Hey guys, The total pax count on my logging site is now in the tens of millions. I can only assume the system is including cargo load in the value too. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks!

Hi, i have recently set up a VA and we made a few test accounts and have deleted them, now when we get new members it makes their Pilot ID way higher than the previous one. for example, our highest member id we had was 008 and i had changed him to a lower number to maintain consistency. And today we had someone sign up and the id went to 016. is there any way so that the next person will automatically be set to 009? thanks in advance Oli Trehearne

For some reason, this line is causing my cronjobs to fail. There is no pilotid = 0 so I am not sure where it is supposed to get its permissions from but I am getting the following errors when it autoruns: Unauthorized access - Invalid Permissions Should there be a pilotid of 0 in my database? This happened after the update to phpvms 5.5.2 and change to php version 5.5. I can run any of these jobs manually while I am logged onto the site. I am thinking a possible admin privilege issue??? hello im getting this error msg when i try to access my website and the fivedev hosting portal login Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. In the aircraft table, what is the purpose of the minrank and ranklevel fields? I'm assuming one if them is for the minimum rank level to use that specific equipment. Also, in phpVMS 5.2.2 - does restricting the aircraft by rank actually work correctly. I'm using simpilot's Front Schedules if that makes any difference. Thanks

Hi, yesterday I've updated to PHP5.6, since this update we have problems with our live map. Sometimes it's working, sometimes not (without changing something). It seems to be a javascript issue, the error is: I am usign phpvms classic, but also tried another acarsmap.js file (5.5), but this is also not working. Google API has been updated. When switching back to 5.4 the map is back again

Hello, I am wanting to uninstall phpvms from my website. I recently became primary admin/ webmaster for a VA that is in need of something new. We have been experiencing too many problems and want to look for new directions. We feel phpVMS is not the best fit for us. I want to try to keep my site intact and just uninstall phpvms and recode for another manager rather than having to build a whole new site. I am not familiar phpVMS so a little help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I recently switched hosts and now I've found that my briefing page has no CSS. It looks like what you'd get it you replaced index.php with action.php, although I'ev checked the URL and it's definitely index.php. I don't want to post the code and the page is locked for crew only so I can only describe it and hope that someone can offer a suggestion as to why it won't display? I've already tried looking through the code to see if there are any missing tags etc Also, I use tabs for the different parts of my briefing and it only works when I click the first two, the other three do nothing which is why I thought it was due to a missing tag.

I am having a problem with xacars, it is giving me an error saying that the url for the flight tracking is giving an error. This happened recently and suddenly, I am not sure what is going on, I have cleaned the cache, and resent the acars table, but that did not help. I have set everything up correctly. I do have 2 other xacars configs in the same location, but they are not named the same, I have named the xacars config file that is in use just xacars as that is what it was before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am trying to delete airports and airline directly from the SQL database through phpmyAdmin which is in my cPanel, but it seems that I don't have sufficient permissions. I am the owner. This is the error message I get when trying to remove an airline. Dear Members recently we have moved our website to another hosting company, after shifting we requested them to restore our data backup file taken from previous hosting, they did the same for us after restoration of the data we found that our flight operation is not working means people connecting with acars system doing flights but pireps not coming to our database and also live flights not showing on our front page we did everything to resolve the issue change the configurations but not succeeded. to double check we did one more fresh install of simpilot 5.5x latest version but same issue exist with the new installation as well. I have been told to make a new topic for this. I asked about a week ago how to remove the Departure Time, Arrival Time and Day of Week from the schedules. I was told that it wasn't possible but I should keep it there for VACentral, I don't want to use VACentral as I want my VA to remain as it is. Hi guys, After the update i added some expenses, but when i look at the finacial reports, this is what i get: 2010-03 42 € 3,131,204.00 € 1,394.40 € 0.00 (€ -1,650,439.88) € 1,479,429.93 2010-04 32 € 2,579,122.00 € 1,955.37 € 0.00 (€ -1,466,179.79) € 1,013,595.17 the 0.00 stands for expenses.... it looks like it's not calculating anything... and this problem is for all the previous months as well. I have tried re-setting password for my cpanel. Went through the reset, let vms reset password and followed instructions. Recieved password and pasted it into my cPanel log in and it says that login is invalid. Want to reset both user name and password, but I am now lost without any idea to accomplish that task. Hello, I want to add custom fields of pilots profile but they are not show.
