I have an idea that I would love to implement in how our pilots book flights. I basically want them to have to chose a realtime date on which they will fly their booked flights. Ideally I would like to do this as part of the booking process. I know I would probably need to add a field to the existing SQL bids table, but that's about as much as I can work out. If anyone has any idea as to how to go about this, I would be very grateful. Thanks, Stu

I have installed a second phpvms system for another VA. There I see something odd on the show pirep page. Hi all, As our new updated site sits now, the webmaster (President) is the only one who receives new pilot join auto-emails. Can that be expanded so that multiple staff personnel get the auto-emails also? Not sure if there is a module for this out there...I havent seen any. well guys can you tell me how to display VATSIM,IVAO and ACTIVE/INACTIVE statuses in pilots list? and how to make a vatsim and ivao fields in registration form,that when new pilot will register he/she will enter his/her vatsim or ivao id if he/she has, and the vatsim and ivao statuses will automatic displayed in pilots list and in there profile too i guess you understand what i meen. here's the pictures

Nabeel... can you please help me with this. I am wanting to change the pilot's pay to $4.00 per mile (basically what FSPassengers pays a pilot). Now I saw in this thread here Finance Data and found it in the File Manager, but can't quite understand it. How and/or where do I go to changing it to where my members get more cash in their pockets. Ok, so just so I fully understand.... Does PHPVMS take data from either FSAcars, XAcars, FSPax or FS Flight Keeper and update the pirep database then??? The way my old site ran was that I HAD to use FS Acars to log pireps and FSPax was an additional thing, just for a separate database. I always wished it could take the data from either program.

I have a route of flight with a pilot who has booked her and her has not flown. How it can an administrator remove the route that a pilot has reserved. This should be taken into account for future versions of the system. An administrator would have to be able to visualize the paths that are reserved and remove them when booking the case as necessary, as it is the mine at the moment. I need help

Hello, I am trying to delete airports and airline directly from the SQL database through phpmyAdmin which is in my cPanel, but it seems that I don't have sufficient permissions. I am the owner. This is the error message I get when trying to remove an airline. Hi guys! I would like to answer something that I've seen in another sites and I think that is possible to use in phpvms. In some websites I've seen the same google map that phpvms, and it shows the exactly place (and sometimes the time) where you have flown. Obviously I'm talking about the map shown in the each Pirep, not the Live Map. In phpVMS that map only shows a straight line fomr the departure until the destination, but it doesn't show the exactly point where you have flown. That map would be very useful in my VA to see the points where the pilots have flown, because sometimes we make challenges and each one make a different flight plan, but the only way to see…

Hello, I have ran into this error a while back, however I do not remember how to fix it. When I go to add a new airport to my airport database, I enter the ICAO and click "Look Up" and it says "retrieving airport information", and doesn't do anything afterwards... I have over 4000 airports to add, I am not going to add 4000 airports manually, could someone help me refresh my mind and tell me how to fix this bug ? Thanks.

1/ On all the pilots profiles the "last flight date" is showing 1969 and not the real date of the last flight. How can this be updated so it shows the actual last date. 2/ I am not sure if this needs to go to FSACARS but I though I would mention it, the FSACARS system does not work with Vista is keeps breaking and Microsoft can not run this program. any help will be greatfully recieved. Hi, yesterday I've updated to PHP5.6, since this update we have problems with our live map. Sometimes it's working, sometimes not (without changing something). It seems to be a javascript issue, the error is: I am usign phpvms classic, but also tried another acarsmap.js file (5.5), but this is also not working. Google API has been updated. When switching back to 5.4 the map is back again

I recently switched hosts and now I've found that my briefing page has no CSS. It looks like what you'd get it you replaced index.php with action.php, although I'ev checked the URL and it's definitely index.php. I don't want to post the code and the page is locked for crew only so I can only describe it and hope that someone can offer a suggestion as to why it won't display? I've already tried looking through the code to see if there are any missing tags etc Also, I use tabs for the different parts of my briefing and it only works when I click the first two, the other three do nothing which is why I thought it was due to a missing tag.
