Hi everyone, im very new to all this and I am having issues with the live flight tracker. I'm currently using the Ocean blue v2 skin, I have set up the API key so it works. But what I'm finding is when a route is in progress the departure and destination points are incorrect on the map, I have double checked the long and latitudes of the airports and they are correct. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to look at or check, so if anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it Rob

Hi, I want to copy my phpvms site locally. To do this, i have proceeded like this : 1 - Export of my database. 2 - Create a new database in WAMP with phpmyadmin and import the database. 3 - Download all folders and files with Filezilla and copy this in wamp/www/phpvms_folder. Hi to everyone, I have a problem in the MainControllers.class.php. The error shows me these: Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class 'Profile' does not have a method 'editprofile' in /var/www/vhosts/....../......./core/classes/MainController.class.php on line 218. This shows up when I go to "Edit my profile" on the main dashboard. Does someone have an idea on what could be happening? Thanks in advance!

Hi all, I use smartCARS for our flight tracking, but have noticed that the pirep route map does not show the actual flight taken by the pilot. I have looked into the database tables and noticed that it is not writing to the "rawdata" column. I have seen it working on other virtual airline sites that use SmartCARS, that this should be writing to that entry, but it is not. Any ideas? Thanks.

When clicking on an aircraft in the ACARS map, the nav fixes and route will display (if a route is available). After about 5-7 seconds, the nav fixes disappear (the red route line remains). Is there a way to set the display time longer for the nav fixes? TIA!

Hey, I did three test flights and logged their with smartCARS 2. I unserialize the array and on every flight the time shows for every step on every flight the same. 01:33. I attached an image to show you what i mean. "[time] => [01:33]" This cannot be right, but i have no idea where to start to find a solution. Wrote a ticket at tfdidesign but even they don't now why this happend. They said: "We don't actually populate this system ourselves, it's done by the FilePIREP function in phpVMS (though, apparently not correctly in this case)." Any ideas? phpvms 5.5.2 php5.6

A couple of days ago, Inwas going through the various pages of our site and discovered that there is an issue on our Registration page - a reCaptcha error advising "Invalid domain for site key" This of course means that no one can apply to be a pilot. Worse than that, I don't know how to fix it other than I need to get new keys (from google I think) and paste two keys - public and secret- somewhere. I am not very proficient in playing with these files, so I need a good explanation...anyone up for that? thanks

I have just accepted two new pilots and activated them. One pilot does not appear in the "Newest Pilots" block on our airline home page. I have checked and compared the pilots data for both pilots and all pilots in the Admin Centre, and the data for the pilot in question appears to be formatted same as the other 10 registered pilots data. The pilot in question does appear in the pilots list normally....just not in the Newest Pilots block.

Hi all, I have been searching these forums and trying different things all day to sort this problem but I think it has beaten me so any help would be much appreciated. I moved my site to a new host and I think my main problem is that the SQL is a different version. I am not clued up on databases at all really. My old host was SQL 5.5 and my new one is 5.6 The first problem I cam accross was that once I tried to log in was I got the dreaded You need to be logged in to view this page. This happened on my skin and default skin. After clearing my CAche and PHPVMS_sessions it made no difference. Next I tried a fresh install and upgraded to Simpilot…

Our leaderboards have stopped updating, and I can't work out why. Around the time, I added SmartCARS files in a new folder of that name in the Core (as per SmartCARS instruction) to run some tests, and reverted the changes (via Github) when I discovered the problem. TopPilot database table is not updating but the Pireps are filing ok, and all other stats are incrementing. Both PHPVMS and our database servers have been rebooted, and I've run checks on all tables, no errors. Anyone else had this issue and solved? Any ideas?

Part of every pilot's obligation is to ensure that he has ample fuel on board to complete his flight with reserve fuel to take care of unexpected in flight events. At the same time, he does not want to "overfill" which along with adverse effects caused by excess weight on approaches and landings at the destination airport also eats into company finances. Our flight sims are set to the Imperial system which means that our fuel load readings are in Pounds (Lbs). Hello, I am creating my own admin template as shown on the shot below, I am trying to show the menu on all pages, that works if i put the line in the layout. I am using the freeware crewcenter as a guide on hot to set things up so the following lines are present in the layout to show the menu everywhere. Only problem is that the menu based in the app_top.php is also visible in the login page. Does anyone lnow how to exclude this from the login and registration pages?

Hi, I am using the CrewCenter Skin and for some reason whenever a pilot starts a flight it zooms really close to them. How can I disable the zoom so even if a pilot is flying it wont change the default zoom on the map. Thanks Harry

Hi, I installed the exam center pluggin for my VA this morning and it had lots of error messages however I found a forum post on here which helped me with that, but now I have encountered more that I don't know how to fix on the page. (see first pic). Then I went to the Admin panel version and there were tones more but all strict standards errors.
