Hello Guys, I need to be able to run two phpvms installations at the same times. Basically, I want to have the PHPvms installation at crew.flyvawe.com to be connected with the installation at http://flyvawe.com/us/index.php . I already have the content connected, the problem arises with the skins. Whenever I access the admin panel from http://flyvawe.com/us/index.php, it automatically goes directly to crew.flyvawe.com/admin. I need to be able to run two different skins on the different sub domains. How can I do this? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you all!

Good afternoon, to make the long story short: Someone is using our database. He somehow got ahold of it and is now using it for his own "new" airline. Is there any way I can stop him from using it, so that none of our pilots get spam mail and confused by what is going on as they get to accepted PIREPS? I've entered routes/schedules in on admin center, when I finish entering them and look them up in pilot center they do not show up. I get the "error code" in the picture below.

Hi all, The activity list only shows pilots that rank up. It doesn't show "Pilot X has filed a PIREP from XXXX to XXXX" There's nothing in the log. Any ideas? Regards,

Before I tackle this on my own, has anyone made a script to generate an email to the user upon bid expiration (using the maintenance.php cron job)? Asking since I don't want to reinvent the wheel if its already been done.

Right off the bat, I will apologize if this has been asked before. If I am wanting to allow some of my pilots to use XACARS is there a way to get it to work with VMS? We are currently looking at the possibility to use VMS and are currently testing to see if we can make the move. With out loosing to much data on the pilots. Gents, I was trying to figure out how to BYPass all the schedule stuff. I want my pilots just to be able to file PIREPS with no need of Schedule or routes etc. Is this possible? Regards, Greg

so im a little confused about what version to actually use. I have a current installation of phpvms that works great except i want to be able to use .php modules rather than the old .tpl modules. Simple reason, theres a module i have that is originally a .php and i convereted it to .tpl while editing all php coding, it still doesnt work. I think i have version 2.1.936 installed, thats what it says down at the bottom. However, the change log has 2.1.938 listed on it and everything that is listed in the change log is a working feature in my phpvms. Hello, I am wanting to uninstall phpvms from my website. I recently became primary admin/ webmaster for a VA that is in need of something new. We have been experiencing too many problems and want to look for new directions. We feel phpVMS is not the best fit for us. I want to try to keep my site intact and just uninstall phpvms and recode for another manager rather than having to build a whole new site. I am not familiar phpVMS so a little help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

My old site simply stopped working, it would not allow me to reset the password, nor it would send me a new one. Even with the correct credentials it just wouldn't let me in. So after more than year hiatus and having taken the site down. I decided to start all over again. Iinstalled the latest version which seems to have changes. I wanted to import my old schedules but the format seems to have changed. Now, I have taken the time to reformatthe entire CSV file but the instructions are not very complete. We have PIREPS set for auto approve/Reject. Staff members can approve manual pireps. The problem is when a staff member's PIREP is 'rejected' how can we stop them from manually accepting it. Case example: Auto Accept rules 'approve filed w/ACARS' 'Reject w -1500fpm landing rate. We had a staff member w/smartCARS have a =2546 landing rate. The system rejected his Pirep. He then wen to admin and accepted his rejected filing. How can this be stopped?

Any chance of checking this error.
