?

Jeffrey, Is it normal for when you log into Acars, and the Web Browser on it automatically shows the website, it shows a pilot online 2-3 times? Could this be fixed, or can you just make me a customized one without the Web Browser?

Dear lorathon i have a very important question for you which i noticed from the day i shifted on Kacars application. many of my pilots complained about this issue so please look into it and reply with the solution. When ever pilots do a flight of 3 hours or any short flight and during the flight they use Simrate of 8x or 4x or 16x sometimes so after completion of the flight Kacars should have to submit the actual flight time according to the schedule of the flight or the actual time of the flight pilot spent but after so many tests i find that whenever we use 4x simrate on 2 hr 30 min flight or less or more flight time it records the less time of the flight last flight …

Hi, How to install kACARS phpVMS to make it work with? I have a problem, every time I enter my password and PilotID comes up "Connection Error", I wonder, should I put some files in server to make it work properly?, I looked for some guidance but I have not found anything (maybe because I have a fever: D), at least someone I can help out with the installation?, I need it urgently because I've put on hold the drivers for change system to phpVMS, exchange forum, website and dell'ACARS, and not I think in five days I can do everything without the help of someone you who installed it!, Thanks in advance!

I had this problem a while back with a pilot, can't remember how it was resolved. Finally got everything installed and ready to go but when i try to record the flight with the orange arrow it says plane not on ground even though it is and the brakes are set. Do I have to have engine off too? Please help! I am using a custom kACARS. Has anyone else had this problem? He is on Windows Vista 64 bit, using FSX.

Hi Lorathon, let me start out by saying thanks for the script. It is great! Several of us on my very little va site use KACARS error free. Works a treat. I got a guy that just got windows 7 and We solved one problem for him by making KACARS as administrator. Then it let him save the va profile but in the main controls when he attempts to login with his username and password, it simply says Connection Error in red letters. I then told him lets check the .net framework. Sure enough it was current and yet he still has the issue. I have went through hoops trying to get it to work and nothing yet. Any ideas of where I can have him go from here? I promise you I have read ever…

I have an option at my VA to fly on-demand charters. To do this, I understand the airports must be on our list and the aircraft type listed as well. When I select "charter flights" it wants an aircraft registration (among other things). However, I cannot enter a registration in this block. In fact, it almost seems as though kACARS is locked up somehow. Any ideas?

I have one aircraft stuck on KAcars but can't get rid of. I assume he must have locked up or something and I have tried to clear him from the Live Maps existence, but it won't go away?! When in alpha testing, when I submitted a PIREP manually it showed up on the PIREPs page, but the flights using kACARS aren't. Can somebody please let me know how to fix this? Thanks!

Hi folks, I have been looking in the forums to see if I could find the solution and have tried most things I could see, but to no avail. kACARS will not let me login, but it will connect to FS no issue. I have checked that the url is correct, http://5starvirtualaviation.com/phpvms , in the3 opitions and in the local_config which it is. username and password checked and ok.. I have checked my firewalls and anitvirus to make sure they are letting the data out, which they are... but no, I still cannot get logged in, but if I use Xacars, no issue, it does everything. unistall one and try again no same issue. So what am I missing?

Hi there, I have a user that cannot connect to our site with kACARS V1.0.0.8. We have checked the following: he use the correct base url: http://www.uvsaaf.fsworld.co.za/ He have the correct Username AND Password He use Win 7 ,and he set his program compatibility to Win Xp SP3 AND run as Administrator Firewall AND antivirus turned off I could connect with my kACARS using his username and password.
