Hi. Just moved over to phpvms as it has fsacars and fspassengers integration so well done. One thing which seems to be missing is when a new pilot signs up, I don't get an email alerting me to this. Am I missing something or is this not possible?

Hi, When a new pilot tries to register they get the following error. I have no idea what is wrong or how to fix this. Could someone help please? I don't expect many to join up but it would be nice to have the option LOL! Error Registering Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (`alliance_Global`.`phpvms_pilots`, CONSTRAINT `phpvms_pilots_ibfk_1` FOREIGN KEY (`code`) REFERENCES `phpvms_airlines` (`code`) ON UPDATE CASCADE)

Hi, I was wondering if anyone happens to know how I can limit the new pilots area for a certain airline... IE I have AAVirtual.net, it shows both AAL and EGF pilots, would it be possible just to show pireps from EGF or pilots from EGF? Ada

Good eve to all, well some new pilots tried to register at my VA. They fill all the parameters (First Name, Last Name...) even the capcha and then finally the pressed "REGISTER!" and received the message "Could not open socket" How to solve the problem? I´m lack of ideas where to fix this. Please help. Thanks a lot!!!!

Hi, I've got 3 mails from pilots that wants to fly with our va, but can't register. So I tested it by myself, after I put in all requiered fields I get a new page with message "Error Registering". Some weeks ago there were no problems, the only thing I had change was a translation of the register_mainform some months ago. I have a problem with the new airline recently added when I book a flight and I run it with kacars, when I send the pirep to the virtual airline, the gross and revenue remain at 0. but if I send it manually pirep the revenue and gross appears link to photos of my problem (Sorry I ended up space) http://s4.imagestime...02236_pirep.png thanks for the help Mattia

I was running my site etc.... No problem but then one day when you click to show flights it would show any thing and I have 6,000 of them so I trying redoing phpvms that didn't fix it have had the webserver company rested to the server back to when I first started still not working any ideas

Hi all, I have added a new profile field to my website called age group. I would like to add it to my pilot list in the admin section. I have tried to modify the pilot_list.tpl in the admin/templates/pilot_list.tpl by putting in age group in the code and removing rank just to see if i could get it to work. Hi, i am having a problem after moving servers, when a user registeres after filling in the form he gets just a blank page, so i thought it was something to do with the additions i have done. I downloaded a fresh copy of vms to check and exactly the same thing happens there, also after the install the page does not fully load and the main admin account is not accessible, as this is happening on a new server i dont thing its vms but a setting or a lack of one that i have forgot to setup. No error messages are being sent to the page or to the logs. One thing that should be noted is that the registration completes ok ie data is put in to the database its just not returnin…

Hello. Was hoping that someone could help me out. We had been running on a freeware sight. After some deliberation we decided to go for a full on paywhere sight. We have been running for a few months now on the freeware sight. I am wondering. Do we have to start all over again with having to have everyone register and start all over with the flights or is there a way to transfer all the other information from our old sight into our new sight? I have attempted to copy the SQL information off the old web sight into the new web sight. In the my sql it is displaying all the information from the old web sight. What happens when a pilot stops flying after 30 or 45 days? Does php automatically delete them or put them "inactive" status; or something else? What is the difference between Inactive and On Leave as far as how php handles the pilot? I did not see a way to delete a pilot if they say they no longer want to fly; how can I do that? Is there a max limit of how many routes can be done on one .csv import file? Thanks for the help to a newbie, Jerry

Hi, Recently started work on a new VA ..... Came across your site and it seems you guys may have saved me a lot of time A few questions first, I have registered and successfully integrated php VMS in the back end and have a VA registered with you guys. To use XAcars, do I need to install the data they have on their website (I am aware for pilots we must put in the details on the application) but am I right to assume that now php VMS is installed, I don't need to do anything else server side for XAcars to work with our site. Hi guys i wonder if anyone can help me out. I have bought domain and hosting through TFDI design for a new virtual airline. I have input the basic fleet, airports and schedules. Now I’m totally stuck, I don’t know where to go from here ie adding a new skin, ACARS set up etc and to basically create the site. It would be great if someone could assist/ help out. Hello all, Recently I introduced a replacement for the Airport lookup that helps with adding airports. So far it has been used already more than 2200 times! On a similar note I now also have an aircraft info API. Just replace three files and you can lookup all the data of the aircraft just by its icao code. However, as this is a new service it's only open for those with an account at virtualairlines.eu. So if you are registered there, have a look at this blogpost and download the relevant files.It takes just a few minutes but will save you a lot of time. Hello all, I know lots of you have been annoyed with the absence of the airport lookup function in PHPvms.. well at least I was! So when I log on to my site I don't see my live ACARS map. I learned that is because I need to add a google maps API. My question is which maps service API should I use and where and how do I place my API key. (I.e. VaCentral gives you the coding you need with the API key to put in the local.config.php file).

Hello, I'm new on Phpvms, and I'm stuck on the install. I'm following the dummies guide, after setting up the database, I dont know how to run the install. I'm stuck on this (copy from manual) 3.02 In this next illustration I have outlined the "Install.php". Please understand this is not an executable file. What you need to do is right click on this file and scroll down to properties "Click" open and copy the URL path to the "Install.php" Can somebody explain me how to do that?
