I'm trying to make a simple booking system so pilots can make their own routes. I tryed to make it so that the flight number would be the pilots callsign, and the rest is in a form. The problem is it doesn't work and idk why not. hello guys, we are updating our site and i was going through our links and on the contact form it has my personal email address in the area for person to contact, my question is how can i change that to our airline email account. p.s how can i add multiple persons of contact in a drop down menu thanks

I want to change the order on the my PIREPS so that oldest are at the top. I found a setting in appdata but cant find it in localconfig, so I changed it from I think ASC to DEC, there was a note on what it does. It doesn't seem to work, anybody know how to do this?

Hi, How to i show Schedules on the find Schedules page on days they dont run? So pilots can still fly them on a friday even they are flying it on monday? thanking you chris

Hi, So I was watching our ACARS map, and all of a sudden it had crashed. Every pilot that makes a flight makes the map crash. I have attached a photo of the problem, or view it live @ www.emiratesva.com/index.php/acars Any idea on what this might be? I would really appreciate any help. Vincent,

Hi All, I am trialling using FSPax on our site and have two issues that I was wondering if anyone else had experienced. The first is the display of the pirep on the site after it has been submitted. For some reason there is a "n" in front of each line of text. Usually that is where the time of each event is logged but FSPax doesn't record that information so I assume it has something to do with that. Nonetheless does anyone know how I can remove the "n"? Is there something that you can place in the pilot_public_profile.tpl that will show what page that a member is currently viewing? This is something along the lines of what you see when looking at a members' profile on these forums when you view their profile.

Hi, i had added to my pilot a profile field, (textaerea), I want that this text area is visible in the public profile and profile main (his private profile) of the pilot but he can't (for now) modify it from his page (Modify profile). At the moment i can't do it, but i remember (if i don't wrong) that in the past the profile fields became all visible in the profile public when you add it, it's correct? This is how i add the field: Field Type TEXT AREA Default value NOTHING Show in User Profile? YES Show During Registration NO How to do it? Thnx!

Hi, I have been experimenting installing phpVMS at an ISP. The installation was successfull and the main page did display correctly. However when I tried to selecet any of the other pages like registration or login, I got 404 page not found. After spending a full day researching, mode_rewrite, .htaccess rules, the forum, the code, etc... in vain, the ISP suggested me to install the software on a different server where they run php 5.2. On this new (actually old) platform everything seems to be working. ISP claimed that php 5.3 does not handle the index.php/link type url's ! I have asked them to provide me some doc proving their claim so that I could share with you.…

Hey Guys, We get this error when my pilots login/logout. Logout Error: Login Error: However, for login, when we go back to the Home page after this error, it seems to have logged us in. When we go back to the homepage after receiving the Logiut error, it seems to have logged us out. Any Suggestions? Thanks in advance!

looking through the search functions when viewing all pilots in my admin, i notice i cant search for the ID. I am trying to use a megamenu for my website, and I can't get it to function properly. It looks the way it should outside phpVMS, but once I place it on my website, it never looks how it should (especially in IE). Do you guys use google chrome and whenever you go editing a news with many formatting, then your chrome gets frozed up. That doesn't happen to firefox as well. I'm thinking the text editor doesn't like Google Chrome?

Hello, I'm having a little trouble with the profiles. I recently changed the pilot IDs to 00# instead of 000# but it seems mainly the signature for the first/admin account. It's showing my hub as KJFK but I don't even have that airport any more. It's also saying on the signature image that my pilot ID is 0001. I've tried resetting the signatures with the maintenance call but it's still the same, ID is 0001 and hub is KJFK. Any ideas guys? Thanks.

Hi y'all!!! I want to show on my Pilots list table a field called Location, but the current one, that means, if a Pilot flew from, for example, KMIA - KFLL, the current location changes to KFLL and the schedule system only will shows the schedules from KFLL. I use phpvms as it suits my needs, and works as far as tracking hours etc But, I run a Military VA, not a civilian one. So, there are occasions, when I need to have mutliple users flying the SAME route at the same time. So, is there a simple way, I can stop the system from locking out a route, after bidding? I currently have to add multiple flights to allow more than one pilot to fly together, so just wondered if it was easy to amend the code, so it does not stop others bidding, after a bid?
