Hey all, Before anyone says anything, I did search this topic and read what was there, I also contacted my provider (godaddy) and they said that fast-cgi is not enabled. So, I appear to be getting the "no input file specified" error. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks Chris

Hey all, I am having trouble with the pages made through the admin panel. When first viewed, they show up fine as /index.php/pages/executivestaff , but the next time it will show as /index.php/pages/pages/executivestaff, next time /pages/pages/pages and so on. Of course the only time it shows is the first time, and the only way to reset it is by clicking on home. If you want to see what I'm talking about it's here: www.flyaircanadava.com . Website suddenly starts redirecting to the /install/install.php directory even though there is no /install/index.php directory? when you go to www.flyirelandva.com it redirects you to www.flyirelandva.com/install/index.php and aas you can see the install folder is gone because i already installed phpvms 3 months ago? My site has being up for a while now and i have not encountered this problem before. The only files i have touched was the skins folder and my forums folder that has nothing to do with phpvms, and yes I have checked to see if there is an install folder in the main directory and there is none there. Ok, I really don't understand the workings of phpvms to try and do my own modules. So, I am asking for some guidance on one of my old sites stats pages..... Here is my original code of an html page. It basically showed the amount of hours pilots had per aircraft. I am hoping someone can sort of guide me in how/what I could do to make this function in phpvms. I used to pull all the data from the sql database, and obviously, you can tell I was doing it the long/hard way. I think I get confused by how to grab the data, how to add the data together from different tables, etc. inside the phpvms environment. I would like to get recent Pireps to show like this. #1002 - Pilot Name so if they click the #1002 it will take them to the Pirep View. If they click the Pilot name it takes them to their profile. thanks alot!

Ok...I have been trying to figure out how to do the following: I would like it so that when I get an email sent requesting acceptance of a pirep, if i can include a single link on the email that will alow me to hit it and accept all. I am actually wanting this because I have the pirep requests being forwarded to my phone, and instead of browsing to my site (on my phone) I would like to just hit a link. Kinda like a confirm registration link. I have been researching how to do this, but no luck. Anyone got any ideas ?

Hi, I have a seperate homepage (As found on these forums, adjusting the Frontpage module) but I now want to restrict access certain pages to only logged in members i.e don't want pilots public profiels or pireps accessible to 'outsiders'. How would I do this? Thanks, Graham

Hi everyone i have been working today on a flightboard that reads from the phpvms acars table. The results are below but im still working on some bits and pieces, this code has been based on the release in this post so full credit goes to the author, all i have done is worked and extended the code. once i get it fully functional i will post the code. This board will produce an and image for every acars stage of flight, you cant see it there in the image but the approach and and final calls are gifs that alternate flash.

Gday Guys i was wondering if it was possible to get my VA and account deleted off VA Central ?, i am unable to do it as i had trouble signing up with my email, so i tried another email, and changed the settings after signing up to my preferred email, well.. VA Central didnt like that one bit, and i am unable to edit my VA within VA Central, i cannot access the account at all, keeps telling me my login details are wrong, i have tried both emails. Ok so have searched and found nothing. I change the font colour on frontpage_main.tpl and it changes the top of each side box header. It changes to the right colour on every other page though: http://www.vnetjetseurope.com/index.php/Frontpage I've experinced this a lot with other skins. Any ideas? Jon

Hi All, I have a couple of issues with rank levels. I have 12 ranks. For some reason when a member joins their rank level defaults to 12 (it should be 1)- their rank id and rank name is correct though. Also whenever I change someone from active to inactive in the admin panel, their rank level changes to 12. Any thoughts?

I know the PHPVMS only alow 4 ICAO airport code like PANC but dose it also alow like 3 or 2 ICAO Airport code like SRV for Stony River Airport Alaska USA? is there a way i can change it were i can use 3 or 2 ICAO airport code with PHPVMS, and also I need to see how can i change my VER call sign to ERA on my web site when new pilots join.

My Fuelprices in German Airports doesnt change. They are allways on default prices 5.10. I have the Fuel prices enabled in app.config.php : Config::Set('FUEL_GET_LIVE_PRICE', true); Config::Set('FUEL_DEFAULT_PRICE', '5.10'); Config::Set('FUEL_SURCHARGE', '5'); But it didnt download something. When this live Fuelprice only work with usa airports is there an solution to get the Fuelprices from one usa airport for all german airports to get them random? Can someone help me pls?

Hi, I am new to phpvms and trying to do some flights with my "one man show" airline. All I would like to know if it is possible to assign multiple aircraft for a route, or at least type of aircraft instead of registrations. Let's say I have 5 A321 and 3 B738, which makes 8 registrations = 8 times inserting a route. Instead if it is possible to make it by type I would only need to enter the same route 2 times. I have tried to search the forum for a solution but no luck at all Thanks Arslan

Hey, New in the VA world, I choose to use your system to manage the company finance. However, one problem has stopped my dreams... Some information about this one : -First I have read phpVMS for Dumies (really clear and easy ^^ ) and I Have completly followed the procedure. -After the Upload and the priority assignement, it was the time for me to install on my Website, your system, But this error appeared : "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '.', expecting '(' in /homez.228/propulsae/www/vms/install/install.php on line 63" My Sql config is a 5 Version on a paying host called OVH I didn't find the same error as me on your forum, you are my last chance ... Hi, Does anyone know (either in the admin panel or by modifying code) how to "Copy and Paste" aircraft in your fleet. I am creating a simple VA operating 4 different types of aircraft: -Boeing 747-400 -Boeing 737-800 -Bombardier CRJ-700 -Beechcraft King Air. What I aim to do is run a fleet of about 10 of each. Would this be possible without the very boring task of creating 40 aircraft in the admin panel. I have already created one of each of the above but any assistance you could give would be most appreciated!
