Was there not a way for pilots to change the hub they are in, in the "edit profile" menu of the "Pilot Center"?!? I thought there was. I probably deleted it ages ago, or am i wrong?

Hello everyone does anyone have any idea why it is not letting me change between pages on any of the dashboard pages.... Like once I flight on Airports and I want to see the next page of airports I click 2 the URL changes to page=2 but no physical change... any ideas??? Thanks, Raaj Patel

As you have seen in another post we are looking into changing to VMS, I was wondering do we need to put in phatom PIREPs to get the hours to show right to get the correct hours for rank. For instance I need to 100 hours to get to 1st LT can I put in one flight that will show that or do I have to put in at leat four PIREPS in the system to see 100 hours.

Hello there, I was looking to change the ICAO code of Departure and Arrival points on the Schedule Results to city names. How can I do that? I had a look at the database directly but I don't see any fields that could have city names inside them. Since I'm at that, I'll ask one further question if you wouldn't mind. Is there a way to present image instead of a day flown? I.e I want to make 7 additional columns (done that), each column standing for each day. The header would have Mon, Tue, Wed etc, and the image would display in the row, where appropriate.

I don't know if I should post this in the Skinning forums or support, so please move this thread if it isn't right! How can I change the size of the flash graph that shows the PIREPs. I am currently changing my skin and i believe the only option is to access the admin panel. But after changing the skin, i cant log in back as the skin doesnt have a log in page. Meaning, i screwed up installing the skin and i didnt like it. Is there any way for me to change my skin like editing the config or something rather than having me to access the admin panel. I try the website/admin but i keep getting please login first. But the thing is i cannot log in at all!

Can you have PIREP move to the status "Under analysis" when the pilot makes a comment? Example: A flight was automatically rejected, after the pilot made the comment, the flight returns to "Em analize" and stays in that status until a member of staff performs a manual analysis.

I am the CEO of an airline but I was not the person who put our airline on vaCentral. He has since stopped communicating but during that period, we updated our name of our airline. (Has been ignoring my emails for 6 months now) There is also the incorrect amount of founders (being three instead of one, including me) and we are also about to upgrade our website address as well. Is there anyway to either update the current account or do I have to take down the account and put up a new one???? I would really appreciate the help. Thanks. -- UAV04

First I would like to say this that phpvms is a great piece of software. Question; I have added two fields to my PIREP report. One weather conditions and the other is flight plan. However, I can not get them to display more then 35 characters. I would like them to be the size of the default comment field. I'm sure it is easy to do but I can not seem to fine in the templates where to make the change. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Captain BB

Good day from Germany! We changed the webmasters mail-address and now we´re unable to send any mails via tha mass-mail function, even we received the message "sent complete". Nothing received by any pilot. Anyone knows where to set up correctly? Sorry, I tried to search a similar topic, but nothing found in here. Hoepfully someone can help. Hello all, I'm having problems with some of the characters on my website. My site is in french, so I need accents like è, é, à , etc... As you can see on my frontpage (http://www.transquebec.org/operations/) the accents are not displaying correctly, but only in some places like the news of the menu bar... it shows a square instead. Hi, i have edited the airports with the correct chart links. for example: LOWI --> http://www.vacc-austria.org/?page=content/chartlist&icao=LOWI But when the pilots goes to pilot brief there is no chart available, because in the section "charts for LOWI" there is this link --> http://www.airnav.com/airport/LOWI#ifr Any idea how to get the links from the database to be displayed there? Is there any way to have a charter flight (free flight) automatically produce pilot pay and revenue for the airline? I am thinking $25.00/passenger for pilot pay and 50% of the revenue that the airline would receive for the same scheduled flight would be fair. At the present time, the charter flight is being manipulated by admin during the PIREP acceptance stage. I fail to see why any pilot would make a flight and receive nothing in return or why any airline would allow one of its planes to be leased free of charge. Thanks in advance for any help

Hi All, As My Va Runs Charter Flights Without Any Scendules I was wondering if there was a away of making the pilot be able to "Charter A Flight" Which leads them to the simular page like in the add schedule page. When they press "Book" The flight is added to their bids. I've been looking at: http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/1966-phpvmsbooking-release/page__hl__booking But wouldn't know where to start by editing a copy of the admin center file for pilots. Hi all, I was just wondering if there is an option to set the charter option so a pilot can fly one (1) flight per day that is not in flight schedules and pirep it as a charter flight. So that means the pilot can set dest and arr flightplan etc and at the end the pirep is accepted when uploaded. I seem to have the problem that the flight is rejected when I do this. Gerald

Hi. We are using Custom kAcars. Originally, it was without charter option. Then we requested charter option added (checkbox that enabled drop down box that has all the fleet to choose from). The problem we are having is that all charter flights have zero gross/revenue! I checked the pireps table in the database and it shows the flighttype as 'P' which means passenger flights, not charter ('H'?) the kAcars developers says the kAcars has nothing to do with setting P or H. So, it must be phpvms issue. My question, are charter flights supposed to have flight type 'H' in database or is 'P' normal? I'm reviewing the code to see what happens. Currently looking at PIREPDat…
