Okay here we go.. when i start a flight and turn on fsacars, it looks like this Now what i want is to customize the data which the FSAcars get from my website. Especially the remarks. On my website i changed some files so it now also outputs the registration of the aircraft in the schedules_briefing.tpl ...Is it possible to automatically put it into the remarks? so it wont be like on this screen "+RMK/ CALLSIGN CLIPPER / WWW PANAM AIRWAYS COM" but would look like "+RMK/ CALLSIGN CLIPPER / WWW PANAM AIRWAYS COM / REG/N747PA / CLIPPER MAID OF SEAS" (for the name, i already changed the code also so its just another variable

Does anybody know of a way to customize the live map and put a different map in the background instead of that one. I'd just like it to have a more unique look and maybe even put the google satelite map or something similar in the back instead.

Hey, at our web host's data center, there was a power failure and a lot of sql servers have been corrupted. Our sql database was also lost and we never made a complete back up of the sql. The rest of our website (phpVMS itself) is still there but it won't work without the database. How do I re-install the database? When I run install.php, it gives me that there's an error while redeclaring ezdb on line 31. When I ran checkinstall.php, I got an error that navdata.sql is missing. I re-downloaded phpVMS and uploaded the frest navdata.sql but now it says that there's a checksum failure. The navdata.sql file doesn't match or is old. Please help.

Hey Guys Weird thing about an hour ago on our front page errors started to appear such as and this would appear for everything like Latest News, Flights in progress etc so I knew it was something to do with the database and when I checked I got this error for every table. This is just from the acarsdata Now I really have no idea what to do or how to correct it as this is the first time I've had this. This there a way to correct this as I don't have a recent backup Thanks

Hello I have a problem with FSACARS and phpVMS. One week ago, we had a database error when FSACARS tried to send the log. I read the forum, I reinstalled phpVMS and it worked again. Today, we have the database error one more time. What can we do to resolve this error ? I currently use the latest beta version. Stéphane M. Sky Away Virtual Airline.

Hello, I am trying to delete airports and airline directly from the SQL database through phpmyAdmin which is in my cPanel, but it seems that I don't have sufficient permissions. I am the owner. This is the error message I get when trying to remove an airline. Hey im getting the dreaded database error when submitting pireps....i have updated to the lastest but the weird thing is about 4 or 5 of my other pilots are getting it as well, and some have tried the re-install (deleting everything) and its still doing it could it be the coding somewhere maybe?? just wondering

Hi I am using go daddy for my website hosting and database. I try to log into the database on php installer but then i get a error saying " Error: Access denied for user 'xxxxx'@'localhost' to database 'xxxxxxxxx". What does that mean please help. P.S I have already talked to go daddy support.

Hi there guys, let me explain the problem we have for about 3 days. Everything was good untill our web host provider decided to update their servers. After that, database connection both works, and doesn't work. I can see schedule, pilots and other things, if there was no database connection i wouldn't be able to see them. But somehow pireps are gone(they are not gone from database but website) , for example it says "No pireps have been filled" even though they are in database. Problem is , pirep system is somehow gone, we cant file a pirep. I even tried updating phpvms 5.4.x to 5.5.x(simpilotgroup) it didnt work.

An airport and its associated Navaids in Australia had their designators officially changed 7 years ago but the kACARS_Free database does not recognise the new designators. The airport was YSCH and is now YCFS. Is there any way this can be corrected and does it indicate that the entire database may need to be re-assessed for accuracy particularly as regards the construction of new airports and the installation of new Navaids? I note also that, according to kACARS_Free, a flight from Sydney to Brisbane - some 600nm shows as something like 9000nm because the program picks up a waypoint in (say) the USA that has the same name as one in Australia. Hi Guys, At the moment I have a development site and a live site using two separate databases in case something goes wrong. Is it safe for me to work both sites from the one database using a _prefix ? If so, since I already have them set up, how do I go about doing it ? Any advice would be mostly appreciated. Regards Adam

Hello, I am looking for some help/information about a project that I am working on. I am building a Virtual Airline Alliance website (html) not linked to any of the member airlines phpVMS systems. I want to set up a page similar to this ( http://www.staralliance.com/en/booking/flight-search/ ).
