This may or may not resolve my previous problem. When I insert my information into the field it says it has been added, yet if I come back later on it disappears. This has happened for everyone who has joined my VA. Does anybody have any ideas why it's not 'sticking around' as it would seem?

I noticed in the SQL database, that under active pilots, it showed a value of "2010" under pilots who have flown a flight. Ones who haven't had a "0". Is that normal or should they all be "0"??

Hi Guys, I searched the forum about my question and I could not see a clear answer. If there was and if I could not see it, sorry for this indeed. My virtual airline has a code as INX and IATA as 6K. While I was setting up phpVMS, there was only one box to set the VA code. Now our pilots and flights have the same code, INX but how can I achieve to set flight starts with 6K? Thank you.

Dear all After three attempts at installing phpVMS as posted for download on the website, I am turning to here for help! Essentially, I have installed phpVMS into a root directory. The index page shows up, but when I click on any of the links to either log in, click pilots and so on, it returns a 404 error. Any advice on what to do? Thanks

Hello everyone. Someone could explain to me the principle of "Schedules". That way I do ... I reserve the flight here: http://www.uasgroup.org/phpvms/index.php/schedules Smartcars I run, I have my flight booked in, once the flight is completed and it disappears from the list of schedules ... There is no history on the site ??? For here, for example, if I'm doing this flight, I should have history: http://www.uasgroup.org/phpvms/index.php/schedules/details/79 I do not understand the .... Hi, Is it possible to make 2 pilots fly a single route as well as just 1, so there are 2 options for the route, 1 for shared cockpit and one for single pilot flying?

Hello, It won't let me delete pages with out going into the database and deleting them my self, just thought that i would let you know. The problem that i am currently having is when i try to add a second link into a page it dosn't work it only lets me have one, i found a soloution to doing it for images but it once again only allows one. Also when i add another airline it dose not add it making me have to go into the database once again. Thanks Neil.

I added a new airline to my existing VMS and it says it added, but then its not showing on the list. I cant import scheds as it says the airline doesn't exist, if i try to add the airline again it says it exists! I checked the database and its in there and enabled. Any guesses guys and gals?

Is it possible to implement pages sub directories. Such as index.php/pages/training/b747 will show core/pages/b747.htm index.php/pages/operations/fleet will show core/pages/fleet.htm I am getting a lot, a lot and a lot of custom content, and being able to pop it all in sub directories would be very useful. Currently, the fleet at my airline only consists of one (1) type of aircraft. This makes the "By Equipment" search function on the schedule_searchform.tpl page quite redundant. I'm curious to see how I can edit this function such that it enables my pilots to search through our timetable via an aircraft's registration (tail number), instead. However, I'm not sure which files I have to edit to make this work, nor am I aware of the appropriate commands I need to utilize. Hi; I like to Delete Aircraft Restriction on Schedules. Example: When I book the route Madrid - London I can choose any aircraft of VA (EC-LKE*, EC-LPQ* or EC-LWR*)*. It is possible??? Spanish Aircraft Registration and all of my VA planes.

First time we installed it, about 5 months ago, everything was working properly but since we reinstalled it, some admin members cant access the admin center... Could someone please help us out in this ? Hi everybody. I tried my first testflight today with fsacars. I start fsacars,i make the flight evrything goes good,the flight is shown on the livemap etc. After landing,when i will send the Pirep it shows my an error message. Databaseerror. I got the web page setup and I'm using FSFK I place a bid on a route get all the info setup FSFK then when I connect my acars it shows up on the live map but keeps adding lines under the map instead of having just the one line and second problem is, it shows my flight plan #, destination, Arrival but the distance is wrong and when you click on the bubble on the map it shows 0 for flight number. Any idea what is wrong with that? Thanks live_acars.doc

It is very strange, I installed everything right on PHPVMS install.php and now I fill everything out and come to this, screenshot is attached. And before all of that on the screenshot there is a bunch of strict standards. I have tried all of the solutions, but they do not work. It is very strange! Please help me create my Virtual Airline! Hi I already have PHPvms installed on a webhost, however im using a free domain that they supply. If i was to buy a domain and have have it changed, would all the features within phpvms still work, or would i have to reset everything and do a fresh install of the files.

Hey guys, I'm just joining the forums whilst installing PHPVMS for my VA. I am having some trouble when logging a PIREP. When I select my airline, the system only lets me use Honolulu as my departing airport, whilst the arrival airport drop down menu has all the airports on PHPVMS available for selection. How can I set up PHPVMS so that all of the airports on the database can be selected as the departing airport? Thank you very much in advance!

I'm trying to make a simple booking system so pilots can make their own routes. I tryed to make it so that the flight number would be the pilots callsign, and the rest is in a form. Hello, The schedule only filters flights if you are logged out. If you are logged in, and you try filtering flights, it just shows up as blank. No flights are pulled up.
