Hi, sorry, me again! So running through all the testing phase on my phpvms site and did my first test flight using the schedule, 0001 is the example. Flight completed fine, PIREP filed etc and all good.... however, if I go and search for schedules now to do another flight, 0001 has gone from my search (but does still exist in flights and schedules in the admin panel) Why is this and how can I stop it from disappearing to do again?

Hey, so I do still have the registration problem, but it still goes through. But i had a problem with flight schedules when I added a bid it said, "No route passed' So i took out: <script type='text/javascript' src='<?php echo SITE_URL?>/lib/skins/sleekv1/js/custom.js'></script> <script type='text/javascript' src='<?php echo SITE_URL?>/lib/skins/sleekv1/js/jquery-1.2.6.min.js'></script> And now i can add a flight bid, but I cant see them when I click my flight bids, All i see is "No bids on any flights" and now the 7 scheduels i made arent there because i bidded on them... any help?

Hello dears, something maybe wrong going with my VA, today is Friday but the VA shows the flights of Thursday that's mean -1 day backward i checked for some solution such as 0-7 number of days ....etc nothing worked . any idea ? regards

Hey Guys, For the past couple months, I have been having trouble with my flight schedules, they do not show up under the Schedules tab when logged in. My admin center shows that all of my schedules are active and inactive. I've also done these instructions by Nebeel; Find this: if(strpos($route->daysofweek, date('w')) === false) continue; Right above that, add: /* Check if a 7 is being used for Sunday, since PHP thinks 0 is Sunday */ $route->daysofweek = str_replace('7', '0', $route->daysofweek); I've updated the default template to handle this These instructions can be found here: http://forum.phpvms.net…

I saw a post where there was an add-on check button for 'all days' which selected Sun-Sat without having to check each one. Does anybody know where this is or can provide me with the code to implement this?

Hey guys, i found several problems similar as mine. I updated to version Version v2.1.934-171-gbc02380 mbecause i wanted the twitter feed to work. I updated using the normal procedure and everything looks ok. But i tried to find the schedules but nothing is found. Again, i saw this problem on the forum a couple of times so i checked the common issues. - All the days of the week are selected. - Schedules are active - i exported the schedules and i saw that 0123456 is in there for all schedules. - database is filled with schedules. - i did maintenance to clean the cache. nothing helps. members are starting to complain right away... sigh. Hey guys! It's possible to add new routes without a fix aircraft? Can I put random aircraft for my company routes? I think is more real... And another one. In the random itinerary for eg, can I set the system for made a new itinerary with 5 legs with the same aircraft? Eg: Random 5 legs itinerary ZZZZ - ZZZZ B737 (EC-CKC) ZZZ - ZZZZ B737 (EC-CKC) ZZZ,,, And them use the same aircraft for all itinerary. It is possible? Because is much better than a 5 leg itinerary with 5 diferent aircrafts... The actual flight scedules of VMS forces you to choose a particular aircraft for that route, if we change that,maybe can works use a fix aircraft for initerarys. I think..…

Hello all, Did a search, but didn't see any info on this issue. When I go into the phpVMS admin and click Airline Operations > Flight Schedules & Routes it is blank. However, if I check the database all my flights and routes are there. Whew.... I've tried multiple browser and multiple PC's to rule out a browser cache issue. Any thoughts? Jerry

Hi there, I was wondering if there is a way to add a random flight generator to your va? I know it sounds silly, but whenever someone bids on a flight, you have to re-make it. If anything, is there a way to make the schedule static so when someone bids, it won't go away? Or even better, take the bidding out all togther? Thanks for your time.

G'day All, I am interested in changing my search function for the schedules, currently the default one is to basic for my needs, and i would like a new one that has the similar functionality to the one below. I would also like to order my flights by aircraft, depature time, and distance. If anyone has some code to do this, it would be highly appreciated Cheers Tylor

When I try to sort schedules by their departure or arrival airports, distance, or aircraft type, it just shows up as a blank page. There are flights in the database. They're just not showing up with the search function. http://www.airtranva...x.php/schedules

Hello, We are simulating many airlines. We already have over 3500 routes and will go over 6000 soon. When we click to View Flight Schedules, shows all the flights same time and it takes a long time. Is it possible to change this setting to different? Like, when we click to View Flight Schedules only shows one airline schedule or some other way? Thanks.

Ok, the problem is my fault I'm sure, i just need to know how to fix it, I entered routes but became confused with my own document (lol) so I went in and deselected the "enable" check box on the flights. I later fixed my schedule document and went to try to re enter the routes, it says it was successfully added, but I can not see it within the admin panel, how do I "enable" them so I can see them and fix them?

I am using beta 1.2.712 and it seems the flight search has a bug. I did a search for b103 flights, the system is including B1900 aircraft in the search for some reason.

Hi When we set up our PHPVMS site we were feeling lazy, and so imported a list of all the airports in the world. Big mistake. Our list of airports, when searching for flights is incredibly slow (it takes 5 minutes to fully load). To start combating this, we started querying and deleting airports that weren't gonna be used (ones from Syria n stuff) Aside from finding more batches to delete, is there any way to optimize this? https://gyazo.com/1d991bdba7d4d564798552c38811e029 (Sort of an example, but it takes so long to show the names I cant fit it into a gif) Michael

Hello all, Like in the topic title, I have problem with flight searching. When I try to search an available flight as the result I get a blank page. When I refresh, it goes back to page with all flights. It happens with all search options ( by departure airport, by arrival airport, by aircraft type, by distance). I'm sure I didn't modify any related files, the problem existed even few minutes after installation of phpvms on a server, before I started to customize. Thank you for your help

this thread is mainly for the author of phpvms. it may be something for you to think about in the next release. Is there someway, you can only allow a pilot to select a bid, on a route from the airport he was last at? I know, using the fleet pages etc, you can tell via the last pirep where an aircraft is, so it must be possible. So if a pilot flies from A to B, only allow him to add bids that Start at B, and not A?

Hi, is it possible to change the margins for the flight status calculation somewhere? When i start logging a flight with xacars my status shows "at the gate" but a few seconds later it says enroute on the live map site....but i`m still at the gate with engines of Edit: I forgot to mention that it works without problems with KAcars!

Hey guys, I'm having problems, and when I added ten more flights to my schedules and then I noticed in the admin, they are not showing the rest. Here's of a screen shot of it. But it does show all of the flights in the flight schedule page. Does anyone know what the heck is going on? Any help would be great!

Hello, I am setting up the pilot brief for prefile with vatsim however I can manage to split the flight time into hours and seconds as box 1 requires flight hours and box 2 requires mins, any ideas on how to split hours and mins? thanks

When filling a pirep should the time be in a Decimal like: .1 - 6 mins .2 - 12 mins .3 - 18 mins .4 - 24 mins .5 - 30 mins .6 - 36 mins .7 - 42 mins .8 - 48 mins .9 - 54 mins 1.0 - 60 mins or in Hours:Minutes? Just a few Pilots at the VA I'm a manager for said their Time until next promotion isn't increasing correctly when using Hours:Minutes.

I have the latest (stable) version running and found another problem with the Add/Edit Schedule. In the form it asks the user to enter the flight time in HH:MM format. I entered a schedule that departs at 09:15 and arrives at 10:05, that leaves a flight time of 00:50 (50 minutes). However, when I go to edit the same schedule I see that my 00:50 (which I entered in the format indicated in the form) always gets transformed to 0.5 and that is just 30 minutes (half an hour) rather than the 50 minutes I indicated.
