Good evening, New to phpVMS and currently going through the setup / testing phases. I noticed an issue when loading flights that they are showing on the schedule even when the start and end date is not current. Also still showing when the days are set but it's not actually the day (example monday) and I still see it today. Is there a step I am missing after creating the flights to only have them appear on the schedule for bidding when the start and end dates are valid and the day trigger is also valid? Thanks in advance.

Hello. A pilot started a flight with an airplane with registration XXX from point A to another Point B and started the flight at 1pm. Later another pilot took the same plane that was at point A towards point C at 4pm. Now the second pilot arrived at point C at 7:34 pm and the first pilot arrived at 7:39 pm. Reviewing the PIREP I see that finally the plane was at point B which was where the last report was made and then each pilot was the first at point B and the second at Point C. My question is if there is any way to avoid that when a flight starts on an airplane it is not possible to carry out another flight on the same plane and prevent the above from happening? …

Hello, I'm trying to upload a csv file following the csv that it gives you when you export of 230 aircraft. After uploading it gives me a CSV file doesn't seem to match import type error Not sure what to do... Running phpvms Version 7.0.0-dev+210226.43fbe9 and PHP 7.3

During a new install of Version 7 of phpVMS, after the database is created, the installer stops on Step 3 (install/step3?) with a "500 SERVER ERROR". This is my second time trying to install with the same issue. Versions PHP Version: 8.0 Database versions: MySQL, MariaDB phpVMS Version: 7.0.0 Dev Appreciate any help. Thanks!

Hi everyone! I just saw the latest version has been pushed but the updater seems to be broken: GuzzleHttp\Exception\RequestException cURL error 3: (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) So I have already started building a custom design etc on Beta 3, previously I created a fresh install and transferred everything over from another VM but the database import took forever. Is there anyway to update the version without having to delete all the current files and/or having to change any data? I was thinking of manually importing the GitHub file and then running the installer but I don't know if my custom skin and existing DB …

Trying to upload a .zip file for an aircraft from the bottom of the subfleet page but it keeps timing out. Any thoughts? I've tried uploading the file with FTP but it won't recognise the URL either. Also, it won't save the operating costs.

im trying to add files to my subfleet by .zip but everytime i do this im getting a 503 error code, what am i doing wrong? i fill out everything including url and select the zip file from my computer and click save and about 2 mins it goes to the 503 error. any help would help out greatly

Hello, I'm an ACARS user and I fly with MSFS 2020. Whenever I try to use the ACARS it prompts me that UserCfg.opt is read only and doesn't allow me to start the flight. I need to keep it read only to prevent MSFS from activating film grain (a known issue), is there a workaround?

Hi, New users are getting prevented to access our phpVMS portal until they verify their email address, however no email is sent to them. I have personally checked this by creating a fictious account with different email addresses and no email mail is getting received, not even on junk email. Please advise

I would like to use the VACENTRAL Api call to get some information like Airport data to include in my related project. However I do not want to mess with hosting and c-panel trying to both install Composer and VACENTRAL and woth rather call the API using Curl and pass the appropriate keys as I Have done this before on other API calls. My question is has anyone or Nabeel got some documentation or an example PHP script to call the api in CUFRL and parse the returned data.

i have followed the download instructions and got the page PHPVMS not installed ok (http://localhost:8890/phpvms/) , when I click on head on to the installer, i get the error "The requested URL /install was not found on this server." (http://localhost:8890/install) is there anything i need to do to correct this ? I have checked PHPINFO and i am on php 7.21 and all extras loaded

Hello, I'm trying to require a field for all of my members to put in a vatsim CID. When I select show on registration and require it doesn't show up on registration, nor does it come up for logged in accounts. Not really sure where to start.

Hello, i will import my leagcy db to the new v7 db. I try "php artisan phpvms:importer ...." on the command line. We have 170k pireps in the leagcy db. After 12 hours later only 68k pireps are migrated. Every 3 seconds only 1 pirep will migratied. I try to set the batchsize at 1000, 500, 50 .... but still it will migrate the data very slowly. The only changes I made were i uploaded a new schedule and added new Fares. The pic is a little hard to see, but there appears to be 2 finance journals on the same page. One shows a zero balance and the main one. shows data, but its not updating

In the administrator panel I get this message. New version 7.0.0-180423-29d206 is available! Where can I download it? In the forum I can not find the link for this download. In other versions of phpvms 7 there was an option to import routes in * .CSV format Now that disappeared. How can I import routes? Thank you

Hi, I am new to phpVMS and have installed v7 alpha 2 on a shared Strato hosting. i am thinking about moving from VAM to phpVMS. In the manual, an alpha 3 is mentioned. Where can I find it? And would you recommend using version 5.x until v7 has made further progress or should I stick to it? Also, did I understand it correctly that an csv import for airports, and the expenses are not available at the moment? Regards T1m
