I am in the process of helping a friend create a custom skin. We were designing the front page one day when we noticed that the pilot roster wasn't there. It just disappeared. Do you have any idea? Everything else is there. Thanks, Edmundk

Hey all, I was messing with this skin from FSPaintshop and it is old. Like early 2009 old. I was simply enough trying to update it to work with our new version we are on now being the latest beta 864. I have most of the small issues worked out, however, now I ran into a error and am not sure what it amounts to. Hello everyone, Is there a way to use the default skin for most of the pages, and use another skin for some specific pages? Let's say I want to make a kind of "Printed" look of my flight briefings, no header, no nav bar, no colors, juste black on white... how can I proceed to do that on only a few pages without changing the look of my entire site? I am currently trying to help somebody start a VA up, about a month ago I offered to start the site for him and help create a skin, but I have been busy the last 2-3 weeks and I am now up to my knees with things to do. I wonder if somebody could make it on behalf of him, aparently he has lost his account details for this forum though. Any help greatly appreciated. Sorry about this though.

I am having trouble with a template skin I am using for phpvms. Everything appears to work alright (still have alot of work to do) except when I click on View Details in the Schedule Info it shifts the entire template to the left side of the screen. http://02de367.netsolhost.com/phpvms/index.php/Frontpage Still have to get the permanent domain name and get the airports and schedules finished along with awards etc... but I like the way the template I choose is taking on the text color etc... for all the items in phpvms. Hey Guys, I've been trying to skin my website up but to be honest I have no artistic flare when it comes to things like this. I may just be dense, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to change my site's appearance effectively. I have managed changing the images and colors and such, but as far as the actual layout and placement of things, all I have managed to do is move crap around in a non productive fashion. I made a file called test.php. Hey, I've read the Thread "Editing the Admin Skin [sOLVED]" but this solution doesn't work for me... I've a main content sector and there I've to put the code in, to display it in the top of the site. Hi guys, Have successfully installed phpvms on my web server, but with very limited php experience i am struggling to make use of the instructions, and i am stuggling to find my way around the files to edit, on the server.I basicely, if possible, want to be able to edit the colours to match our Virtual airlines, and put the Recent pireps onto the bottom of the page instead of on the left, as with the original design. Also, i need to add VA information, links and buttons at the top of the page for navigation, and to make it look a little smarter.If anyone is kind enough to take half an hour or so out to give me a hand with the software, it would be greatly appreciated.Kind…

Would anyone like to help me skin my website? Again. My host, x10hosting, had a backup issue and lost all the files on one of their servers which happens to be with one which my site was on. Roger did it for me before but unfortunately I didnt have the files backed up on my pc.

Ok, I am currently making a new skin for my VA, but I have almost no experience with php ect., and am wondering if anyone can give me a little breakdown of exactly how the php and js files are plugging in info like Recent Pireps ect. I have the php code on the homepage of the skin for plugging in the info, and Dreamweaver recognizes it and puts a php symbol where info from the php code will be plugged in, but haven't yet found out how to get that to work after a while of testing. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
