Hi I have just setup a free PHPVMS system for myself and my friends. It is running I installed everything including the module of the kCARS free program to work. I can login and start the flight, after I land, taxi to a gate, parking brake on and engine shutdown, I then click stop record, and submit flight. I get a comformation that it has been submitted, but when I look on the website it is not there, and my flight which I just submited is still under my bids. I made a CSS style for a sidebar for my pilot center and training center and it works fine in google chrome, but theres a thick black line in IE going down the left side of it. I cant figure out how to make the line go away. Hello everyone, I want to set my phpVMS to where the pilot registers and can select an aircraft off a list and becomes a first officer on it. For example: Pilot registers -> Selects Starting Aircraft -> Becomes lowest rank (F/O) on it -> Accumulates hours -> Gets promoted to captain -> Goes through training to next aircraft in A/C Class -> gets lowest rank (F/O) -> ect. How would I program that? Can someone develop a code? Is there a code out there already? I know you can add different ranks and select aircraft per rank, but I want to set it up where they get type ratings. I also would want to know if I can set the booking centre to where you can onl…

So I turned maintenance mode on and refreshed my website and there was a blank white screen. I turned it off and cleared my browser cache and have tried a proxy browser and my website still has just a white blank screen. Anyone know?

I noticed there is a contact form template, but how can I use it? I have been editing the main template, and can't seem to include it (Although I guess I could just copy it all into a PHP File and include('contact_form.php') but it seems like there would be an easier way if you included it. Or I guess I could code my own, I know enough php for that. And the template posts the data to index.php, is this correct? Does index handle the form data or is that just being a placeholder for me to put my own page to handle it.

Hey guys, i just got VMS installed and everything is running , i tried everything to fix my navbar at the top , i want my first letters capital. Hi Nabeel, I was wondering if it would be worthwhile to consider a change to the downloads section. As it stands, all download categories are on the same page. What I think would be cool is if when you went to view the downloads, it would take you to a page where the categories are listed. You could then, click the category you wanted to view just those files. When you consider that a lot of VAs will have ten to twenty aircraft and may have those files for both FS2004 and FSX, the page may get a little long. As well, you could also make a utilities category for panel files, pdf manuals, etc. Just my two cents! Chuck CYXU

Hello, Im trying to add "File a Manual PIREP" to the sidebar of stilsa skin and ive added this to the app_top.php.... a class="nav-link" href="<?php echo url('/pireps/filepirep'); ?>"> <i class="fas fa-map-marked-alt"></i> <span>File A Manual PIREP</span> </a> But the text is in a weird purple color and its not aligned with the other text on the sidebar, anyone know what to do?

Hello. So I recently uploaded a CSV of aircraft to my VA's website. They all "import" but then when I go to view them in the admin panel there are none and I get the "No aircraft have been added" error. I've tried to import directly in PHPMyAdmin and get a similar error in PHPMyAdmin. Any ideas how to fix this?

All my ranks are in from Cadet to ATP Commander and my highest pay is $1500 now for staff what rate of pay do i use as at the minute it is giving the CEO staff $1500 as well how do i change that so it goes off the rank system not just what it says for that rank

I have been trying to add a custom pirep field from the admin side. I can create the field with a text area. The field is called Tracker URL with a blank text area to insert a url. I already have one custom field called "unscheduled flight" which is a simple drop down box with yes,no. Once i have added the second "tracker URL" field all looks fine in the admin side, however when i go to the user side and try to file a pirep. I get ONE custom field which is a mix of my two fields ie a field name of "Unscheduled flight" and a text area. I am on .930 I have tried searching on custom pirep fields but have not found anything similar to this yet? Alex

I've customizing the registration email templates but I can't seem to find one of them. The template I'm looking for is the one sent to a pilot after I accept them into the airline. I can't seem to find it in the core/templates folder. I'm sure it's in there but I just can't seem to locate it. I had no trouble finding the others. This is what the email template looks like: Dear <PILOT NAME>, Your registration for <WEBSITE NAME> was accepted! Well, hello again, afterall i managed to use fspax, and i configured a new template so my site looks very nice!!! But i still cannot understand how to make the maps pages to work. Both livemap and "view pilots flights on map" canot work, a blank page is shown up. I tried with google, got a "key" (really do not know how to use the code) and now i do not kno where to place it, and with which prefix-code Any help please for the dummy?

This happened me before and I fixed it, but now have forgotten how i did it. When someone goes to add a bid it goes to a blank page and doesn't add the bid. What is the cause of this? and how do i fix it? Cheers Dan C

Hello, I am having issues with the Live Map now as underneath it says: The map and table automatically update. Red indicates pilot is on the ground. Green indicates in air. Click pilot name to view. No matter if the plane is in the air or on the ground it shows up blue. Is this just a simple coding error where it can be fixed by me. Or is an issue with ACARS? Thanks Sam
