Hello i've made a layout.tpl for mij own skin when i upload the skin i get an error you see in the attachmend. And if i make a layout with the same lines a the crystal skin it works. greetz onno

Hello there! I have been looking through these forums for a while now and i noticed that Free Themes were high on demand. So i thought that i would help out the community and do free skins for everyone who needs it. I am currently studying php and html codding in Collage and have been for several years now so i know allot about it! Hello all fantastic members, I'm in some need of guidance and/or a basic tutorial (in layman's terms) on how to integrate simply just a sub-menu (dropdown) into a previous menu. Right now I'm working with the default core_navigation.tpl, I've gone through a multitude of tutorials with no avail. Usually the outcome is a messed up navigation bar with some unknown characters. Right now I have no CSS for my navigation, if someone could point me or guide me through going from the default to in a way adding the dropdown that would be great. I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to make the phpVMS menu system with various levels. Currently when I enable a page in the admin section, phpVMS automatically adds a link under the pages section at ams.hphvirtual.com/index.php. Taking the about us page as an example (ams.hphvirtual.com/index.php/pages/aboutus), is there a way to have phpVMS generate links for Executive Staff, Our Fleet and the Route Map by having the about us as a level 1 page and the other three pages as level 2.Sorry if my description is a bit confusing.

I have edited the pages_items.tpl file and its in my skins folder. For some reason this file is not being used and the default file is, I have a feeling that it's because under the customized core_navigation.tpl file which is in my skin folder as well the site is using the <?php echo &MODULE_NAV_INC;?> code which is drawing the auto generated links from the default pages_items.tpl. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks,

I'd like to view the current flights on the frontpage in a box like the "Recent Pilots" & "Recent Pireps" Boxes, shown as "Flight number - Dep - Arr." I guess i have to get the code from the /acars page and simply exclude the map and all the stats (name, status, speed, dist/time remaining) i don't want to show .. ? If yes, where to get that code from ? And if no, where's my mistake ?

Hi all, Today I decided to download the vAirline skin, just to get some inspiration, and to have an example. what I see when I apply the skin and then click on ' view your site' is well.. like it misses all of its ' make-up' sort to speak. Everything is in black and white, no styling whatsoever. I host my website at 000webhost (yes I know it's not the best thing to do, but I want to experiment and fiddle around a bit before spending any money) PHPVMS installs perfectly, but I can't get any skins to work. I change the topbanner image, but it keeps using the default one. I'm starting to think that there are a couple of links aren't correct. Any ideas? Stefan

I downloaded the VAirline Skin to get myself into this whole skinning procedure Thing is, how do i make those left boxes only appear on one page - the home site ? For now they show up everywhere, and i don't need the "Newest Pilots" Box on the ACARS Map Page or the Profile page

I'm not sure what is up with my css but its acting weird and maybe someone might know whats going on. When I access most of my website everything acts normal like it should. When I access certain pages like the details of a flight (http://ams.hphvirtua...dules/details/1) the right content pane ends up at the bottom of the page, while when I access the homepage (http://ams.hphvirtual.com/index.php/) everything works as normal. I am not sure which css style sheet the schedule detail is feeding from, I have tried editing the table width in the .tpl file to no avail. Thanks,

He there This maybe a pretty silly question, but where can i add a Menu Button ? I just installed PHPVMS and trying to figure things out - sure, this'll take a while and i'm more than willing to learn, but for now i'd just like to add a new Button in the Main Menu So, within the default style i got Home/Pilots/Pilot Center/Live Map/Admin Center/log out I'd like to link the new Button to let's say the Schedule ? And, is there any "Tutorial" out there on how to create your on style ? Appreciate any help . Thanks in advance

Hello, i am new whit programing and phpVMS. Tryed to resolve my problem whit google help, but dindt find eneything. I need help whit putting on my new VA site a shockwave flash file(.swf). Thats a banner. The image code for that possition is: <img alt="" src="<?php echo SITE_URL?>/lib/skins/ObsessBlue/image/img_73.jpg" /> I know how to change pictures whit it, but no a .swf file. Can somebody help me whit this code?

Hello all community members, New to the forum and am encountering an issue with my site regarding the vAirline template. Upon installation, everything was working fine and I am simply in love with skin. The only problem is a small bug with the navigation bar. I want to add on the bottom of my slide show on my website a thing that over laps the slide show and on it you can log in and it has news.
