Hello, I am editting the pirep accepted and denied email template to show stats for your pirep. Can someone provide some echo scripts to pull various pirep stats including, landing rate, flight #, dep icao, arr icao, etc.

Ok, I was testing my phpVMS and I was rejecting a flight, and I was given out the pay, is that supposed to be off becasue when I reject a flight, it's giving my pilots the pay (I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!) Is there anyway to fix that.

Hello; I was wandering if you can help me? I would like to be able to remove the need for schedules on my install of PHPVMS. I have been apart of VAs which have had systems where pilots only need to enter a few details on a pirep and I would like to have the same sort of system on my VA. How can I go about allowing pilots to submit a pirepi without needing schedules? Kind regards; Cameron

This comes under kACARS too, but not entirely. I have a few annoying issues with the PIREPs. First, I was not receiving PIREP revenues for a while, and it was due to the fact that I changed the PIREP flight number to callsign, and I was surprised to see that you cannot pull the flight by the route id instead of the flight number. This creates issues for those with multiple flights with the same flight number, so it means I'll now need to edit the tables to make that work. Still, it's annoying. I think a routeid column for the PIREP table should be included in the next release. Secondly, when a PIREP is submitted, it is sometimes submitted multiple times, giving duplicat…

I have a custom field for VATSIM ID, and I want to display the Pilot and ATC ratings of the pilots. Is there a way to get this info from VATSIM instead of making another custom field. I have some pilots who keep putting in fake ratings.

Hello there i am starting up a new VA and i already have an airport database but as everyone who has ever started their own va adding routes and Schedules i was wondering if anyone had a .csv file or equivalent that i could use to add routes and Schedules to my va so that my time can be spent developing our graphics for our planes and developing the website any help would be much appreciated please bear i mind i do not expect to get such a file for free but if its available for free no complaints haha thanks Ryan

Hi everyone, I need to install a funtion which could allow me and my admins to suspend pilots. I have searched in the forum but I could not find any one. I laso tried installing the last update of phpVMS but it did not work. Is there anyway to set this? Thanks!

I have no idea what happened but the signatures when from the design i had to the old phpvms which was okay, but now there all gone....i look in the ftp nothing is there but the index.php, background.png and thats it....all the sigs are gone....i generated new ones and nothing is still showing up...what did i do wrong...lol

I am building a website at the moment for my virtual airline. It will be all done in PHP but I need to be pointed in the right direction. 1. What is the best 'framework' to build my site on (e.g Codon, CakePHP etc.) 2. Can I pull data from multiple phpVMS databases and display them on a single page? 3. Can you have PIREP move to the status "Under analysis" when the pilot makes a comment? Example: A flight was automatically rejected, after the pilot made the comment, the flight returns to "Em analize" and stays in that status until a member of staff performs a manual analysis.

Hello, I think I followed the instructions correctly and installed the latest release and then upgraded to the beta. When I go to install/update.php I get the below error. I have an issue with earning revenue from flights in the finances area. I flew the flight and subbmitted the preip, and it took the feul charge, but i earned no revenue from it. Also, the pilots pay shows up on my profile but not in the financals area.

Hi. We are using a custom KAcars for PIREPS We noticed that all charter flights (non-scheduled) report zero revenue. I browsed through the PHPVMS code (in PIREPDATA.class.php) and as far as I can tell it is because the PIREP flight type column contains "P" for passenger flight instead of "H" for charter flights. I think will cause a ticket price of 0 (zero) to be used and thus zero gross / revenue. Until we get things cleared with the KAcars developer, if we manually change the P to H is there a way to recalculate the revenue for these charter flights? First of all....Great look for the new site. I think it looks really professional. i uploaded and installed the 7 update. I am having trouble with the boarding pass. When I click the link all I get is a blank page. I have tried it in FF and IE with the same results. I can't seem to track down the source of the problem. I also cant seem to find the Pilot briefing page

I have a question regarding maintenance of aircraft. We currently have two aircraft entering on maintenance in a few days which will be replaced by two similar aircraft but different callsign to cover scheduled routes, i'll not edit the previous callsign because the statistics system would be affected, i think the only way to do this is to disable the aircraft in maintenance and its scheduled routes. To continue the normal service on routes is create new routes with aircraft replacement. Is there any way to have a system for maintenance of aircraft maintaining the same route but changing the complete aircraft. Regards
