Im sure this has already been answered but I could not find anything related, within the recent past.... Is it possible to make custom profile fields required before successfully allowing the application to be submitted? I have the questions showing up on the application but people are only filling out the main required questions and leaving our other fields empty....makes for a blank profile since they dont fill the info in. Is there a way to address the issue? possibly make all fields required? Thank you and sorry if I am bringing up old posts...

Hi, is good receive emails when a new pilot is registered, etc. However, if the actual pilots send much pireps is a continous emails messages inbox email folder. ¿How can I disable only the new pirep send notification? Thanks.

Hi all, I have been at this for a couple of days now and to no avail. I have searched and tried everything I can think of but nothing. Any help would be much appreciated. I know what goes into Database,username and password but the top 2 boxes are doing my head in Localhost database and server. Where can I get this info. I am hosted by fivedev if this helps. Cheers

Hello All- I was wondering, maybe I missed it in another post while searching, but is there a way to incorporate an automated list showing recent awards being given out. Say a pilot gets awarded 100hr award, I would like to see if on the main page a list updates showing showing that pilot was awarded an award. Maybe even have the award picture next to it. Let me know if this is possible. I am just learning php so I am not that experienced yet. Thanks

Hi, I was wondering if it'd be possible to use some of the phpVMS functions on a non-phpVMS site, with the phpVMS stuff in a different folder. I've tried including the core Codon configuration file in other PHP scripts, but that fails. I then tried setting the root in that folder to the phpVMS folder - no better news. Am I just completely off-track or is there some sort of way?

Hello, I am a season CEO of a previous VA that was using VAFS previously. After a while we went our seperate ways and I decieded to make a new VA using PHP VMS. With the previous VA that I had I made a BEAUTIFUL website by using 1 and 1 .com and I would put the "Modules" (Va windows for pilot stats, Airline info, live maps, ..etc) directly onto the site. I was curious if there is anyway to do this with PHP-VMS? I know the entire system runs off of the website but I was just curious. We are trying to set it up, so that all we have to do is put the website url in our comments section of the online flightplan, and it would record our flights as pireps. The person working on this, asked this below. I am a newbie to this so I don't know the answer, LOL "I think I got the API mostly worked out, but I need to know if the internal search functions of the VA System you have will pull out an IVAO ID number and if not, what table it’s in and the name of the column." Hi I did a search but the result was not helpful... Is there a way to delete aircraft that were once active but now are not. I do not mean just enabling or unenabling the aircraft, I mean delete it altogether so it does not show up in the admin panel. thanks

When I have installed the phpVMS full version and set all the permisions up, I noticed that my registration process didn't work. After the "Register Now" Button it says "Could not open socket". I am getting this Error when Pireps are approved : Fatal error: Class 'LogData' not found in /home/vforg/public_html/admin/modules/PIREPAdmin/PIREPAdmin.php on line 319 Here is line 319: LogData::addLog(Auth::$userinfo->pilotid, 'Approved PIREP #'.$pirepid); This just started the other day, all data seems to saved okay, we are not missing flights or hours in our "logbooks". Can anybody tell me what is wrong and how to fix it? Yes I am a newb when it comes to this stuff.

Hello all, Afaik the fuel price in phpvms is 3.10 USD/lb by default, right? At least that's what is still set in mine... Now I found this site though, and I'm confused: http://www.iata.org/publications/economics/fuel-monitor/Pages/price-analysis.aspx It says here that in Europe and US the fuel price is roughly 290 cents per gallon? Now, A gallon of jet-a is apperently 6.6 lb depending on the temperature, so that would mean the fuelprice is not 3.10 usd per lb but 2.9 usd per gallon, which is 6.6lb which would come down to approx 43 cents per lb? anyone can shed a light on this, would be much appreciated by more than just myself, I'm sure
