Hello, I am starting my virtual airline and I have recently been looking more into the automated emails that are sent out when pilots register. I was hoping to change the email that is sent out after pilots are accepted, so they can get the teamspeak information and link to the pilot handbook automatically, instead of me having to email everyone personally to make sure they have the login. I have attached below some pictures of what I have changed the email to, and what is actually sent upon account activation. My website link is http://westjetvirtual.com. Hey, What I am trying to do is add an accept link to the email that goes out after a pirep is submitted. I am trying to set it up so that when the email goes to my blackberry I can decide there and then if I want to accept it and simply hit the accept link. Presently I have to wait until I get to my computer, or surf to my admin page on the blackberry ( which is a pain in the *** ). Any suggestion would be much appreciated. I got my site up, I want my staff ID to be CFC001, CFC002 and so on. I want my pilots ID to be CFC101, CFC102 and so on. How do I go about changing this? I changed 2 pilots ID's to 101 and then 102 and then if another pilot signs up it puts them at CFC005 and I have to manually change this. Help plz and thanks

Hi all once again I require your help with VMS, I am running my site on a local machine which has a valid www. but I am having trouble setting up the mail function I have tried setting up with mercury mail server with no luck and I have tried setting it up with smtp again with no luck. Hey, I have recently installed the Fire Crew skin on my crew centre, the issue I am having is that when I change the names of pilots ranks the formatting gets messed up on the dashboard. For some reason I am unable to upload the photos but basically the text at the top is getting pushed over rather than resizing to fit the page. More detail can be provided. Thanks, EvO1324

Hi guys. I can confirm that using Kingsoft Office worked for importing to database where excel did not. However, now that I have my fleet (phpvms_aircraft) imported to the database (926 lines), none of those aircraft show up in the admin panel Aircraft List. Is there a time delay (i wouldn't think so but just wondering)? The same happens after i import 4765 lines of schedules (phpvms_schedules).. they do not show in admin, or on the public site Running phpVMS 5.5.2 using PHP 5.5

Hi, I got a csv with all out schedules. When I import it, it is being processed and the routes are added normally. I can see no errors. However, afterwards no schedules are showing up and they are not added to the database either. Adding a schedule manually works just fine though. Any idea what is causing this and how I can fix it?

Last night I was trying to install the full version of phpvms. My FTP program said file uploaded successfully, so I go to the install page and I get this message. Fatal error: Class 'DB' not found in /home/my username/public_html/core/common/SettingsData.class.php on line 28 Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it?

All pilots can do Bids on Bid already schudele Bids. Please how can I block new schudeles when pilots have schudeles to finish yet on randon flights. I set up my ranks so all hours required are 0 and I'm going to assign them manually. When a new pilot signs up, their rank is newhire, but there is no newhire rank and no icon? I changed something somewhere to rank autoupdate false. Any help apprecieated, thanks

Hi everyone Two questions: Is there any way currently of keeping the last email address used stored in a cookie or the like for the login screen, and if not is it able to be in an update? Also, is there anything planned for a mass registration section for the admin? For example, our VA has about 20 pilots, and I wish to get them all registered with the new system before it is live, but I don't really want to spend 2 hours typing in all their details one by one into the registration page. Is that something that can be added to the Admin Centre? Many thanks

Hi I was wondering if I could get a code to hide all schedules with the same A/C registration if it's been bid on. meaning, if someone places a bid on let's say KLAX to KSFO with A/C registration E-PA123. now another person is trying to bid on KSJC to KLAX with the same A/C registration E-PA123 but they can't because the A/C is already booked. Right now I have set it up to hide the schedule that has a bid on but can't figure it out for all the routes. Any help please?

Hi guys I am new to this and an amature php developer. It more of a hobby. Please bear with me. I have just set up phpvms and it's working great. The only thing is that when I try adding a route in the admin area the route is not there. Tried up loading it via csv file and the same, it does not appear in the routes. A similar thing happens with the pirep. It says the server has received the pirep but I can't see it in the admin panel. I am running it on localhost As i wanna get it all working befor I make it live. Hey there, My Friend and I created a java GUI application which reads our schedules database and lets the user search for a flight and gets the right data ready. You then click on 'Start Flight' and after you fly it, click on 'End Flight'. (Note that this is made for FlightGear Free and Open Source Flight Simulator) Then the application reads the flight time, fuel used and the route flown and posts the following variables to a temporary link (www.merlionvirtual.clubos.net/auto/scheduled.php) Now, there's nothing in the php file, so what do I put there so it can submit the PIREP with the posted data? hello all, i have been searching for hours with no luck....can anybody tell me how i can change the flighttime_stamp from when a pirep is being submitted into the data base instead of reading as time it just reads as numbers....for example when its inserted into the database it reads 5:00....i would like for it to read just 5 so i need to know what file i need to change so that when its going into the database it just reads the number and what in the file do i need to change? thanks so much

Hello, I'm not sure where to go from here, I've been using 000webhost and I have been using a tutorial on YouTube (phpVMS Tutorials Episode 2 - Installation) They said it should come up with an install link which went to phpVMS Database setup, however mine says this Fatal error: Class 'DB' not found in /home/a4611461/public_html/core/common/SettingsData.class.php on line 28 Any Ideas on how to fix this?
