There was an aircraft in our fleet called "ANY" I made a bad choice of removing it from the DATAbase directly. When trying to load a flight in kACARS free by inputting the flight number then clicking the Get Flight Information button, we seem to be getting an unhandled exception error in kACARS. How can this be repaired? thnx

Hi all, i´m confuse regarding the renamed, last night i downloaded the Rev v2.1.935-0-g7303aa0 - security fix, updated to 2.1.935 but in all template folders the files are in .tpl , can tell me please wich is the correct procedure to upgrade the .tpl files to php. Thanks very much for the help.

Hi everyone. I am having troubles with the acars map and I don not now how to solve it. It happens that the list of pilots who are flying shows the pilot name and the number flight many times instead of showing it one. Does anyone know how can i correct this? In my Admin section, under Reports & Expenses, Overview. The data displayed, over what time period is this based? Second, when we compute our income and expenses, we use 80 cents per mile per seat for income (or 3 cents per pound/mi for cargo flights), fuel at $1.50/kg and operating expenses at 15%. My question is, is there a standard we are supposed to be following? Thanks!

Just curious. In the Reports & Expenses/Overview tab it shows total pilots, total flights and total hours flown for each airline we have. Can this info be changed? I'd like to know the monthly data figures. Also, in the aircraft reports. Are the figures shown the total since we started with phpVMS? Can I get monthly figures instead? Computer programming savvy I am not, but I can usually follow instructions pretty well

Hi everyone, My name is Imanol Garcia Juarez, I am from Argentina and I am the CEO of the VA Air Argentina. I am having problems when I try to send a report, the XACARS says the report was sent when I click "Send PIREP" but when I see in my website that the report does not appear, neither in my pilot account, the same happens when I try to file the report manually. I have changed the permissions of the file PIREPData.class.php to 777 but the problem was not solved. I wish somebody could help me with this problem, please. PD: I am using the version 2.1.934

Hi Nabeel Would it be possible to implement a send email function to select pilots, unless there is already a way to do it that I've not seen? Also, would it be possible to modify the manual ranks system to allow for specific pilots to be manually ranked, while the rest stay on automatic? I think that one might be quite a task so if it's not possible I understand . Many thanks Will

Nabeel,I just noticed that on the registration page there is no feild for DATE OF BIRTH.A lot of VA's mine included ask for this information to satisfy US COPPA requirements. I can't just add it as a custom field because then it becomes publicly visible. In the mean time I'm adding a "If you register you are satisfying" bla note but I don't know if this actual satisfies the legal requirement. Is it possible to get this put into the system?Thanks in advance~Vince

Hello all! I m asking the gurus of phpvms to make a more detailed documentation with examples on how to insert/update/delete/select data from the vms's database, creation of custom classes and other. It would be very useful for everyone of us here. The current documentation is very limited and it is not giving the ability to other people understand the core of phpvms. For example now, I m making a module with a big scenery database which is based on company's schedule, and I need to have an INSERT function to pass data from a form to database and my big problem is that I don't have a place to get an example on INSERT or something.
