Is there a way to make the Users Online tab on my sidebar so that it only shows users once. If someone is logged in maybe in two browsers or maybe it would do that for another reason, idk. Is there a way to show them only once?

I may just need to fix my templates, but I still am showing the same user online like 3 and 4 different times at once. Like it will say Users Online Kermit the Frog Kermit the Frog Kermit the Frog Ray TAV0001 Carrie TAV0004 I might not have ever got my templates updated or something if this has been fixed. Hello, I am new to this Phpvms thing. I got a few quesitons about the Website of VAs and can't seem to find answers. 1. Is it possible to use my own website that I host and install phpvms on that? (e.g. a website designed on wordpress.org) 2. Will something like TDFi ACARS be able to connect to my website if I use Phpvms? Thanks in advance.

Part of what I am working one right now, aside from the massive task of entering schedules, is deciding how to allocate folks into aircraft. I'm definitely not a fan of hours based systems, as (and what follows is my personal opinion, mind you) I think that total time alone can dictate if you are capable of handling an aircraft. It may be a component of my final plan, but it won't be the only part. I thought of using awards, given upon completion of a checkride, as a method of giving folks type ratings. Hi Folks. I hope everyone is having a great new year! I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I can't find anything during a search. If I have a flight scheduled say from New York to London, but I want different aircraft types to fly it (i.e., 747, 767, 777, etc.) do I have to create different flights for each aircraft or is there a way to setup one schedule and choose between allowed aircraft? I am a current va owner @ www.simfly.eu Simfly uses AFTS (Advanced Flight Tracking System) and therefore tracks all our flights and inputs them onto the Simfly site. How can this work with phpvms? Any ideas please im a noob at this software

Hi all, I am using SMF forum and I am trying to show the latest forum posts on my homepage. I searched the forum and have tried a few things but it wont work. My ssi is <?php require("/home/mysite/public_html/core/modules/forum/SSI.php"); ?> When it put this at the yop of my frontpage.tpl and then goto my website it redirects to my forum. Am i putting it in the wrong place?? Any help would be much appreciated Alan

Hi, I was wondering if it'd be possible to use some of the phpVMS functions on a non-phpVMS site, with the phpVMS stuff in a different folder. I've tried including the core Codon configuration file in other PHP scripts, but that fails. I then tried setting the root in that folder to the phpVMS folder - no better news. Am I just completely off-track or is there some sort of way?

G'day Guys, I am attempting to create 2 duplicates of the Contact form, and its php file, to create a training request form, and also a management positions application. I am able to create the forms, they are the easy bit. What i'm stuck on is editing the contact.php (now training.php for the new module) to show the different fields in the form, and also display it differently in the email sent out after the form is completed. This is the only page I am having issues with right now. When going to the downloads page through the Pilot Center or a even creating a separate link, the page displays just fine in the template (vairline). Once i click on any download, the file downloads but the issues is it is trying to display another page with the wording, "Your download will start in a few seconds, or click here to manually start." That is the download_item.tpl page. When it displays the page, my template background disappears. So you would think, put a </div> in. But where? Hello All, I currently have a VA Base site and want to change to the PHPVMS system and have searched but have not found any kind of conversion script for all my existing data. Has anyone done this, or have a script for this they could share? I really would like to at least convert the pilot and route data, the news and stuff I can go without. Any help would be appreciated. It's good to see VA Central back up and running. I couldn't find a VA Central heading to post this question. I noticed my logo image is missing on one of my accounts, tried to re-upload but its not excepting the images or any other images I try and upload. Also I deleted an old account, but it still shows up on the airline list. Is this something that changes when the stats update?

Good morning Gents, I have an interesting question concerning the VA Central rating system. Based on the criteria posted at VA Central: We as a Military (USAF) VA are penalized for our lack of profitable routes, or lack of scheduled routes in general. We don't carry Pax so we have no financial logs with a profit or loose column. We don't pay for fuel....tax payers do. My point is this, phpvms was developed for the commercial VA and it works. But with us, 99.9999% of all our flights are charter based with maybe a handful of scheduled routes. We fly cargo basically. So technically there are no financial ledgers that we are concerned with. This is a question and not a complaint. But It seems to me that the number of scheduled routes a VA has is the determining factor as to its rating. Although we are ranked 29th at this writing we beat many of the members above us in every category except the number of routes. We are a military VA with no routes, this criteria is preventing us from moving up the ranking. Please explain this. www.usavamc.com
