Is anyone else having issues with the PHPVMS 5.5.2 "Email all Pilot" email system ? I have 2 sites and both are letting me construct and send an email but not posting to members ? Thanks in advance

Hi I hired a new Linux server. but when I installed phpvms errors. There was the missing modules. phpvms need to install the modules for the server. If you are happy to help. I get the following error. I'm trying to add an airport, but every time I try, I get a message stating that I need to insert the 4-digit ICAO code. How do you add an airport with a 3-digit ICAO code? Is it needed to be entered manually instead? EXAMPLE: http://flightaware.com/live/flight/FIV428/history/20111104/2030Z/KMKC/T82 By the way, I am on the standard Version 2.1.934 Build.

HEy guys ! I just install phpvms on my website for my Virtual Airline It has been a long time since i want this and now i get it i feel excited ... But my excitement drop after i discovered some of the feature doesn't work i mean it work but can't access to it ! Damn it.. Here is the one ! -Pilot Center (It says i need to logged in in order for me to use the pilot center . -Add&Edit airport (Under Admin Panel) -Add&Edit Fleet(Under Admin Panel) - This one it says i need to login in first . but i already log in So far here it is .. Does anyone else have the same problem as my va? When my pilots fly and log flights using xacars after they file their pirep the acars map puts them just to the left of Africa coordinates 000 which we have discovered before the reason but i cant get to the bottom of this one, maybe xacars sends a final position of 000 when it clears down the pirep data, not sure to be honest. The airport coordinates are all ok as i have no problem with kACARS filing to the same destinations.

Hello All, FlyFlorida is about to under go a facelift! However i'm having abit of bother trying to put a maintenance skin over the website. I know that you can put one on through the CPanel however i want the option for my pilots to still be able to sign into their accounts and log flights for the airline. Hi Im new in useing xacars and have some problem. i upload the serverscript.zip file and creat the tabels in sql.also i creat new user , flight and edit conection information. when i insert the flight No in Xacars client flight information shown but the start acars bottom is inactive. some one can help me .and its need to creat any folder in miy site like FSacars? tanks

Does anybody have a script they wouldn't mind sharing for Pilot Applications to join a VA? If so, can you post here or pm me and also tell me where it goes on the server? Would prefer one that also has transfer hours and a space for a link to verify those hours. I think it is odd that phpvms does not include one. If is included, how do I activate it? I have been searching the forum but cannot find anything, so im posting a new thread, if something like this exists please just point me in the direction of that thread:) My "problem" is that now when i push my pilot brief for my booked flight I get about four pages, one page with info in REALLY small text, and 3 pages with weather charts that are really small... Is there any "addon" that changes the layout of the pilot brief? what i want is more focus on the route. Any ideas? /Niklas (Oh nooo! Where is are the login messages located? Specifically if a pilot is in active the get the following message on their screen "Your account was marked inactive". Where is this message in the code so it can be changed?

Hi there, I am busy modifying my site to add a Owner entry for each aircraft. Now, Ive already add the owner table to the database, and made a manual entry to test directly on the database. Then, in the /admin/templates/ops_aircraftlist.tpl Ive added the table, as well as <?php echo $aircraft->owner; ?>, and in the /core/templates/fleet.tpl Ive also modified the layout to show the table Ive added. Now, it shows up fine, as well as the manual entry Ive made. My problem is that when I edit an aircraft in the admin area, the place for the Owner info are there, , but when I make an entry, and save the data, it does not save the owner info to the database. I wonder what happens if you have 100 flights in a airline. I guess that will be represented in a long list. I also saw that if I added a second airliner, that the flights of that airline will be attached to the same list. so one list of 200 records for 2 airliners. I guess the pilots will loose the overview. Is there a way to create more pages? Like schedule for airline one schedule2 for airline two etc I also wonder if I could make seperate blocks or pages per category of planes.

I think this is a serious problem. I have been unable to send mail since l first install it. The problems of more terrible now. I found that no matter how I set, it always displays success. If I use smtp, no log files indicate that sent the email, login in the smtp. About mail server,I tried using anonymous mode,But still not effective. If I use another mode. l cant find any logs path about the send mail. ps:I use win08, php5.3.

Hi There, Some of our pilots are starting to want to use X-plane, When I went to do some testing I found I could not select an aircraft type. In kACARS for FSX there is a dropdown list for aircraft type to fly. Can some tell me how to select an aircraft in Xacars ver 2.5.6 (http://www.xacars.net/)? Or is there a better program to use? When you fill in the system goes to the login page of the phpvms pages...You can also see it like that:at the belstarpage: when you don't fill in anything,the system says "you have to fill in..."at the indexpage: nothing is mentionedI find it quite strange as it uses identically the same code!Do you know why?

Hi all, Everything is running beautifully on my phpvms site, except for one thing, the pilot brief page. The "click to view NOTAMS" button for the airports always seems to go to a page that isnt there: https://pilotweb.nas.faa.gov/geo/icaoRadius.html?icao_id=EGNX&radius=2 (being one example for EGNX) Also, the airport chars are just image holder with links that dont exist again - http://www.airnav.com/airport/EGNX#ifr (being an example) And finally, I am not sure if its a setup issue or such but the weather graphs dont seem to do anything are are for the wrong country... Anyone able to help?

My hosting service is stopping access to its MySQL4 servers. While phpVMS mainly works with MySQL5, there are one or two glitches. Are there any plans to release a version that will be compatible with MySQL5? Thanks, Ken

I need help....Just setup phpvms on a new website. Everthing went fine, except the docets provided no path from my domain to site index.php or admim/index.php. Used www.mysite.com/phpvms/index.php and www.mysite/phpvms/admin/index.php......seems to go to a login page (Both are the same) how do you setup or develope the site. Documentation is week.
