Hey Guys, I was wondering, is there any possible way to disable the e-mails received from the website? I keep receiving e-mails upon PIREP submission & Registrations. I had about 20 e-mails the past 2-3 days & would like to somehow disable the website from sending e-mails directly to the webmasters e-mail which is located in the admin "general settings" bit. For instance; I go to Admin Center > Sites & Settings > General Settings > Webmaster Email Address (This is the email address that email will get sent to/from) > The E-Mail I have entered there is ceo@buffaloairwaysvirtual.com, I want that to be able to receive e-mails off the "Contact Us"…

I just installed the latest version of phpvms......no problem, database, permissions ran installer field in all fields....can't login...What this about. I show up as a new pilot but I can not login in with my email address or password and I checked everything.

We were running PHPVMS 2.0.935 back in the day and close our VA. We reopened it and did a fresh install of phpvms. In order to import the routes, we went to php my admin and did an export of the routes. We went to the new database and imported them. We did the same thing for aiports. It went smoothly. Now on the new install we can't view the schedules or airports in the database for some reason. And it wont let us add a bid either as pilots. We're at dead end now on this situation. Help?

Weird. My pilot rank is where it should be to be promoted to the next level, but it is NOT doing it?! I have checked, but I can't figure out why it is not. It has worked fine in the past for people, but I notice mine is not, as I just went over 1300 hours (includes transferred hours), and it just says in my profile "You have 1 hours left until your promotion to Senior Captain".

Good eve to all, well some new pilots tried to register at my VA. They fill all the parameters (First Name, Last Name...) even the capcha and then finally the pressed "REGISTER!" and received the message "Could not open socket" How to solve the problem? I´m lack of ideas where to fix this. Please help. Thanks a lot!!!!

If you look at my vacentrail page i was doing pretty good by avraging over 50 flights a month and it my fault i lost everything it was my host. So yeah can i please reset some of the numbers to my original if i have to restart at 0 then its not worth all the money and hours i put in to my VA.

My VA after the disaster is moving servers I'm being offered a installation but how can i keep my original settings because i didn't lose all my template files in MYsql should i just overwrite the new ones with the old ones? And i lost my old states for the VA but i have a record of the most recent stat of flights,hours and pilots can i reestablished this because it would be a b**ch to start everything at Zero thanks.

Hello, i have instaled the full 2.1.934 version and transfer my "old" pilots and total hours to the phpvms pilots table mysql, ok. Sometimes (happened 2 times in same 2 pilots until now) the "transferhours" of those pilots are updated to a lower hours and i dont know why?! For example one pilot have: Total Hours: 5 Total Transfered Hours: 700 Suddenly: Total Hours: 5 Total Transfered Hours: 4.02 for example Any suggestion? Appreciate any help

I have a question regarding maintenance of aircraft. We currently have two aircraft entering on maintenance in a few days which will be replaced by two similar aircraft but different callsign to cover scheduled routes, i'll not edit the previous callsign because the statistics system would be affected, i think the only way to do this is to disable the aircraft in maintenance and its scheduled routes. To continue the normal service on routes is create new routes with aircraft replacement. Is there any way to have a system for maintenance of aircraft maintaining the same route but changing the complete aircraft. Regards

Hi all: I would like to ask if is possible to send a report of a non schedulled flight with fspassengers. In some places I've read that you must to put the correct flight number when you starts the flight in the config of fspassengers so then you can report it, but if I try to put some other number of a non eschedulled flight I can't report it. How can I make to send charter flights reports? Thanks a lot for the help!

So, has anyone had the same issues with the navdat.sql file?! It does NOT show accurately where certain VOR's are, nor correct listings of fixes etc. For instance, MANY vor's don't list a correct latitude. It just will put a '0' in there. This is very prevalent in many U.S. vor's. So when someone flies a route, on the map, it shows the vor along the equator. Also, many FIX'es get listed as vors and vice versa, on the map. So what I am getting at, is.....did I do something wrong with the install, or is the navdata file just really bad?!

Hi just wanted to ask if there is any quicker way of inserting the fleet, instead of having to type out the ICAO, Aircraft Name and Full Name etc for VA's that replicate real airlines and need to add every registration in service I have over 300 registrations to insert and need a quicker method any suggestions Also with schedules I dont really need departure times or flight numbers as I am a Cargo airline, will there been any updates to remove these options for Cargo VA's? Hello fellow members, I am having a bit of trouble here... I want to unlock routes that currently have flight bids. Our VA is filled with people who love to fly with a whole group of people to the same destination, but that is rather difficult when only one person can bid on the flight before it is locked. Hi all! I've read some other people that had the same problem as me, but no one had response with the solution, so I ask it again, maybe this time I have more luck. My problem is that FsAcars, when I send a log, gives me and error that says "Error sending log, Database Error". My .ini is the automatically generated by phpvms. I've tried to delete the program and all its files and then reinstall again for 9 times, and always the same problem. Also, when I send the log, first, appears my phpvms web, but it says in big words "This Pilot Does Not Exists". Is very strange, because I can access to my pilot menu without problems. I've seen with this problem of the pilot do…

Hi guys, This may seem rather primitive, but I've download two templates (ObsessBlue and Surreal) and I can't get either of them to work. I've uploaded the correct folders to the /lib/skins directory, gone to my control panel, gone to 'Site & Settings', clicked 'Template Diffs' and nothing is showing up for me to change the templates. Now, I'm going to assume (and hope!) that this isn't where you would normally change the templates so if this is the case, could someone please help a newbie out? If I am doing this correctly then I guess that makes is worse, lol. Thanks.
