G'day Guys, I was wondering if anyone has tried to make a checkbox under the emails to send out an email to inactive pilots. I'd like to make my HR managers job a little easier, by being able to mass mail pilots that are inactive within the airline. There's an option for active pilots, i would like to know if the same can be done for inactive pilots, any help would be great Basically i want to be able to automatically create and update an inactive pilots group Cheers Tylor

If i was to make an alliance airline with each airline having a different site how would i pull the info from each site? I.e Live Map, Pireps, Total schedules etc

Hi All, New here and love the software. I am setting up a new VA and I am having a small issue that I am hoping someone can direct me to the right avenues to get my situation resolved. When I go into the Schedules area for flights it asks me the 2 following things: 1)Arrival Time: 2)Flight Time: Now I have been all over these forums searching for help on these 2 things and cannot for the life of me find anything. What I am looking for is a way to determine how long the flights from Dep ICAO to Arr ICAO without having to go into FS9 as there will be many schedules and would be very time consuming to do it that way with alt+tabbing out of the sim from getting the d…

Does anybody have a script they wouldn't mind sharing for Pilot Applications to join a VA? If so, can you post here or pm me and also tell me where it goes on the server? Would prefer one that also has transfer hours and a space for a link to verify those hours. I think it is odd that phpvms does not include one. If is included, how do I activate it? Hi all, Everything is running beautifully on my phpvms site, except for one thing, the pilot brief page. The "click to view NOTAMS" button for the airports always seems to go to a page that isnt there: https://pilotweb.nas.faa.gov/geo/icaoRadius.html?icao_id=EGNX&radius=2 (being one example for EGNX) Also, the airport chars are just image holder with links that dont exist again - http://www.airnav.com/airport/EGNX#ifr (being an example) And finally, I am not sure if its a setup issue or such but the weather graphs dont seem to do anything are are for the wrong country... Anyone able to help?

Hello guys, I need a little help. I wish the ranks were awarded not only based on the hours but also the number of flights made. I was able to bring up the function in the admin panel and make it work. The table in the database is updated correctly, but if I add the hours to a pilot with the "transert hours" the rank is increased even if there isn't a number of required flights. Can anyone help me?

Hey guys, Right heres the thing i've been re-doing our pilot registration page and added a few more things like DoB, City of Residence, Why they want to join our VA and one or two more things I want to add. Anyway I'm not sure how I would get this information to like send when the pilot sends it. With the DoB and Why they want to join just want that for admins to see so what do I need to add and where? I know its prob a big task? but if someone can just get me going then im sure I'll be fine (fast learner) Thanks!

Hi, I have a problem with the captcha by registeation. I tried to do this: I got the keys by Google recaptcha on the recaptcha page and i changed the recaptcha file. But there is a captcha error anymore. Can somebody hive my an advise for changing this file or did I do something else wrong

Hi Nabeel. I followed Rogers tutorial on skinning and I did my forgot password like he did his. Great little tip indeed So I proceeded to do that to a couple other pages as well, like file new pirep and login. Im sure this has already been answered but I could not find anything related, within the recent past.... Is it possible to make custom profile fields required before successfully allowing the application to be submitted? I have the questions showing up on the application but people are only filling out the main required questions and leaving our other fields empty....makes for a blank profile since they dont fill the info in. Is there a way to address the issue? possibly make all fields required? Thank you and sorry if I am bringing up old posts...

Updated to 1.2 and now the map doesnt work on Live Map link, http://www.easternvirtualairways.com/eva/index.php/acars but it works fine on all other pages. Winmerg says files are identical ??? Dave.

I have been searching the forum but cannot find anything, so im posting a new thread, if something like this exists please just point me in the direction of that thread:) My "problem" is that now when i push my pilot brief for my booked flight I get about four pages, one page with info in REALLY small text, and 3 pages with weather charts that are really small... Is there any "addon" that changes the layout of the pilot brief? what i want is more focus on the route. Any ideas? /Niklas (Oh nooo! Hello All, FlyFlorida is about to under go a facelift! However i'm having abit of bother trying to put a maintenance skin over the website. I know that you can put one on through the CPanel however i want the option for my pilots to still be able to sign into their accounts and log flights for the airline. I need help....Just setup phpvms on a new website. Everthing went fine, except the docets provided no path from my domain to site index.php or admim/index.php. Used www.mysite.com/phpvms/index.php and www.mysite/phpvms/admin/index.php......seems to go to a login page (Both are the same) how do you setup or develope the site. Documentation is week. I was watching some stuff on the GoogleDevelopers channel and fell in love with HTML5. But I have a few questions because I have chosen to use HTML 5 to build my virtual airlines new site. 1.
